Hi Rhesa,
Thanks for your reply, here I would like to set the transactin code level not the user specific, means when you run the
CRMD_ORDER  T code to create the orders  and select the create option, where you will get only default transactin type .
Can you please provide any input inthis.

  • Creating a query that provides a default transaction type for those transactions not categorized?

How could I create a query that provides a default transaction type for those transactions not categorized?
    So assuming I have:
    * Transactions table (with transactions)
    * Categories table
    * transactions_categories table - allows to allocate multiple categories (with a percentage)
     - tranactionID
     - categoryID
     - percentageAllocation
    * Usage is such that only non-personal categories have been applied through out data.  So there is a lot of transactions with no categories applied
    Aim:
    * Want to create a query that creates a list of all the allocated amounts, so would include as columns:  transaction.tDate, transaction.tTitle, categories.name, allocatedAmount(calculated from percentage * transaction amount)
    BUT:
    * How could I include in the query, the entries that cover all transaction that haven't been allocated, to a default category "personal", where the allocated Amount would be 100% of the transaction value
    * And also (if it were possible), for transactions that have been categorized but not for the complete transaction value (say only 50% was allocated to a category), how to to cover this off to.

To default the value of the category:
    select IIf(IsNull(Category),"Personal",Category) as Category,IIf(IsNull(Category),"100%",PercentageAllocation
    ) as PercentageAllocation from [yourtable]
What do you want to put the values of these ones:
And also (if it were possible), for transactions that have been categorized but not for the complete transaction
value (say only 50% was allocated to a category), how to to cover this off to.

  • ABUMN, default transaction types

    Hello,
I have executed an asset transfer via transaction ABUMN. This is an asset transfer within the same asset class and same company code.
This process generated a FI document with 4 line items and all the line items have an asset transaction type (ANBWA). 2 line items are posting with transaction types 300 and 310. And the other two with 390 and 395.
I found that transaction types that are posting to "Acquisition and production costs" accounts come from Transfer variant 4 (Transfer within a company code). But I couldn't find where the other 2 transaction types 390 and 395 come from.
Can somebody please tell me where in customizing these two transaction types (390 & 395 ) are set as default?
    Thanks.

    Hello,
are you sure that there has been used transfer variant 4?
Dan you check in table TABW if there are stored this transaction types in 300 and 310?
Check if transfer variant 4 is not customized as   per the recommendations  in SAP note 327088.

  • Ejbdoclet transaction.type settings

This is a container managed stateless session bean
I have method1 whose transaction.type attribute is Required. This method iterates over a list and calls method2 whose transaction type is RequiresNew. My transaction timeout defined at the application level is 14400 seconds (4 hrs).
Yesterday night this session bean which usually takes 2hrs to 2:30hrs spanned to 4 hrs and at 4hrs 5 seconds , I see a transaction time out exception in the log.
My understanding is that this exception is for method1's transaction timeout. All I am doing in method1 is calling a DAO to get a list of customers and then calling method2 on each one of them. Should I put Supported as the transaction type for method1? Even if I put ANY transaction type for method1 if the process runs for more than 4 hrs, then would it not throw the transction time out exception again? If thats the case then I think I need to specify "never" as the transaction type for method1.
    Please advice. TIA.

Are you doing too much uncommitted work? Has the amount of data the session bean processed changed significantly? Setting NOT_SUPPORTED for both method1 and method2 would be a good experiment that would tell you whether or not your transaction type is your problem. NOT_SUPPORTED suspend any transaction from the client and let the work of the session bean go on without that overhead.
It seems suspect that a session bean's method would take so long to run. I'd get nervous if anything took longer than 10 sec, but that's your business. Is this some type of batch warehousing job? If it is, you ought to abandon transaction processing (and maybe EJBs) and look for some other alternative failure recovery strategy. Have a DBA look at your redo log while method1 is running.

  • Default  Doc Type for PO

    Hi Friends..
I need your help in solving a Puzzle in SAP.
I want to use ME59N automatic po conversion option for creation of PO from PR.Here PR doc type is NB-Standard, I want PO doc type to be my own doc type " CT3 " doc type. I have made below settings,
    a.Activated Auto PO in VMR.
    b.Activated Auto PO in MMR
c.Linked my CT3 doc type in SPRO.
But, when I tried to do default doc type settings in SPRO, SAP didn't
accept this Tcode (ME59N) & hence not successfull.
SAP is taking default doc type as NB & not tailor made "CT3" doc type.
    Pl respond.
    Thanks,  VK.

