Delete button not enabled on Inbox Search List

We are using CRM 2007 sp4. In one of our Web Interaction Centers we want to allow certain end users the ability to delete certain transactions from the inbox search list. At present when an item in the result list on the inbox [Component ICCMP_INBOX (Inbox Items)] the delete button is not enabled whilst the Edit, Display and Interact are all enabled. how do we enable the delete button.

I did as you suggested:
1) Booted from install CD.
2) Ran Disk Utilities on internal hard drive--no repairs necessary. For good measure, did the same thing on external drive. Also no repairs necessary.
3) Checked software update--no updates found. About this Mac said I was already running 10.4.7. For good measure, I downloaded the latest and installed it. Since it let me run the install, I'm not sure if I installed something new or reinstalled what I already had.
4) I rebooted from CD, ran disk utilities, ran repair disk--no repairs necessary. Repaired permissions and a lot of permissions repaired.
5) Tried to delete the files and the same old thing happened: kernel panic. The specific message:
panic(cpu 0 caller 0x00102A08): jnl: transaction too big (1587712 >= 1572352 bytes, bufsize 8192, tr 0x29f1fb0 bp 0x2801de40)
So there's no change in my status.
I'm trying to delete the files because:
A) They already take .5 Gb.
B) I can't get rid of them ever. If I move the problem files to a different folder, I can only do one successful drag-and-drop backup to the external drive until the "new" thumb segments become unerasable just like the previous versions and crash the system.
C) I can't even "just" drag and drop every file/folder except the thumbs, because that ends up crashing the system as well. So I have to drag and drop every file/folder in the iPhoto hierarchy individually. Which makes me less inclined to backup, which defeats the purpose of a backup.
D) After the iPhoto fiasco I'm just crabby about all the Apple screw-ups I'm experiencing and I want to get them fixed.

Delete Button not appearing in cFolders

Hi All,
The user is allowed to upload the document in the cFolders. In the screen where the list of files uploaded is displayed, there are buttons like 'Create', 'Copy' etc. But here there is no option to delete the uploaded file.
Can any one suggest why the 'Delete' Button is not appearing.....

Hi ,
Are you using custom roles?
Authorization to delete is missing.
Two ways you could get that :
1) authorization object CFX_OBJ should have activity 'delete' (06) in your profile
or else authorization object ACO_SUPER with activity 'Admin' ( not recommended)
2) Enable delete authorization via BBP_CFOLDER_BADI method col_authority_change

Webpage not highlighted on google search list after being viewed

I am using an Acer Aspire One netbook running XP. I do a google search using Mozilla Firefox 3.6.22 and get the usual list of search results.
Now when I view a website from the search list and then go back to the search list there is nothing indicating that I have viewed that particular page.
In the past once you've viewed a page from the google search list the underlined link normally changes colour is is highlighted to show that the page from the list has already been viewed.
This enables the user to keep track on what webpages have been viewed and which ones haven't.
I'm sure there must be a solution. I have the remember history switched on in the browser, tools/privacy window.
Can you assist please.

Do you only have that problem on the Google site?
Google is using a visited color (#551a8b) that is hardly distinguishable from the unvisited color (#2200cc), so may not notice it.

Delete button not available for goods receipt when PO has GR-Based IV set

Hi ll,
the delete button for confirmations is greyed out when the PO has the GR-Based IV set, the return delivery button however is available.
There are several goods receipt on the PO some of which have linked invoices but the goods receipt I want to cancel is not linked to an invoice.
I've checked the backend config and it's the same for movement types 102 and 122. Also I can manually post a 102 in the backend.
For PO's without GR-Based IV both the delete and return delivery buttons are available.
Does anyone have any ideas? We are on SRM 4.0.

thanks for the response but I don't think this situation is related to backend settings as I can perform a 102 and a 122 against the same PO l;ine directly in R/3.
This appears to be an SRM "feature".
To claifry the situation
PO flagged as GR-Based IV
Purchase Order line has several goods receipts and several invoice receipts matched.
Tryning to cancel a confirmation in SRM for a goods receipt without a matched invoice receipt.
"Delete" button is not available but "Return Delivery" button is available.
In R/3 backend I can post a 102 (delete) or a 122 (return) without any issues.
Config settings are the same for 102 and 122 in the R/3 backend.
Any one any ideas?

DELETE button not active in Invoice

Hi All,
We have ECC 6.0 and SRM 5.0 . After creating Invoice in SRM front, User keeps the Invoice in HELD or posts it with errors when it goes into "TO BE CORRECTED MANUALLY" status. Now when the user agains views it in display mode, only CHANGE button is active. DELETE is greyed out .This is the case only for invoices created by the same user. So, can you please throw some light on what can be the reason for this inconsistency as for some users the DELETE button works and some it does not.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

We had raised a call with SAP and SAP has replied back saying " This logic was implemented for technical reasons, to avoid, that the invoice data is still in the buffer and modifications to the document which could lead to inconsistencies. This logic was implemented by note 728714, and should prevent above mentioned situation.
This issue is resolved now.

Delete Button not active in Change PO

Hi All,
     I looked at security and authorizations, and checked the PO status in both SRM and ECC. All seems to be ok. But not able to delete the PO line items. We are in SRM 5.0 ECS SP15.0. PO was changed, added lines and ordered and transferred to Backend as well. Now when I want to delete the PO line items, Delete button is inactive. Please advise.

