Defective iPhone 5/ How do I know if my iphone is still under warranty?

Basically, just a few days ago I started experiencing a problem with my Sleep/Wake button and I noticed that it only works when pressed on the far left side. If I were to go to the Apple Store to try and it replaced, how can I tell if my iPhone is still under warranty and if they will replace it before driving all the way over to the Apple Store? (which is about 2 hours away from me.)

So basically I have warranty (can get my iPhone replaced) until this date?

If AppleTV 2 they came out in September 2010 in US later in other places, so still under 1year warranty.

IPhone Charger still under warranty?

I have an iPhone still under warranty and while pulling the cable out of the wall charger a piece of the charger (inside the charger) broke off. I do not believe that I pulled the charger too hard but removing the cable from the charger was always difficult from the moment I got my phone. I know that all accesseries that come with the phone are under warranty, but would my charger still be considered under warranty if a piece actually broke off from the inside of the charger while removing the cable?

Your best option would be to visit and Apple store genius bar and have the iPhone and charger checked by the techs and replaced if faulty. I had a podcast that had been approved by Apple ; this podcast had enough success so I had to change my host for another one.
Changing the feed of a podcast that can be found in iTunes isn't possible. So I submitted another feed, with same content for firsts episodes, but with a different title, as if Apple sees two podcasts, with same title or same URL, the new one will always be deleted.
I had notification that podcast is under review, a week ago, but since, I didn't received approval notification. I wonder if the context explained up there could be the reason why my podcast is not still approved ?

I can't give you a hard-and-fast answer on how long it takes to get approval - as it requires human intervention it's dependent on factors including how long a queue you are in - but my impression is that it's likely to take at least two weeks, possibly longer. All you can do is wait.

No. Jailbreaking voids the warranty and any AppleCare agreement entirely.
It is not always possible to return a jailbroken phone to a pristine state.
The phone is now unsupportable by Apple or on these forums.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps, like resetting you iPhone, for example? Or restoring it?
If not by all means do so because your problem could be caused by software glitches that could be solved resetting or restoring.
Warranty is for one year from date of purchase and two years if you bought Apple Care at the time of purchase. If your iPhone has a hardware issue within warranty, it would be replaced by Apple. If it is already out of warranty, you might be eligible for an out of warranty replacement where you pay a much lower amount but this varies according to the country and currency, so it is better to check with Apple or with an authorized reseller.
