Define Business Agreement in IBase
Hello all,
I would like to know if it is possible to define for an installed base a business agreement.
We work with CRM7.0.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Best Regards,
Elsa
Hi Elsa,
There are many business agreements in CRM7.0 - Service Agreements, Service Contracts.
One can define the Service Contract and assign it to an Installed Base.
Kindly go through the following SAP help link for more details:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm70/helpdata/EN/46/d61d5a7fa02709e10000000a11466f/frameset.htm
In addition there is a possiblity to assign Warranty(Product) to an Installed base:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm70/helpdata/EN/49/45fdfee1da2222e10000000a42189d/frameset.htm
Hope this answers your question!

go to CRM SPRO->MASTER DATA->BUSINESS PARTNER->BUSINESS AGREEMENT->DEFINE BASIC SETTINGS-> (HERE DE-ACTIVATE THE FI-CA INDICATOR). -
CRM orders with error "Do not enter a business agreement for sold-to party"
Dear SDN'ler,
after creating orders in SAP CRM via ISA (CRM 4.0) and uploading them to R/3 all orders are created successfully in R/3 but an error message is sent back to SAP CRM in case of ALL orders.
Error message is the following:
"Do not enter a business agreement for sold-to party xyz"
Message no. CRM_BILLING011
Diagnosis
The field "FI-CA active" is not selected for the sold-to party 6000201 in the business master record. Since the business agreement is used in the component FI-CA, excluding the control of processes, it makes sense to enter a business agreement.
Procedure
Delete the entered business agreement.
==> Could someone please give me some more information about the mentioned "business agreement"? Where do I find field "FI-CA active" (in R/3 or CRM customer master data?)?
==> And how can I eliminate this error message for CRM orders in SAP CRM?
Thanks a lot.
Best Regards,

Business Agreement Creation Error
Hi All,
Thanks to you all for giving prompt responses to my questions.
Today we are getting some error while creating a Business Agreement in CRM Web UI.
We are using CRM 2007 and ISU as a back end.
I am using IC agent as a business role and while creating a business agreement, I m getting an error message as "Edit payment conditions in Customizing".
Has anybody faced this type of error message?
Helpful response will be definately awarded.
Cheers,
RajHi Denis,
Thank you for your provided link.
Further question according to this setup guide, the template for contract account for Replication mapping table. I have below questions:
1. What is the contract account no should I put in the table TFK_BUAG_REF?
2. We do not required to replicate the account determination ID (Contract account) to tax determination ID (CRM). Do we still need to maintain table TFK_MAP_KOFIZ_SD?
Appreciate if you can further help on these.
Thanks a lot.

Initial Load of BUAG_MAIN (Business Agreements) IS-U = CRM
Hello. We are integrating ISU to SAP CRM 7.0.
We have been replicating Business Partners between the two systems for a couple of years, and now wish to begin replication the Business Agreements <=> Contract acconts objects (BUAG_MAIN)
In our development system, in order to successfully process the initial load of BUAG_MAIN, I had to RE-run an inital load of BUPA_MAIN. I am really unconfortable having to do this in our productive systems!
My question to you experts:
Is there a way to run an initial load of a dependent object (BUAG_MAIN) without having to re-run an initial load of the parent object? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!Hello Pratik,
- There are no dumps in ST22
- There are no errors in SMW01
- No. range settings are set as following:
CRM: Master Data-> Business Agreement-> Define Number Range for Business Agreement:
No. From number To number Ext.
01 000100000000 000199999999 X
02 000200000000 000299999999
ERP/IS-U: Financial Accounting (New)-> Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable-> Basic Functions->Contract Accounts->Number Ranges and Contract Account Categories
No. From number To number Ext.
01 000100000000 000199999999
02 000200000000 000299999999 X
But before inital download we have set all no. ranges to External as prescribed in the set-up and load guide for business agreements and contract accounts.
(There is just one Business Agreement Class and one contract account category)
Hope to hear from you soon.
Kind Regards