    Hi,
You hve done settings for Automatic PO, I think those setting are not required for you. Because your scenario is not Automatic PO.
In ME21N transaction you can do personnel settings with this whenever you run the ME21N tcode by default system will pick tht doc type as default doc type. This can be user based setting.
Hve you maintained the combination of PO document type and PR docuement type ? If you are using onli CT3 PO document type, assign this PO document type only.
In SPRO - MM - Purchasing - Define default Doc types maintain the defulat doc type for ME21N transaction.
Hope its clear, still if u hve questions let me know.

Is there a customizing transaction to set up the link between the movement type used in the MIGO and the asset transaction type during the receipt of the asset?

    Hello,
This is maintained in FI-AA Spro - Financial Accounting - Asset Accounting - Transactions - Specify Default Transaction Types
For example for GR (MIGO), the accounting transaciton is called "Acquis. from goods receipt w/o affiliated company" and the default FI-AA Transaction type is 120.

  • Multiple Transaction Type Specifications in Navigation Bar of IC web client

    Hi Experts,
We created three transaction ZCBC-Customer Billing Complaints,
ZCRR-Customer Refund Request and Z_SC-Service Ticket which are the
copy of CRMC-Service Complaints with Transaction Category
    'BUS2000120 Complaint'.
The IC Web Profile we created ZAGENT0001, Runtime profile:ZAGENT0001

    ZBTP0001.
The Navigation entries are ZCUSTOMER_REFUND_REQUEST-Cust. Refund,
    SERVICE_COMPLAINTS-Service Ticket, ZCBC0001-Cust. Bill. Complaint.
Problem: In the Business Transaction Profile only one default
transaction type (Complaint (BUS2000120)is allowed. But our
Business Process demands to choose 3 transactions for the same
Transaction Category where it is not supported by the Standard

Advice us the possibility of choosing the 3 transactions
where the Agent is allowed to access all the three in the

Please send me a solution for that as it is very urgent.

  • R1213: Default Transaction Phase at the Order type

We have a scenario as below.
    1. We have a custom responsibility that has both Quote and Quick Sales order form
    2. The profile OM: Default Transaction Phase for Sales order has been set as "Negotiation" at the Responsibility level
    3. But we need users to create RMA from this responsibility using Quick Sales Order form.
    4. Hence we set the "Default Transaction Phase" for RMA order type as "Fulfillment"
Still when we try to create an RMA from quick sales order form, it's giving an error that Return is not possible since the default transaction phase is Negotiation..
How can we achieve this with out creating a second responsibility just to create RMA from Quick sales order form ??
    Any help would be appreciated
    Regards
    Gopi

Have the control on Default Transaction Phase only on the Order type level and NOT the responsibility level. Instead use processing constraints to restrict/allow creation of certain Type of Sales Order to certain responsibilities. Validation Templates can be created on Database Table level for Sales Order Type - use those to restrict to responsibilities. let me know if that works for you.

  • Asset transaction type default wrongly

I go to t-code ao76, for asset transaction type 350, there is no tab called "posting type" , thus i can't find gross/net indicator.
but in other system, i see posting type indicator.
any one know how to solve this problem, now any transaction type I created under ao76 does not have posting tab

I already check in this way, by this way, it will not allow you to modify standard transaction type 3**, all my transaction type under transaction group 30 is missing posting type, none of the four radio button is selected in the expert view.
Is there any note to repair transaction type group 30? I find some notes, they suggest using Zcorrection prgram and transfered from client zero, but none can treat group 30.
thus I expect any solution, may be it needs other configuration?