Is this for all PO's?
Deletion is not possible
   i. for the POs which are in status 'ORDERED'
ii. active version of the PO for which follow-on document exists.....
As per the standard system behaviour, once the PO is already sent out
to the Vendor, the Delete button at Header will be disabled. And this
is the standard behavior. You can not delete the PO from the header
and the only option you can do is deleting the items from this PO.
Also, maybe try MANUALLY running update reports CLEAN_REQREQ_UP and BBP_GET_STATUS_2 which will ensure that SRM and the backend are uptodate and retest.

Delete button not appearing in ESS Family members/Dependends

Hi All,
We have a requirement to add a button delete button on ESS-> Personnel Information-> Family Member/Dependents under Partner, where Partner is custom sub infotype.
For sub types like Spouse, child it is appearing by default, but not apearing for Partner, donno why?
For information: It is calling HRXSS_PER_READ_P0021_GA function module.
From a Webdynrpo applcation, it looks like getting dynamic layout based on a function module.

Delete button not working on the desktop

Hello There,
I am a new mac user. I don't know but for some reason, delete button on the desktop is not working, i.e. if I want to delete something I have to right click and then select "move to trash", is there are workaround for that, or it is like that only.

Hi There,
First, welcome to Macintosh! To delete a file, use Command + Delete (The key with the apple logo on it is the command key.) Pressing delete alone will not move the file to the trash.

Test button not enabled in Display Template...

I created a query template then created a display template using that query. If i want to test that output then the Test button is not getting enabled. But if i use dynamic page generator or applet its working I am able to see the graph. Also Test button working in query template, only thing its not enable in Display Template.

Another method of quickly seeing changes to a display template is to use the Dynamic Page Generator accessed via the main xMII Menu under Visualisation Services > Dynamic Page Generator.
Once there, pick the Query Template you are going to use from the top pair of applets, and use the bottom pair to select the Display Template you wish to "preview". Make sure that the Query Template is configured with default parameter values (i.e. that it returns good data when pressing "Test" immediately after opening it in the Query Template editor).
Then, press the Generate Image button to have xMII run the query, pass the results to the selected Display Template and render the result as an image. Because the image name is random, it won't be cached by your browser, and you will be able to see changes to Display Templates without clearing your browser cache/restarting your browser.

When i click on Check SLD Connection, it is not allowing me to enter the params(disabled). It contains some default params like for
Host Name:.........
port:-1
User:........
URL:http://-1/sld
When i click on StartSLD the result is "Page cannot be found", and when iclick on TestConnection, the result is
"SLD Could not be opened succesfully".
Also Create JCo Destination, Maintain JCoDestinations, Start Assigned SLDs are disabled.
How to rectify all these errors.

Tabular form delete button not quite working as it should

Theres a little problem with the delete button on my tabular form. When I select the rows I want to delete with the checkboxes then click the button, it deletes the checked rows but it ALSO gets rid of all the rows that I haven't yet saved i.e. that I created while I was on that page, the same time I checked the boxes
If I save the items then go back to the page and select them it works fine, but obviously the end users won't know to do that...
Is there a way to stop this happening? It happens on all the tabular forms I have in my app...so presumably its a fairly common problem? but I can't find an answer on the interwebs...
I did think maybe I could run the MRU process before the MRD process when I click the delete button as well as when I click the save button...but I thought I would ask an expert opinion before messing something up. It all works fine other than that...

OAM buttons not enabled from oamconsole 11.1.1.7

Hi Guys,
I am facing issue while trying to create Host identifier from OAM console. Some of the options are not enabled to create new application domain in oam 11.1.1.7
Issues faced till now :
1- While creating host identifier from oamconsole. it is not showing + button option to add url and port.
2- Created application domain form oamconsole but while adding resources new resource creation button is disabled.
I have checked options under authentication policy and authorization policy and it is showing + button as enabled and also allowing to add things.
This is a new setup created with following details :
1- OS - Enterprise Linux 5.
2- IDM 11.1.1.7 including SOA 11.1.1.7
3- Intgrated OAM with OID.
4- OHS 11g (11.1.1.7) proxied in front of weblogic server.
Whole setup is working fine as per expectation except this issues which I am facing in oamconsole.
Also created oamadmin and oamadministrator user and group for with below details.

Have you tried deleting the app from your history, and restarting it? (Otherwise --> restart/reset the iPad)

PDF button not enabled in Print dialog box

When I am in any application that allows printing and I select File > Print, the Print dialog box opens, but I can't select the PDF button (or the Preview button for that matter). I can see the buttons, but they are not selectable.
I have a $HOME/Library/PDF Services folder set up properly.
How can I enable the PDF button for printing?
(And for the quinella, the Preview button in the same dialog box.)

I am sorry my post got corrupted as these new Discussions format modifications can muck up when using the ~ (tilde) symbol. !!!!!
What I wanted you to do was go to the Home folder, then Library, then Preferences and locate two files,
com.apple.print.custompresets.plist
com.apple.Preview.plist
and delete those two files in particular, not your document that you are trying to preview. My mistake for omitting this information.
So please try this suggestion.