CRM 7.0 / IS-U: adding custom fields to Business agreement for replication
Hello Experts!
We're working on replication of custom fields from IS-U to CRM 7.0.
Can you help me with clarification of my understanding of these questions..?
1) CRM/IS-U mapping tables for buag_main:
Business Agreement(BUAG_MAIN) is a BO in CRM that corresponds to CRM table CRMM_BUAG and to Contract account in IS-U table FKKVKP.
Table FKKVKP were enhanced with some z-fields,
so we are going to enhance corresponding CRM table CRMM_BUAG (or CRMM_BUAG_H) with that new fields..
But we see that these CRM and IS-U tables have far not the same field structures..
So, the question: Which crm and is-u tables i should look, enhance and replicate for Business agreement?
2) Access to Business agreement with possibility to add custom field:
I couldn't find in Web UI where i can directly edit profile of Business Agreement..
I've found just access to assignment block "Business agreement" on Account's profile overview page..(Role ServicePRO; Account details).
There I used AET to add custom field..but I faced with problem when the 1st popup appeared: there was no enhanced object "Business Agreement"..
Also in role "Utilities IC Agent" i've found "business agreement" profile but there I don't see buttons for adding custom fields..
So, the question is: Where I can access Business agreement profile to enhance it with custom fields for replication with IS-U?
3) CRM/IS-U data exchange functions:
I tend to use tcode CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU:
for CRM inbound event of BUAG object - FM CRM_BUAG_MWX_PROCESS_EXT_STRUC..(as template).
Question: Am I right that it fits my requirement to replicate custom fields from IS-U to CRM?
Please tell me if you need more information..
Looking forward to your answers.
Thank you a lot in advance!
Kind regards,
EvgeniaHi Gobi,
Thank you for advice. But:
I've created fields not by using AET - I used documentation that Nicolas suggested me above.
I've enhanced tables and structures that were mentioned there with my z-fields for both sides (CRM and ERP).
Also I looked CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU for CRM Inbound BUAG_MAIN - corresponding standard FMs are marked for call.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

Assign Business Partners to iBase Components
Hi Experts,
I have created Solution for my Satellite systems in Solution Manager , I followed below path to Create and Assign the Component Systems as iBase .
1) DSWP> I have Selected a Solution and went to EDIT tab>Initial Data Transfer for IBase.
I got message IBASE generated Successfully.
<u>After that I am trying to Assign Business Partners to iBase Components</u>
2) T code : ib52 >Installed Ibase : 01 and I have selected component then went to Goto Tab> Partner , there
I have Function , Partner , Main Partner , Address fields
Under function I have Sold-to-party , Reported by , System Administrator functions.
Now my question is
If I select 1) Reported by function what is the corresponding partner i have to select.I have created 200 keys users.
Like that for Sold-to-Party and System adminstartor functions what partner I have to assign.
Pls help me , i got stuck up here.
Thanks in advance
RajaniDear Rajani,
Normally you need to assign the following business partners to the IBASE components :
Administrator --> Person who is the administrator of the System.
Key User --> Who is responsible for the system like an Module Lead.
Sold-to Party --> Oraganization which is responsible for the System.
So let's say in my organization Amit.inc i have the following systems :
System A --> Administrator A --> Person responsible C
System B --> Administrator B --> Person responsible D
I would have the following assignments of BP's
System A :
Administrator --> BP for A
Key User --> BP for C
Sold-to Party --> BP for Amit.inc
I hope that the example is clear enough.
Regards

Migration of BUPAs and business agreements
Hello,
Its my first thread and my English is not so good but i hope you can understand my problem.
We have to migrate BUPAs from an NON-SAP system to an SAP CRM 7.0.
We use the LSMW for this with IDOC Basic type CRMXIF_PARTNER_SAVE01.
This is okay and works good.
But we also have to create an business agreement for each of this migrate BUPA and this is a little bit tricky.
So i know that there also an IDOC type for this but i want to link this creation to the migration of the BUPAs.
That means i want to migrate one BUPA and after a successful migration of one BUPA i want to create his business agreement and so on.
So how can i do this?
Thx for helpNo Idea? Or is my english to bad to understand?

Silvio
