Deficiate of quantity at PGI, though quantity is available in batch

We are making S.O
Making Delivery - at the time of delivery system reserves batch no of that material.
While making PGI , system giving message error- deficiate of quantity. Why????
Quantity all ready available in stock.

Dear Friends,
We are facing very strange practical problem.
We are having Material u2013 A
This material is available in Plant u2013 01 , Plant-02 , Plant-03 , Plant-04 with Batch Number =1001
1) Now I am doing Transfer posting (MIGO) from USER ID-1 , From Plant 01 to Plant 02 for same material-A and same batch-1001
2) At the same time USER ID-2 doing Transfer posting (MIGO) from Plant 03 to Plant 04 for same material-A and same batch-1001
Then system gives me error message-
Batch 1001 of material A is already locked by USER ID-1
But My plants are totally different but batch is same. But practically I cant wait to finish work of USER ID-1. To get me batch free.
This is very much difficult to handle the situation.
Can any one explain me Solution and any workaround.

Update picking quantity in delivery for batch split items

Hi,
I'm trying to use the function module WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE to update the existing deliveries. I'm able to do batch split for the items in delivery using the same FM. I have also requirement to delete these items (batch split items).
To delete these items first we have to make quantities to zero. So I'm able to make delivery quantity of these items to zero but not picking quantity.
If we do not make picking quantity also zero it will not allow to delete these items
and gives an error message saying "item is already made available for transfer order".
Could some one let me kow how to make picking quantity also zero for batch spit items using FM.

To nullify the Picking Quantity, we can use FM: <b>SD_DELIVERY_UPDATE_PICKING</b>.
Parameters to be passed:

Have tried this in both cases whereby we have partial picking done and full picking done and worked for both cases.

How to know how much quantity is available for the batch ?

I am doing a batch split on delivery item....but when i enter the batch and quantity ( say 500qty) it says Zero quantity available for the batch....
<b>How to know how much quantity is available for the batch for that material</b> so that can we use the batch during batch split.....because batches are attached to a handling unit as well.....

Can anybody explain 'Quantity for availability check' in MB24 (reservation list)
It is not the quantity available. Then can include a column which will show actual available quantity as unrestricated stock in the same report ?

Choose Logistics or Accounting -> Project System ->Material ->Execution -> Delivery from project.
An entry screen appears.
Enter the project definition, for which you want to see the deliveries that have been created.
Choose Deliveries.
An overview of the deliveries appears.
Select a delivery and choose Select.
An overview appears with the quantities of the delivery items.

If you are not using data and the iPhone goes to sleep, it will automatically drop the wi-fi, and will not reconnect until you wake the phone up. That is the way it is designed. The only way around that is to turn off cellular data while at home and on wi-fi.
Cannot answer the xbox question since this is an iPhone forum and I would have no idea.

Error message for over delivery quantity in case of batch split.

System is throwing error message if I try to to enter delivery quantity more than target quantity(order quantity) in case of standard process which is ok but in case of batch split when split line created (9000001 for line 10) and if go to item level in line item 900001 and enter delivery quantity more than target quantity system is giving only information message, still line item 10 is giving error message but line 9000001 giving only information message, user want this to be a error massege as well. Delivery item category for all the line items is same and status B is assigned to over delivery in item category. Is there any standard way of achieving this or do we need any modification, if yes then what user exit need to use.
I searched alot about this in last three days but found only one thread which is unanswered, please provide your valuable suggestions. If this problem is discussed already and solved please provide me the link to that thread as I could't find any.

Still line item 10 is giving error message but line 9000001 giving only information message, user want this to be a error massage as well.
I think it you can possible to change the Information message as Warning message.
Please go to SE91 put the Message Class XX (Ex:V1) there And in No. field enter the message number (Ex: If message no V1293 enter the number as 293)
AND
go for
where used in then select only Program >ok then Program will come select the Program > double click, you will l find the message with the Description.
Now with help of ABAP with just comment on these both the messages. Afterwards you will get the Error message.

Quantity available in Batch determination

Dear Experts,
I have an issue in batch determination in process order. I do batch determination for the component in process order. The same batch can be assigned to two process orders in split quantity. Since the component is allowed with negative stock posting, sometimes the reservation will remain uncleared if the goods issue posted is greater than the allocated batch quantity.
Since there is an uncleared reservation, the deficit quantity is reduced from next batch. So the quantity shown in the next batch during batch determination is less than what is actually available in stock.
Is these any possible way to fix this and ignore the negative stock during batch determination

Go to T.code OPJJ.Select your Checking rule (which you have assign in your Checking Control for your Order Type in T.code OPJK) and activate Check for Include Reservation and dependent reservation as X.

Folder item quantity not available in ML?

As a recent upgrader from SL, what happened to the "Items" quantity and other folder info that used to be at the bottom of any opened folder? Now I have to do Get Info to see that stuff?

Pick Quantity Not available

Hello All:
We have a item with 800 qty in stock check the status, all of which are in good status (they are batched)... But only 300 are showing up as avaible to pick.. There are no open pick list against this item. So why can't I pick the entire 800 qty>> is there any way I can run a report to check??

SAP suggests partial pallet - even though complete pallet available. WM+HUM

Dear All,
Thanks in advance for help.
We have one Finihsed Goods storage location where FGs come from PP.
WM and HUM are activated at this FG store. We have mapped as 1 pallet = 1 Handling unit. Pallet contains cartons. For example say 35 cartons = 1 pallet = 1 HU.
Shelf life expiry date strategy is activated while picking.
There are some other pallets existing with cartons less than 35 - say 20.
The problem appears while pikcing, SAP suggests partial pallets despite availability of complete pallets.
For example, 35 Cartons = 1 Pallet = 1 HU, we have 2(Two) such pallets in stock. And there is last third pallet of that batch with 20 Cartons = 1 Pallet = 1 HU
For all the 3 pallets, batch is same. Only difference is that last pallet has 20 Cartons and not 35.
Now for delivery of 70 Cartons, SAP is expected to suggest two complete pallets of 35 Cartons each - as they are available.
But SAP suggests three pallets - one pallet with 35 cartons, then it suggests partial pallet with 20 Cartons and lastly it SAP suggests 15 cartons from complete pallet with 35 cartons.
Can any one please let me know what settings/config is required so that SAP suggests pallets as per delivery quantity.

