Delete and Re-install after upgrade from single app to full cloud suite?

Hi, I recenly upgraded to the full creative cloud membership from a single app subscription of Illustrator last month.
I opened an illustrator file today from the single app installation and recieved a warning that I no longer have access to the program. Do I need to delete this version of illusrtrator and re-install from my new creative cloud suite membership? Or is there a way to register the current downloaded version of Illustrator with my new full suite subscription?

You don't need to uninstall illustrator from your computer.
You can simply launch the program ---> it will give you a pop up that your subscription is expired or the trial is expired ---> in the same window there will be a button 'License this software' ---> click on 'License this software'
---> Sign in with your Adobe Id on whihc you have the full creative cloud subscription ---> your subscription will be activated.
You can install rest of the products.

I have a big problem with Lion and PGP. After upgrading from snow leopard to lion I cannot access my PGP drive which was generated under snow leopard. PGP does not start but gives a notion that lion cannot work with my PGP version. Solution?

After upgrading from Snow Leopard to Lion I cannot access a PGP drive which was generated under snow leopard. PGP does not start. When I try to start I just receive a message that Lion cannot work with PGP. How can I now access important and confifential informatio which I have stored in PGP (snow leopard). Do I have to move back to snow leopard. If so, how can I do this?

To re-install SL, back up your home directory, format and re-install.

SSO and Portal down after upgrade from AS 10.1.2.0.2 to 10.1.2.3

SSO and Portal is down after upgrade from AS 10.1.2.0.2 to 10.1.2.3. All others are running fine. Any similiar experience and solution?

cn=XXX information is missing for the SSO Server (orasso) when going to http://servername:7777/pls/orasso/orasso.home. Is that causing the problem? If so, how can I resolve it?

Still have no access for Assets after upgrading to Single App ...

Signed up for Photography program like a month ago. While I was trying to access Assets for use in Photoshop I was warned by a dialog about limited access, and I have to subscribe for CC Complete or Single App membership. Today, I have decided to go for Single App. Membership w/ Acrobat and subscribed for this programme but still there is no access ... Can you please fix this ...

As I said before ... I have just upgraded my subscription from Photography to Single App. for ONLY assets access (Not acrobat subscription ... Single app subscription) ... Whatever; here is the description for assets feature from Adobe website -- Creative Cloud Help | Creative Cloud Market

and that was why I upgraded my subscription to Single App. In the end Single App is Single App; Acrobat or Illustrator. Whatever ... I am just trying to tell your subscription system fails, or at least single-app acrobat users are not being taken into consideration as single-app subscribers. I know it is reasonable purchasing Illustrator or InDesign for assets access, but there is nothing mentioned about having Acrobat as single app would not allow to use assets feature.
So this is what happens;
* I bought PS and Lightroom ( Photography )
* I tried to download assets, but CC desktop app told me to upgrade my subscription to Single App or Full Membership to use them.
* I followed the link to upgrade my plan.
* I upgraded my plan to Single App. (Acrobat) ... Or whatever, just get it ... title of the software should not be the case, at least according to Adobe.
* Returned back to CC desktop App. to reach assets.
* Still no access ...
* Still same warning to upgrade my plan which should be upgraded in step 4 !
* 3 Weeks ...
* Still same ...

Photoshop CS6 issue with shortcuts and my keyboard after upgrade from CS5

I recently upgraded from CS5 Extended to CS6 Extended on my Mac (Mavericks), but installed it in English instead of German this time. I transferred most of my presets just fine, but none of the keyboard shortcuts were working. All I got was an unequal sign for all shortcuts and even manually changing them didn't get them to work. I found a few discussions about this issue and ended up adding a German keyboard, as I am always on the Romaji setting of my Kotoeri (Japanese) keyboard. That seemed to solve the issue, but only if I change to the German keyboard before opening Photoshop. Shortcuts don't work in CS5 anymore either unless I do. Sometimes the shortcuts also stop working a while after I change back to the Kotoeri keyboard.
Now I would like to know if there is any way to get around this issue. Isn't there a way to get my shortcuts working again without constantly having to change keyboards? I much prefer the Kotoeri one since the icon for the German keyboard in my menu bar looks extremely obnoxious, in my opinion. It's mostly a cosmetic thing to me, but I would love to get everything back to the way it was before.
I'd much appreciate any advice or help.

