Default Theme is no longer available in Themes form
For a long I've used (and still do) the Charamel Theme in Firefox v3.6.13 under Window XP SP3 ENG. When I used then Main Menu >> Tools >> Extensions I've always seen an entry regarding the Charamel Theme as well as an entry regarding the Default Theme. Suddenly, when i go there there's only the Charamel Theme entry. The default theme entry is gone !!. I'm not able to switch back to the default theme any more. How could I restore that entry ?

We in Tennessee, just published our site last week using the new Site Manager. In the new environment, the course icon is added in the individual Collection "Feed" link on the "Collections" page. The template for each category or tag page is assigned from the "Pages" page.
In preparing for the transition from the old environment to the new Site Manager, I couldn't find any other way to add the icon graphics.

Default Course Image no longer available in themes?
Before moving to the public site manager I could define a course template with a default course icon image. I cannot find a similar functionality anywhere in the public site manager. Now my provider feeds come over with no course image and no way to add/edit one.
I see this being extremely useful for provider-hosted feeds where the public site manager does allow you to edit the feed. We are pulling feeds in from Tandberg Content Server and Panopto Recorder, neither of which provide a way to easily edit the RSS feed coming into iTunes U (to my knowledge at least) to add a course image.
Does anybody have a fix for this? Is apple planning to add this functionality later on?Greetings, Michael;

No matter what option I select- iPhoto either crashes or the beachball starts spinning. Either way, I can`t access the photo book anymore.
Is there anything I can do?
The selected theme is definitely still available in iPhoto, so this can`t be the real problem...
I have been sitting on the book work for days...

DennisMake a temporary, backup copy (if you don't already have a backup copy) of the library and try the following:
1 - delete the iPhoto preference file, com.apple.iPhoto.plist, that resides in your
User/Home()/Library/ Preferences folder.
2 - delete iPhoto's cache file, Cache.db, that is located in your
User/Home()/Library/Caches/com.apple.iPhoto folder.

3 - launch iPhoto and try again.
NOTE: If you're moved your library from its default location in your Home/Pictures folder you will have to point iPhoto to its new location when you next open iPhoto by holding down the Option key when launching iPhoto. You'll also have to reset the iPhoto's various preferences.
If that doesn't help launch iPhoto with the Option key held down and create a new, test library. Import some photos and check to see if the same problem persists. If it does then a reinstall of iPhoto is warrented.
If the problem does not appear in the test library then your current library is damaged. In that case make a temporary, backup copy (select the library and type Command+D) and apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Since only one option can be run at a time start with Option #1, followed by #3 and then #4.
Fix #2
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
Download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
Click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option
In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments but not books, calendars or slideshows. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

When trying to log in to Knology WebMail, I get the response "Remote XUL This page uses an unsupported technology that is no longer available by default in Firefox. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem." However, this is NOT a problem with Knology, but apparently, with Firefox.

I used to be able to access my Events from my iphotos on my ipad and iphone. They are no longer available on either device since upgrading them
I have seen this problem before. Does it also ask you for a voicemail password (even if you don't have one). If so, call your carrier and have them deactivate your voicemail password and it should be fixed. What happens is, it asks you for your voicemail password and the default way to listen to voicemail is to call a number to listen to them. However, the iPhone has a Voicemail tab where all of your voicemails are stored, but the default probably got reset during your iOS upgrade.

I was in ITunes, in my Podcasts list. I hit the icon (semicircle, with an arrow pointing clockwise) and all my podcasts were deleted. They were also deleted from my IPod. The podcasts were from 2010 and are no longer available in ITunes. Is there any way to retreive them?

You need to LOCK your SD card (little slide switch) before connecting to the Mac or it tries to write a file on it and will overwrite some of your data your trying to recover.

I cannot play purchased songs in iTunes v11.0.1.12 or sync them to my iPhone and the songs are no longer available for downloard in iTunes store (so, I can't delete and download them again).

I updated my mini, but some of my apps are no longer available. One of them I purchased from the Apple store. They are grayed out with the word "waiting" underneath the app. Any suggestions?
If there are multiple apps trying to download at once, only one can download at a time and the rest say "Waiting" until it is then their turn. Try this. Double tap the icon of the Waiting app, and it should resume the download.

Another thing to try - Turn the iPad Off & then back ON.
If that doesn't work:
• Log out of your iTunes store account. Go to Settings > Store > Sign Out Then press the Home button.
• Then press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously and don't release them when it brings up the Turn Off screen; keep holding them until the Apple logo appears.
• After restart, the Waiting should be gone.

For Topaz, cop the shortcuts from Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photshop CC\plug-ins to the same folder in Photoshop CC 2014

Some of the content in my Itunes library has the "!" next to them and is unable to play the songs as it says the source is no longer available, yet on an old Ipod the same tracks are available and play fine?
I would love to know how to consolidate all my music and be able to play it without one device saying they are unavailable yet another device says they are?
Also how obsurd is it for Apple to charge for supporting their devices! Or is that just me?Welcome to the Apple Community.

Got an email stating workspaces no longer available. Followed instructions. Think I downloaded my files. What files? Are they safe? Where are they? How do I access them?
When you download files, you will probably have been asked where to put them. If you didn't choose carefully they could be anywhere. But perhaps they are in your DOWNLOADS folder - some browsers do that.
Check you have them and know where they are before the service is turned off. -
The basic sliders disappeared. Including the Exposure, Contrast, Highlights, Shadows, Whites, Blacks, Clarity and Vibrance Sliders are no longer available. I need help to get them back on the program.
I can't figure out where the sliders went and how to put them back on. Anyone have any suggestions?

If you tell us that you are "editing a photo" that would seem that you are in Photoshop Elements. We still do not know which version. So, I am assuming that you mean Photoshop Elements 12, the latest version. Premiere Elements is a video editor not a photo editor like Photoshop Elements so that is how I made that assumption.
You are in the wrong forum if you are asking a Photoshop Elements question. But, let us see if we can help before your thread gets transferred to Photoshop Elements Forum by a moderator.
From what you wrote "some of the graphics are no longer available". Which specific graphics are missing from the Photoshop Elements 12 CONTENT that you had before in another earlier version? Do you have that earlier version still either on or off your computer with Photoshop Elements 12?
If you are seeing "some graphics" and are in Photoshop Elements 12, then you are in the Expert workspace, not the Quick workspace. So that is good. From what you wrote before, it sounded like ALL the graphics were gone. Now you clarify and say "some".
Photoshop Elements has a large collection of Content with lots of categories and choices. So, please me specific in your answers so that we can help you. That Content does have a category named Graphics as well as a lot others.
I think that I can help you with this situation, but the details are extremely important.
Lots of words above, but we can narrow it down
a. What version of Photoshop Elements are you editing your photo in?
b. What version of Photoshop Elements did you have before that which had more Content (graphics)?

I listen to a NPR classical music station and every year they give away a pod or pad(64G) that has a fine collection of classical music already installed on it. If iTunes is the only way to put music on an iPad how are they able to do this and still give away an iPad that someone can "make their own"? -

You won't be able to change your rescue email address until you can answer your questions, you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.