  • Default values by the use of templates in transaction type

I am trying to figure out how to fill out a transaction (e.g. type SDCR), save it as a template and insert that template in the transaction type, so the next time I run this transaction people do not have to fill out certain fields as they are already taken care off (one is the Ibase). Something like in the Controlling module where you have a template you can create for internal orders.
I look at some of this, and within the transaction type (expert mode) there are two areas that are potentially interesting. First is the copy, I can copy a transaction but I am not sure what that actually does.
The second one is under extras>template>Create. I still have not figured out how that works as it actually creates additional fields (Item details, that includes fields like Product, Quantity and Description and other fields) and I wouldn't want that.
Then even when I save this template I would I get this into the transaction type?
If anyone can help this would be appreciated
    Paul

You could consider making a transaction variant:

assign that zemail to bus2000126 business activity.select the business activity and click on customizing header.assign the category email. click on channel. maintain the channels 1)GUI crm webclient UI, 2)ICW Interaction center webclient.
    save the changes.

assign the category email(which you have assigned above) to the transaction type zemail.

  • Business Transaction Profile - Error when using Z-Transaction Type

    Dear Experts,
    we are using SAP CRM 7.0 (Support Level 0007 - SAPKU70007). I have created a Z-Business Transaction Profile Z_IC_SERVICE.
    SAP Help says:
Enter the transaction type to be used as a default in your scenario in the IC WebClient. For example, choose the transaction type 0010 (Interaction Record) if an interaction record is to be created automatically. The system creates this interaction record automatically after the interaction has started (for example, after accepting a call). During this, the activity clipboard in the interaction record is filled with the relevant data.
So when I am using the transaction type 0010 (Interaction Record) in my Business Transaction Profile all is OK that means I can search for accounts and I can confirm them to go on with the process.
BUT: When I entering here a Z Transaction Type (Z000) the systems shows the errors:
    - Error occurred in class CL_ICCMP_CUCOIREC_IMPL, event InteractionStarted.
    - Error occurred in class CL_ICCMP_CUCOIREC_IMPL, event BPConfirmed.
Then I have made a copy of the transaction type 0010 (Name of copy: Z010) and tried to use it in my Business Transaction Profile the system says:
Customizing settings missing. Assign partner functions to Z010
Anybody know what to do and where to avoid errors? Note 1346892 is obsolete in this case because we already have the highest Support Package Level.
    Best Regards
    Oliver

Hi yes you were right. In the case of both transaction type I have corrected the customizing parameters in
SPRO -> Customer Relationship Management -> Interaction Center WebClient -> Business Transaction -> Assign Partner Functions to Business Transactions
In the case of Transaction Type Z010 I had Z-Partner Functions and and that leaded to the errors:
    - Error occurred in class CL_ICCMP_CUCOIREC_IMPL, event InteractionStarted.
    - Error occurred in class CL_ICCMP_CUCOIREC_IMPL, event BPConfirmed.
In case of the Transaction TYPE Z000 I forgot to assign the Partner Functions that is why this error appeared:
Customizing settings missing. Assign partner functions to Z010

  • How to use Z transaction type while in the Transaction launcher Wizard?

In SPRO->CRM->Transactions->Basic Settings->Define transaction Types I can see a whole host of Z transaction types.
These define all sorts of business transaction defaults. Within the Transaction launcher Wizard there is a Transaction Type that can be entered, but I can only see three options, being 'BOR Transaction', 'URL Transaction' and ' M', for some reason. None of the transaction types shown in the above SPRO path are displayed.
Does anyone know how I can use my Z transation type. These are used by the config behind the Action Boxes for the Winclient IC, but I can not get the Transaction launcher wizard to see or use these. The SAP How-to Guide to tha Transaction Launcher says that only BOR and URL Transactions can be used (unless you have IS-U). If this is true then how does one provide all the information provided by the Transaction type. The whole idea of the transaction type is default this information in one area.
    Anyone.
    Jason

    I think it is possible.
In CRMC_UI_NBLINKS if you look at the logical links you can see that SRV-ORD-DC has a Parameter of 'SRVO' with a certain Parameter Class.
If you were to check SPRO->CRM->Transactions_Basic Settings->Transaction Types  you will see that SRVO exists as an entry. This logical ink is therefore using this Transaction type to extract characteristics etc.
Having said that, I need to call the sales order create with a certain transaction type, so I copied SLS-SLO-CR to a Z copy, added the Parameter of 'Z111' and also used the Parameter class of CL_CRM_UIU_BT_PARAM_CREATE.
This should now, in theory all work, and show the exact same transaction in the Webclient IC as it does in the Winclient IC as they are both using the same Transaction type. However, the Webclient transaction looks different in terms of fields etc., so I don't think it's working. after all.