I am having a similar problem. Just upgraded to Apple Yosemite and all none of my keyboard shortcuts are working in a clean install of Photoshop CS6. Every menu item has some form of the ≠ sign. I've trashed the .plist file, rebuilt permissions, etc. Even basic keyboard commands, like Command-N for NEW or Command-Q for QUIT do not work. In fact, many don't show up in the menu at all. I don't have this issue in InDesign CS6 or Illustrator CS6. Every once in awhile, maybe 1 time out of 20, menus and keyboard shortcuts work properly, but I can't find any pattern.

I am from India and I am using Adobe CC - Single application plan for Rs.1000/- with yearly committment and I am using Adobe photoshop
Now I would like to get upgraded to full CC membership for Rs.2700 per month with yearly commitment, where I can access all the adobe products
There is no option for this upgrade and when contacted Adobe they are making me shuttling between couple of numbers, saying since I am in India -
I registered via online from india only and not via any resellerrs

You can still avail that offer you need to subscribe for full Cc membership. But you need to contact customer support to cancel the previous single application subscription.

If I subscribed to the Single App version of Creative Cloud, but then found I needed other programs, could I upgrade my subscription to Complete or would I have to wait until the subscription term ended in 12 months?

Going from single app to Creative Cloud team account

I had the monthly single app for $9.99 per month beginning December 1, 2013. I just joined a Creative Cloud Team account and am the second person on that team. Do I have to uninstall the products I currently have installed before I install the apps I need? I tried just adding what I don't have and got error messages that didn't tell me a thing.

You need not uninstall or re-download any application if the adobe id you are using is the same.

Thinking about switching from single-app to full CC. Is it possible to switch back at a later date or am I committed to a year of full membership?

I'm currently paying for Flash but it looks like I may have to use Photoshop and After Effects too, so I was thinking about switching to the full plan. However if I don't end up needing Photoshop or After Effects is it possible to downgrade my membership to single-app in the future?

Printer won't re-install after upgrading from 8.1 to Windows 10

The printer worked fine using Windows 8.1 on my netbook PC (no CD-ROM player).When I upgraded to Windows 10 the printer dialog box said I had to install the printer (again!)I use the printer wirelessly and the installer found the printer on my network. However, it was unable to install it after I had selected it. I tried again, as suggested, but still without success.Do I need to attempt to use a cable to install it, or would that be a waste of time too?

SLOW logins and account switching after upgrade from Tiger to 10.5.6?

Just bought and installed 10.5.6 as part of the MacBoxSet and had no problems installing the software. But when I tried to login, it took forever and still takes between 3 & 5 minutes to login in at boot-up or to change accounts. Gave up on trying to use fast switching. It just stalls everything. Most software seems to be running fine now. Did have some issues with "MAIL," but seem to have overcome those by deleting preferences.
Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated. THANKS ! !

By going to my Mail folder in my Library folder (~/Library/Mail) and deleting all files except any folders and then opening Mail and re-importing, everything comes up properly.

Should I just upgrade or do a delete and fresh install?

Ok I have my copy of Leopard and I'm ready to install on my MacBook. Should I just do an upgrade, or backup my files and do a complete delete and fresh install of Leopard?
What did you do, and why?

Having done a lot of reading on this issue at many forums and sites (like MacFixIt) before I tackled the upgrade, I found the following:
1) Do not do a default upgrade.
2) After people had a chance to test the upgrade paths once 10.5 came out, the majority of comments I read suggested the archive and install.
3) The erase and install was highly recommended at first, but after a few days, when the dust settled, this recommendation didn't appear as much.
My first machine, I did a bootable backup and then an erase and install. All went well until the migrate wizard started copying files from the backup - it couldn't successfully restore one user's files (and it turned out to be me, with admin rights), so I had to manually set myself up. Fortunately, this was a test machine, so the problem didn't bother me. For the two other macs I have, I did an archive and install, and in both cases everything worked perfectly. If you go this route, be sure to delete the "previous systems" folder once you are satisfied with the upgrade.
