Delete Airdisplay, iScreen, etc to solve drag and drop, white screen, etc issues

Deleting the screensharing program (in my case iscreen, guess airdisplay, etc are the same) did solve all my issues -- as mentioned before drag and drop did not work, white screen in several programs, not menu bar in full screen, etc.
Lion is now running smoothly - so everybody having the same issue just delete airdisplay and co :-))))))

I would:
a) check on the email provider's website to check if it had copied there, and deal with it. Your mention of bandwidth implies this is an IMAP-connected account.
b) close Thunderbird, open its [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-tb?esab=a&s=profiles&r=1&as=s profile] and delete the offending folder there. You need to browse your profile for a while to understand its structure before doing anything rash.
On the whole, I discourage users from dragging folders about as you have done. By all means drag the ''contents'' (better yet, use multi-select, then right-click and "copy to" or "move to") but moving ''folders'' is IMHO an undefined operation with unpredictable outcomes. I've heard of users moving a folder from one account to another and finding that it still associates with (i.e. "belongs to") the original account.

DRag and drop to iPhone etc faulty Itunes 10.6.1

I've just realised why my Iphone only had a few songs on it and its VERY frustrating.
Prior to this update I could drag an album into my iPhone then drag another and it woud simply add those songs to the list being loaded.
Not anymore!
Now iTunes stops loading the first album, thiknks for a bit and loads the second drag. Utterly useless!
I usually drag a selection of purchased and other songs in every couple of weeks for my daily commutes with this 'new' setup it would take a week to drag in a playlist coz I have to wait for every album!

I think im having the same problem.
i just updated to Itunes 10.6.1 and then wanted to update my phone with some new music.
I go to drag and drop one song into my music under devices and i get the black circle with a line through it. Help!

******DataControl Drag and drop -method return parameter issue!!!******

It is a basic DataControl question where I am facing some issues due to this.
I have created the DataControl form java webservice and using that DC in my ADF application. When I drag and drop my Data Control RESULT in my UI and select some specific output structure (Table or form or etc), it is pop-up the window with all the return parameters where I can enter the lables and hitting OK button.
While hitting OK button some times it is pop-up the next window where I can see the DataControl name on the top and the method input parameters list on the bottom of the window and I can enter the value for my input fields. But very few times I am getting this 2nd window popup. Not every time where after hit the OK button in the first window directly it is creating the table / form in the UI.
But I need this 2nd window to be popup inorder to carry forward my input parameters binding across my application. Please help me why am I not getting that method input list sometimes. Or is there any other file I can edit and set the method input parameter binding?? This is really helpful to solve one of my major project issue. Help plzzzz...

Yes I did the same and now I could able to carry forward my input param values from first page to 2nd and 3rd pages where the first page holding method input parameters via DataControl and the 2nd and 3rd pages holding the DC method;s return params. Can you please let me know how to set the new value for the input parameter mapping from 2nd to 3rd page.
*Ex: In first page have 2 input parameters values set to:(UserID1 = #{pageFlowScope.arg0} & UserID2 = #{pageFlowScope.arg1}). I am navigating to 2nd page where I am displaying the userSearch result it may be display more than 1 user. Now I am navigating to 3rd page by selecting any one of the user ID and want to display that selected user details in the 3rd page. Here I am using the same DataControl method result at 2nd and 3rd page.*
*So I want to set the selected userId value to #{pageFlowScope.arg1} before I navigate to 3rd page. Please help me how to change/set the value to the #{pageFlowScope.arg1}. This will solve my major issue. Thanks in advance.*

Cannot drag and drop when screen sharing

When i try to drag and drop files, whilst i'm screen sharing with my mac at work, i just get a message in the file transfer window, saying that 'ichat waiting for mac to accept file transfer'. But i don't get a dialogue box asking me to accept the file. this happens both ways, so when i drag a file from my macbook to my mac mini at work nothing happens and vice-versa.
I have the mac at work set up to auto accept file transfers and screen sharing. The annoying thing is, that when i take my macbook to work, and both machines are sharing the same connection, the file transferring works perfectly.
I'm assuming its something to do with my router at home, but i cant work out what i need to do. anyone got any ideas?
Both macs are running iChat 4.0.5 and are using google accounts.