This is the standard functionality where the TO is created for picking based on storage type search - followed by storage bin search based on the startegy mentioned in config eg FIFO,LIFO etc. If you want the system to suggest pallets with complete boxes not partial first, then i think you will have to use userexit MWMTO007

Data is not showing using SE16n T-code even though it is available in table

I am facing a problem .Please do let me know the solution incase if it is known to any one.
There are some customized z-tables which is present in both production and development environment and for each of those development customized tables, the table structure and data are same to that of the production customized table. Now when I am executing any of those z-tables in development server using SE16n (General Table Display), itu2019s showing all the data for corresponding table But when I am browsing the table with any particular selection criteria say by providing the value (range of values) for any particular field, there are two problems arises.
1.For some tables the error message is coming like u201CNo Values Foundu201D even though the same table is showing data for that particular filtering selection criteria which
has been provided.
2.Moreover for some tables the output is coming which is containing only the table structure with column heading, but no row has been fetched from the table.
Eventually this problem is not happening in production environment. The reasons for this problem and any solution to solve the issue are highly appreciable.

The solution which you have given is not working. I have checked the conversion exits going through Se16=>menu=>Settings=>User parameters(F6) and "check conversion exits".
When I am executing the entire ztable ,the data are coming and it is also showing the total no. of entries also but when I am executing the same ztable using any particular value for selection criteria (In either of T-codes either SE16 or SE16n) ,The error message is coming like "No Table Entries Found For Specific Key" and When clicking the button "Number of Entries" it is giving the message "Number of entries which meet the selection criteria" ,Even though the record for the same key value exists and
showing the row when executing without any specific key value.This problem is not present for the SAP system tables.Moreover I don't understand the the process to regenerate SE16 Program ,Please provide the step wise solutions for the issue.
Looking forward for your(or anyone from your team member) support regarding the same.

Library Photos images suddenly not displayed, though they are available

I have been running Aperture 3.1.3 under OS 10.6.8 on an iMac for many months. Suddenly there is a problem: at the far left of my Aperture window is a vertical band in which there are tabs for Library, Metadata and Adjustments. The Library tab (the Library Inspector) shows at the top the choices Projects, Faces, Places, Flagged and Trash. Below that are various projects and albums. The problem now is with the display of images in the Photos item.
Hitherto when I select Photos in the Library Inspector the large right hand side of the window, the Projects Viewer?, will display thumbnails of all my thousands of stored images. I use the Browser display to see them. But today, in trying to set up yet another Smart Album to display images that have a particular keyword somehow I have entered the Smart Album criteria as limits on what images are displayed when I select the Photos choice. My images are all still in their libraries, and I can see them correctly in all my many folders and smart albums, and in Projects and Faces I see everything , and Aperture functions as always, but when I select the Photos of the Library (that is, I place the cursor over the word "Photos" and click to highlight it), I see only three images, all of which have the properties I was trying to create a smart album for. Hitherto I would see thousands of images.
The user manual says that selecting Photos will show all images in the library, just as selecting Projects will make all the projects appear (and they do) .The Library Inspector search field is empty. It says All Items. There is a search box at the top right of the Display window. It is empty. It says Showing All. Next to it there is a camera icon , and it has no selection checked. In fact, the three displayed images are exactly what will be selected if I check one of the keywords, but I have unchecked it. My belief is that I inadvertently checked the keyword here, and now for some reason the system does not accept that it is unchecked, although the check mark is not seen.
I have quit and restarted Aperture, and I have rebooted the iMac. Nothing helped. How can I reset the criteria for displaying Photos?

You may have an ivisible filter on your "Photos" View - try the "Double Double Reverse Caggiano"; see this user tip:

FSCT results shows available physical memory in negative even though memory is available

I ran the FSCT 1.2. In the result summary , I am seeing the Available physical memory in negative value. Then in the server resources there is available memory. So what the negative value indicates ?

In the above server resources, memory is still available. How it is calculated and why it is in negative value.
The same test if i repeat i see a positive value. This tool gives everytime + and - ve value which is unreliable

MBP saying USB memory full though space is available

Yesterday when wanting to transfer some files I experienced the problem with my MBP saying that the usb stick had no available memory. It was a 4 gig usb and only about 25% had been used. This is the fourth time this happens to me, with four different memory sticks. One strange thing is that in all cases my computer displayes an free memory disk space of 46,9 mb. Removing files won't increase the available space. What is wrong?

You can check the actual capacity if you open Disk Utility. Select the manufacturer's name. In the info at the bottom of the DU window you will have Total capacity. 2 figures are given for total capacity - the first is the usable capacity as we understand it, the second in parentheses is the number of Bytes the disk can hold.
For my internal drive specified by Apple as 160 GB the actual capacity is 149.1 GB and the number of Bytes is 160,041,885,696.
For my flash drive specified as 250 MB (I've had it for a few years!) the actual capacity is 250 MB and the number of Bytes 262,144,000. There is a further few Kb taken for format files on this drive.
So there is a sense in which I can say that Apple and Fujitsu have cheated me since there never was 160 GB available in a practical sense.
My external WD usb drive is specified in the same misleading way. So is my LaCie firewire drive.
