Defaulting the qualification in E-Recruiting manager requisition ehp6

Dear Experts!
We are on EHP6 with standalone scenario.
We would like to default the qualification/requirements in Requisition form for manager when he selects the position/job.
Please suggest the pre-requisites and activities to be completed to default the same.
I'm aware about the following requirements-->
1.RECFA HRQUA to be set to X in T77SO
2.Org Unit data is( C/S objects and relationship between them) is transferred via ALE.
3. I would also like to default the qualification for internal employees.
Queries-->
1.Do I have to transfer qualification catalogue from ECC to EREC using ALE for defaulting the requirements in requisition form?
If yes what should be filter model for qualifications( which infotypes objects/ types/subtypes/ relationships are required to be transferred for this requirement.
2.Do I need to transfer the qualification catalogue for defaulting the qualification for persons? If yes what filters should be added to ALE for this.

Qualifications are stored in HR in infotype 1001 (032) for the person object type. So you need to add that in your distributional model to get all qualifications for employees also on E-Recruiting side.

    Hello Daniel,
    i think some things were mixed up here. As you are on EhP4 there are no startpages (except the candidate ones) anymore. For any reason SAP did not find it was necessary to migrate the standalone requisition request scenario from BSP to WebDynpro. I heard the issue with the needed ADS and RM licences from different customers as these licences can cost more than the e-recruiting licence and the rollout. According to my stand of knowlegde there are currently no chances that the scenario for requisition request by manager w/o MSS and HCMPF will be brough back with a future EHP5 or EhP4 SP4.
    I think in your initial post you refered to the standalone requisition create application for recruiters which exists outside of the floor plan manager in EhP4. I have seen this application been called directly over a link, so it should be able to be included in portal as view. But you will have to live with some restrictions. The creator will get the recruiter instead of the manager role on requisition creation as it is a recruiter solution. Furthermore you won't have the "pass to recruiter" functionality from BSP and of course the approval scenario is not there. Last but not least you will probably need some bigger WD configuration to get it in a form the manager can handle.
    Other option might be a customer development based on the recruiter solution which ensures that the creator get role manager and which avoids all othe restrictions which effect your rollout.
    Theoretically there is still the BSP version which still exists and could be used in a portal view but is no longer supported. I cannot exactly say how far it is still compatible. At least the publication management was changed before the BSP development was stopped (this change was done for one of my customers and then transported in an EhP3 system). I cannot say if there were similar solutions for other customers. So I cannot recomment to youse the BSP on a long term scale.

    We are running e-recruiting 604 (EhP4 SP5 - stand alone) and we want to know how the new funtionality "Default Qualification" on Requisition Maintance works? and if we have to do some configuration in the system.

    Here you are the solution:
    First of all, the new functionality is available in e-recruiting 604 EHP4 SP04 and the bussiness function HCM_ERC_CI_3 must be activated.
    Description:
    .-The qualifications that are stored at the job/position will automatically default into the qualifications area on the Job Requirements section of the requisition.
    .-We are running E-Recruiting on a separate instance from HCM, we just execute the ALE to transfer data between the HR system and E-Recruiting.
    .-The objects "C" or "S" must have a relationship A031 with a valid "Q" object.
    .- After that, simply create a requisition (select a positions that had qualifications assigned at either the position or job level), go to the "Requirements" tab of Requisition and.... here you are.... the qualifications are defaulted automatically in qualification section.

    Using create requisition request process, a requisition is created after required approvals, then Support Team member can see it under "My draft Requisition" POWL in recruiter's dashboard and further work on it.
    My question is:
    Recruiter launched the requisition from dashboard's POWL and found that some information is missing / required from request manager. how can he/she request such information from hiring manager?
    Is there any activity which we can use based on requisition?

    Sorry for writing "No employee assigned", I meant "No candidate assigned" in heading.
    As per my information activities are only possible if the candidate is assigned to a requisition.
    but my requirement is to communicate with requesting manager only based on requisition (no candidate assigned).
    Can we initiate activities only based on requisition?

    We would want to default the Requisition Header description to get imported onto the Purchase Order Header description. After the Requisition approval the Purchase Order gets created but the Header description is empty and I expect this to be defaulted. Please suggest available alternatives.

    Try with t.code AUT10 -Audit trail using which you can see the change histories.