I think I know what's happening as I'm having the same problem.
Under previous iPhotos you could look at the main viewer and drag a photo or multiple photos from there to an already created album.
Now, it only appears that you can drag an entire event from the events window to an album, even when you click on an event to open it, you can't drag individual photos from an event to an album.
So how do we add individual photos to an album??

Drag and Drop Files Onto EXE Icon

I was wondering if there is a way to have the user drag and drop files onto the .exe icon and this would initiate the program to do something with those files automatically?
For example: Some PDF convertor programs allow you to drag and drop documents, images, etc. directly onto the PDF convertor icon on your desktop and it will automatically convert them all to PDF's, without the user even having to open the program.
Can this same type of functionality be done with a Labview EXE file?

Moving answers in a quiz once they have been matched to a target in using drag and drop

I am having a problem with some of my drag and drop quizzes that I'm wondering if anyone you might be able to help me with?
In some drag and drop quizzes I have created, using the Infosemantics drag and drop light widget in Captivate 5.5, I can move the answer after having matched it to a target but before submittting. Whereas in some quizzes I have created, the answers get stuck and do not let me move the answers after I have matched them to a target, even though I haven't submitted. This leaves me no choice but to clear all my answers and start again if I have made a mistake.
Please can you tell me how to enable the answers to move even after they have been placed on a target?

Pay particular attention to the section entitled: "My drag and drop question works correctly sometimes, but not other times. "
From the appearance of your slide, it looks like you may have removed some of the components from the quiz slide that are necessary for it to function correctly. Try the test that this section of the troubleshooting suggests so that you can see if this is the case. If it turns out that you have deleted some items, you'll need to recreate your quiz slide to get them back again.

Links between drag and drop Objekts

I need to create a Desktop Pane ore something.
Here I want to place a bar with some buttons. By pressing on some of these it should create a new instance of a little Frame, Button, Label ore something where I can add a choice ore what ever.
But this isn�t the Problem jet.
What I need is a Pane like I tell but the created Object must be movable in the frame. And another Problem is to link them to another.
All should be like a MS Visio ore something. Objects that linking to the direct follower.
I hope someone can help me. What I need would be at first some code who show me how I can create some movable objects and how I link them. The lines must follow the objects.
I hope some off you can help me.

How can I build an animated drag and drop multimeter lead using Flash?

I am building a virtual multimeter for testing simulated circuits. I would like to be able to drag an animated multimeter test lead to a point in the circuit and drop it on a target. The static drag and drop is not my issue. I would like some suggestions on how I can animate the movement of the lead itself. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The column resizing and 'drag and drop ' are client side issues. They requires DHTML and Javascript.
AJAX is what is required. (wiki AJAX for more info)
I am working on an AJAX grid and combobox component for JSF that will do this and many more functions.

Drag and drop between splitpanes JAVAFX2

I have a problem wit drag and drop between splitpanes. When my circle reaches the end of the left splipane (anchorpaneLeft) it goes under the right splitpane (anchorpaneRight) and visa versa. I try with circle.ToFront(). but this only works on objects in the same anchorPane. not between anchorPanes. When the mouse pointer reaches the left anchorPane the circle is comming back.
It try to make it as the native drag and drop from windows, when you drag an icon/shortcut into your JAVAFX application the picture is always visible also on the borders of the pane.

Xp-64 drag and drop won't w

I have?a Zen Micro 6 gb. It has firmware version 2.20.05. I can't get the drag and drop function to work with my XP-64 computer, but when I hook it up to my XP-32 laptop I can drag and drop no problem. I didn't have to install anything, it just did it the first time I plugged in. I downloaded both drivers .30.03 and 2.0.00 and neither helped the situation. The pc is beeping when I plug-in and unplug my Zen, but not showing it under the [My Computer] like it should. What do I need to do to get my 64 bit machine to be able to drag and drop?Thanks
