Delete games from Gamecenter

How do I delete games from Gamecenter once I no longer have an iPad?
I cannot figure out how to erase all of my iPad games from appearing in Gamecenter.  I still have an iPhone, so I know how to remove iPhone games from Gamecenter (from my iPhone I delete and then it prompts me to "remove from Gamecenter").
Thank you.

If you have those apps on your other iDevices (iPhone, iPad, etc.), or your iTunes keeps syncing it back onto the device; make sure none of that is happening.  You should be good after that.

Touch the app and hold your finger down until all the apps start to jiggle. You will see a circled "x" in the upper left corner. Tap it to delete an app. When done press the Home button.

  • How to Remove Mac OS X Games from GameCenter?

I've uninstalled a game from my mac, but how do I remove the MAC OS X game from gamecenter? (Not ios)

Recover the backup you made prior to installing it.  If you made no backup, let that be a lesson, never apply an update without backing or install any software without backing up*:
    http://www.macmaps.com/backup.html
You can restore your system to the older operating system, by applying the installer that installed 10.6, followed by the 10.6.8 combo update.  However, some things may not operate as expected.  In that event an erase and install might be needed.    Make sure before any erase you have at least two backups handy.

How do I delete games from the cloud?

    Which cloud?
If you're talking about iCloud, you can't. Your games are not stored there. You can re-download previously purchased games from iCloud, but your devices games are not stored in your iCloud storage space.

  • Can't remove game from gamecenter?

    Hi All
I have a anoying issue with gamecenter (in fact two issues).
I downloaded these games for about 5 month ago:
    Germcraft:
    http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/germcraft!/id398966395?mt=8
    Moonsters:
    http://appadvice.com/appnn/2010/09/review-moonsters-launching-stars
Now renamed to and removed the possibility to download the moonster version:
    http://www.themooniacs.com/
    The Problems
    1) Can't remove Germcraft from gamecenter because it doesn't support gamecenter anymore So if I download it again and tryes to remove it from gamecenter it doesn't work - what to do?
    2) Can't remove Moonsters from gamecenter because I can't find the app in my purchased items - I think the company have removed the moonsters version from my purchased items because they have relaunched the game as The Mooniacs - I didn't think they could do that?! But what shall I do?
    Hope anyone can help!

Hmm. I don´t know the answer for you first question, but to the second one: Can you download The Mooniacs free of charge and try to remove that?

  • Game center: Need a way to delete games that are already uninstalled

There needs to be a way to delete games from the "Game Center" that have already been deleted off the phone.
I deleted a game and tapped "keep" instead of "remove" when it asked about the game center.
There needs to be a way to delete the game directly from the game center that doesnt involve reinstalling the game and then uninstalling it.
Anyone else think there needs to be a delete game from game center feature from the game center?

You can open up Game Center and go to your games and do a swipe to the right of the game you wish to delete off of Game Center. Now I just wish I knew how to do the same with deleting games off of Game Center from the Mac App Store...

HOW to delete the saved score in a game downloaded from the app store to restart the game from the begining with fresh scores.
i am unable to do so. please help

In system preferences, create a new account again, using the short name of the "deleted" account. You may be prompted to re-use the old home folder. Log out and log in to test it worked. Then log in as your new admin, and do the delete process again. Don't choose to securely delete this time - just a regular delete.
When you have time to spare, go to Disk Utility, and use the Erase tab to securely erase free space on the drive. This will accomplish the same thing that your originally tried to do. Use the fastest method - anything more secure is a waste of time. You may need to run it overnight - it can take several hours.

  • Delete a game from Game Centre which is no longer in the UK itunes store?

I downloaded and then deleted the game "demolition city!" from my 3GS and I can no longer download the game from itunes in order to delete it from gamecentre via iphone. Anyone know how else I can approach this? This game is not even in my purchases.
It seems that games should be deleted from Gamecentre itself. Just a thought.
    Thank you.

I can't! The problem is that it doesn't appear in the purchased apps list, not even in the hideen ones, but to make sure I actually downloaded it I went to the account management to check in the list of bought stuff and it does appear, but you can't download anything from there!

I have already deleted them from my iPad desktop but they are still currently showing on my purchased window.

I'm in serious need of resetting or deleting unneeded apps and games.

You can't delete them from your purchased history.  All you can do is hide them.  See: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919.

  • Deleting a Game From Hard Drive

OK, I got this computer game that I want to delete from the hard drive. I know when I use my Windows PC there is an "Add/Delete Files" option in "Control Panel" that I use to delete a file or application. My G4 OS 10.3.9 doesn't seem to have it. The game's "Read Me" file instructs how to delete it by going into the finder. But the finder does not even seem to find it. Thanks to all who respond.

    Uninstalling Software: The Basics
Most OS X applications are completely self-contained "packages" that can be uninstalled by simply dragging the application to the Trash. Most applications create preference files which are stored in the /Home/Library/Preferences/ folder. Although they do nothing once you delete the associated application, they do take up some disk space. If you want you can located them in the above location and delete them, too.
Some applications may install an uninstaller program that can be used to remove the application. In some cases the uninstaller may be part of the application's installer, and is invoked by clicking on a Customize button that will appear during the install process.
Some applications may install components in the /Home/Library/Applications Support/ folder. You can also check there to see if the application has created a folder. You can also delete the folder that's in the Applications Support folder. Again, they don't do anything but take up disk space once the application is trashed.
Some applications may install a startupitem or a Log In item. Startupitems are usually installed in the /Library/StartupItems/ folder and less often in the /Home/Library/StartupItems/ folder. Log In Items are set in the Accounts preferences. Open System Preferences, click on the Accounts icon, then click on the LogIn Items tab. Locate the item in the list for the application you want to remove and click on the "-" button to delete it from the list.
If an application installs any other files the best way to track them down is to do a Finder search using the application name or the developer name as the search term.
There are also several shareware utilities that can uninstall applications:
    AppZapper
    CleanApp
    Yank
    SuperPop
    Uninstaller
    Spring Cleaning
Look for them at www.versiontracker.com or www.mackupdate.com.