    Steps to create a HR Infotype:
    1) Go to Transaction PM01.
    2) Enter the custom Infotype number which you want to create (Should be a 4 digit number, start with 9).
    3) Select the 'Employee Infotype' radio button.
    4) Select the 'PS Structure Infotype'.
    5) Click on Create... A separate table maintenance window appears...
    6) Create a PS structure with all the fields you want on the Infotype
    7) Save and Activate the PS structure
    8) Go back to the initial screen of PM01.
    9) Click on 'All' push button. It takes a few moments.
    10) Click on 'Technical Characteristics'. Infotype list screen appears
    11) Click on 'Change'(pencil) button
    12) Select your Infotype and click on 'Detail' (magnifying glass) button
    13) Give 'T591A' as subtype table
    14) Give 'T591S' as subtype txt tab
    15) Give your subtype field as subtype field
    16) Save and come back to PM01 initial screen
    17) Click on 'Infotype Characteristics' ... Infotype list screen appears
    18) Click on 'Change' (pencil) button
    19) Click on 'New Entries'
    20) Enter your Infotype number and short text
    21) Here we have to set different Infotype Characteristics as per the requirement. (Better open another session with some standard Infotype's infotype characteristics screen and use as the reference to fill yours)
    22) Save your entries.
    23) Now the Infotype is created and ready to use.
    24) If you want to change the layout of the Infotype as per your requirement...
    25) In the PM01 initial screen...Select 'Screen' radio button and give 2000 as the screen name, then click on edit.
    26) In the next screen.. Select 'Layout Editor' and click 'Change'.
    27) Screen default layout appears...here you can design/modify the screen..change the attributes of the fields..etc.
    28) Save and activate. (Don't forget to 'Activate at every level)
    Subtype Creation :
    Transaction PM01 Goto Subtype Characteristics. Click on Append and then subtype. Enter the name and description of subtype on screen.
    Then goto technical Characteristics and maintain the details of subtype there. I.e name of subtype i.e. component name defined in PSnnnn. Subtype table is T591A.
    Subty.text tab is T591S and time const tab is T591A.

    Source Determination: This Phase comprises of identification of potential sources of supply. This can be based on past orders, and existing agreements.
    Vendor Selection: This Phase comprises of comparison of quotations received from Vendors. The system can check different quotations received from vendors.

    how do I set default values in TA crmd_order?
    I drew my organizational hierarchy using TAs bp and ppoma_crm.
    When a new Change Request (e. g. SDHF) is created, I want the four roles (Requester, Change Manager, IT Operator and Developer) to be set automatically, not manually.
    Both Requester (= Key User) and Change Manager are derivable. I did not find anything in SPRO neither in the OSS neither here.
    Points will be rewarded as a matter of course!

    look for Define Access Sequence & Define Partner Determination Procedure in SPRO and read the IMG Activity Documentation. You can find it in the Service Desk config, but it works for the other transaction types too.
    Basically, you create Access Sequences where you tell the Partner Determination Procedure where to look for the values for the Partner Function fields.
    The Access Sequence can use lots of sources for the information, including your org structure.

    I have a fund raising application (Raiser's edge), and I have to show each donor along with his/her primary portfolio manager.  Each donor could have more than one manager but there could be only two current manager (primary & secondary).  If the portfolio manager is neither primary nor secondary, we end-date them.  So I tried to create a formula to show only Current Primary Manager, but was unable to:
    IF  ( ISNULL({GfCnRelSol_1.GfCnRelSol_1_Date_To}) or
          ({GfCnRelSol_1.GfCnRelSol_1_Date_To} = ""))
    and
           ({GfCnRelSol_1.GfCnRelSol_1_Solicitor_Type} = "Foundation Primary") then
            {GfCnRelSol_1.GfCnRelSol_1_Name}
    else
    This formula will show each donor with their primary manager whether it is an old/end-dated or not. 
    I also set the Convert Database Null Value to Default
    ***The Date To is considered "String" data type as opposed to Date Data Type.

    I thought that is what you wanted it to do.
    All that formula is doing is filtering records based on
    {GfCnRelSol_1.GfCnRelSol_1_Solicitor_Type} = "Foundation Primary"
    and
    {GfCnRelSol_1.GfCnRelSol_1_Date_To} being blank
    That means it will only find donors that that have an account manager listed as "Foundation Primary" AND that has no Date_To value.
    If that is not what you are wanting just let me know.

  • SSRS 2012 - Cannot access any of the sub page from Report Manager - Manage page menus.

    All:
      It was working at one point of time, but suddenly when I tried to access any of the menus from Report Manage page, all the options (Data Source, Subscriptions, Processing Options, Cash Refresh Options, Report History, Snapshot Options, Security) will
    redirect back to the root directory page.
      Because of this problem, I cannot manage any of the options or subscriptions for any of my report on the server.
      Does anybody know what could be the problem? Thank you very much for your help.

    Hi Tina,
    As per my understanding, I think this strange issue can be caused by the browser which running Report Manager and the page files may be corrupted which are related to manage properties in Report Manager.
    As to the browser, if you use IE explorer to run Report Manager, I suggest that you can try to run it in compatibility mode. If you are using another browser, I recommend that you should use IE explorer to run Report Manager to check the issue again.
    Another possibility is related to corrupted page files. If in this scenario, I suggest that you can try to copy the all Pages folder from another server which works well to replace the current one. By default, the Pages folder is located in the following
    folders:
    C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS11.MSSQLSERVER\Reporting Services\ReportManager
    Besides, if this issue still exists, you can go to Reporting Services Log Files to see if there are error messages. Then it may help us make further analysis.

    To Default the accounts, the Requisition Account Generator workflow - POWFRQAG would be called.
    It is normal, that POWFRQAG does not default charge account for project based requisition.
    You are required to customize the POWFRQAG workflow.

After included this credit card  in expense report and if i select this report  i need to default the mandatory fields (from date and to date  with receipt date of credit card , Expense type with "Other ' and description according to the credit card selected ) .
