Delete a content Item and continue showing the information in UCM
when i deleted a Content Item and after i verified that the information of content item was delete but in the content server the information continue of the content Item that was deleted , i done click over ID show error " page not found"
how can i do for deleted the item definitely of UCM? or is a error of UCM?

Run collection rebuild and the deleted items will be removed from the index . Then those set of contents will not show up in search results .

Iphoto has recently stopped working; it continually shows the loading circle. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it,updated it and reinstalled all my apps with the ‘applications install DVD’ however it still does not work. I have also tried holding the command and option key while pressing iphoto then when the pop up appears i press the checkboxes that have been suggested by other users however nothing happens. Ok the program itself is likely fine, it's the files it depends on that are not.
Step #1
1: Open your Users/Library/Preferences folder (if on Lion you need to use the Go in Finder)
2: Scroll down until you see a file called
com.apple.iPhoto.plist
3: Trash it and reboot, start iPhoto and see if it works.
Step #2
1: Go to your Users/Pictures/iPhoto Library and right (or hold option) click on it and "show package contents"
2: Inside will be a folder with your originals, copy them out.
3: Move and rename the iPhotoLibrary file outside of the Pictures folder.
4: Reboot and restart iPhoto, check inside the Pictures folder if iPhotoLibrary was created.
5: Download ClamXav and run a scan on the Original photo's and your whole machine too while your at it.
(it's if there is a picture in there from Windows it could contain a corruption caused by malware)
6: Reimport the originals back into iPhoto.
See if those two steps resolve your issue, if not I could suspect next a network issue? Like iPhoto is trying to contact the internet and can't or gets hung?
You can can create another user, use the Shared Drop box to transfer files and log into the other user and see if it's a issue with just your User account, and if so you might just want to transisition over and then one day delete the old user and it's problems.

On OSX 10.6.8 Mac Mail sent items do not show the Bcc field. Adjusting settings in mail/prefs/viewing/custom/bcc has no affect on Mail, ie Bcc still does not appear on sent items. Yet another example of Mac caring not a jot about the performance of versions of OS and software running on on older hardware. Anyone got a fix by any chance? Oh and fyi I need to see the Bcc in sent items to confirm sent email is attaching to Salesforece - when I see the Bcc I know I can delete it as a copy will be in SForce. Big thanks W.

i downloaded a song and it shows the time length all to be correct but while playing the song will only play for about 30 seconds then skip to the next song in my list (all lists) - in short i payed for a song that is only of a preview quality
Either this needs to get fixed or i will request my money back because i will not work for my money while other lie about what i spend it on.Try deleting the problematic tune (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.

I work with publisher for a long time now, and I don’t think that there is an automatic process that dose that, you have to manually delete it when it is expired.

While I was updating the software of my IPad, it stopped working and only shows the apple logo. How can I recover my IPad?
Have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds, after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

I'm conecting my Ipad to the computer to charge and it shows the charging sign for a few seconds then says not charging, do I need to bring it in to get that fixed or is there something I can try to do on my own?

thats tough man, yeah exchanging it is the best option. I am unable to use Youtube or view Flash video on any sites.

I have uninstalled Flash, downloaded a fresh version and installed, but no joy.
I am using OS X 10.6.6.
This is what I have tried so far;
1. Repaired Permissions.
2. Restarted with external drive and run Disk repair.
3. Restarted with external drive and run DiskWarrior.
4. Completely uninstalled Flash plugin. Robooted. Reinstalled Flash plugin. Rebooted.
5. I even installed an earlier version of the plugin to see if there was some incompatibility with the latest version.
6. Created a new user login and tried from there. Same problem.
Any ideas?You have what is necessary for Flash Player to be working. Firefox had some issues last year but it was after loading a video or the website. I had not heard of it lately and even last year don't recall it happening on the Macs.
What is happening with yours sounds like a direct conflict with some addon/extension.
