Delete Job for Job and Spool

Hi,
Is anyone aware of one single delete job for both Jobs and Spools? We can use RSSPO041 and RSBTCDEL separately, but I am looking for a single job. Please let me know.
Thanks,

Hello
As Subhash mentioned there is no single report for doing this.
Probably you can create a single job with these two reports being part of it as steps.
That will give you better control or single job to be checked for completion.

  • MDM Workflow - Split jobs for Adds and Updates

I am trying to set up a workflow where the inbound file contains Adds and Updates. I want the Adds to get added to a new workflow and the updated records to split off into a separate workflow branch where they will be automatically processed.
Any ideas on how to split these records?
    Regards,
    Brent

Have a Status field in the data model. This status field will have "Add" or "Change" as the possible values.
When record gets added, you set this flag to "Add".
When record gets changed, you set this flag to "Change".
Have a validation step. for Record = Add.
If the validation passes, then it is a "Add scenario". Use the branch step for the validation success branch and the validation failure branch.
You should now have two branches one for add and the other for change.

  • Error when scheduling job for Job Control LO

    Hi all,
I tried to schedule the job for collective update after I set the job parameter in tcode LBWE for LO Data Extraction. But they said 'Error generating job' without any description why.
Maybe you can help me about this since I still can't do the delta extraction for LO.
Thanks and appreciate for your help.

    Hi!
You have to pass two parameters for job control scheduling. In that you have traffic light for the respective parameters, defaulty those will appear in red.when you have specified parameters, both turns in to green.then you can say start.hope this will helps.....
    Best Regards
    Sunil.

  • Batch job for shipment and shipment cost doc

    Dear all,
In case of our client, shipment docs and shipement cost docs are created using a batch job. There are some documents that have not been processed with this batch jobs as expected. Now i want to analyse the job log for thosse failures. For this i want to know the batch job names which i am unaware of. In SM37 i am unable to trace in a generic way.
I know that we can filter batch jobs using ABAP Prog. My question is that which programs have to be used here. are these RV56TRGN for shipment docs and RV56TRSL fir shipment cost docs?? Plz help as the issue needs serious attention ffom my side. also suggest how further i have to rectify this issue.
    Regds,
    Raghu

    Hello,
The ABAP programs you have mentioned are correct and you can enter these in SM37 to check the job names, status etc.
    RV56TRGN  - creating shipment docs
    RV56TRSL - Shipment costs
Check the spool for messages which will have the error docs.
    Cheers !

I am trying to remove Office for Mac from my Macbook Air. I've deleted the files and moved to Trash, but can not empty Trash. This message continues to display when I attempt to empty Trash and thereby delete all Microsoft plist files...

You can't delete Office simply by throwing the app in the trash.
Here are the instructions for removing it, follow them exactly.

  • Program works but background job for that program fails....

I have a requirement where I have to collect the details of the purchase order and put the details in XML file format and FTP the XML file to an external third party FTP Server.
To realize this I developed a report program which follows following logic.
    1)     First I collected the PO details by calling the BAPI BAPI_PO_GETDETAIL1.
    2)     Then using the following link "/people/r.eijpe/blog/2005/11/10/xml-dom-processing-in-abap-part-i--convert-an-abap-table-into-xml-file-using-sap-dom-approach
I converted these PO details to the XML file format that the third party people accept.
In the code I used u201CCALL METHOD cl_gui_frontend_services=>gui_downloadu201D and in this process first the XML file is generated and is getting stored on my deskytop.
    3)     Then I called HTTP_SCRAMBLE, FTP_CONNECT, FTP_COMMAND , FTP_DISCONNECT and RFC_CONNECTION_CLOSE.
This works perfectly well and each time I execute the report the file is getting FTPu2019ed to the third party FTP server.
Now I tried to schedule a batch job for this and the batch job fails with follwing errors
02/25/2009 15:08:47 Error in Control Framework
    Message Class  = FES
    Message Number = 022

    Message Number = 564
    Message Type   = A
Can some one tell me what is going wrong. My report works perfect in front end but fails if I try to schedule a background job for it in SM36.
Can you please tell me whatz going wrong with batch job? Any Help is highly appreciated.

  • BPM - Background Job for Reorganization = Not Scheduled

Good afternoon, first of all thank you very much for the support they can provide. I have developed a JDBC interface -> BPM (Multimapping) which works well. Modify a Message Mapping in the BPM that I use for an RFC Lookup, I have added the Configurable Parameters in the BPM and Integration Directory and everything works fine at design time. But when running the interface at run time the message reaches the BPM and the error "error in BPE inbound Permanent processing".
I have reviewed the Business Process Engine in the RWB and the item is Red Schedule Background Job for Reorganization and detail reads: "Background Job for Reorganization = Not Scheduled".
As I can solve this problem. Thank you very much.

  • Job in background and multiple spool requests

    Hi everybody,
I'm executing a program in a background job. The program outputs 2 spool requests. When I get to SM37 t-code to see job's result, I can see at "Job Log" option that 2 spool requests were generated. But... when I press "Spool" option from SM37 t-code I only see the last one. In spite of this, when I get at the spool controller through SP01 t-code I can see both of them. Can you help me with this issue? Why from one place I get 1 request and from the other the 2 ones?
Thanks in advance and kind regards,
    MMP.

    Hi,
Check out [this thread|https://forums.sdn.sap.com/click.jspa?searchID=16405444&messageID=1181695] which has a discussion on this topic and points out [Note 519059|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/519059]:
8] Question: How are the spool requests assigned?
Answer: The step information is stored in table TBTCP. This has space for exactly one spool request (field LISTIDENT). If a step generates several spool requests during the processing, only one can be stored. In this case the application is responsible for a "spool overview".

    Hi Park,
From what you describe I am assuming that the you had a BW Process Chain running from CPS and then decided to kill it.  This autoamtically created a child job that's supposed to stop the Process Chan in SAP that should have, once complete, updated the parent job from it's 'Killing' status to 'Killed'.  Now you find that the BW Process Chain in SAP is/was stopped, the CPS child job has also completed and yet your Process Chain job in CPS still has a 'killing' status.  Because it is stuck in this status you cannot do anything with it, i.e. none of the scheduling options in the Redwood Explorer are active.
Assuming the above interpretation is correct then you probably have only one option and that is to force an update in the Repository itself.  I also assume you're using either v6.x or v7.x.
To confirm the status of the current job in preparation for the update you can do the following query in the Redwood Shell when logged in as SYSJCS:
    select status from rws_job$ where job# = <the job number of the job currently in a 'killing' status>;
This should return 1 row and the value for status should be 'G'.
To update the status you can use the following command from the Redwood Shell when logged in as SYSJCS:
    update rws_job$ set status = 'K' where job# = <the job number of the job currently in a 'killing' status>;
To confirm your update was successful before finally committing use the first query again..
    select status from rws_job$ where job# = <the job number of the job which previously was in a 'killing' status>;
This should return 1 row and the value for status should be 'K'.
You can now commit the change or rollback if you've made a mistake
    commit;
Normally it is not recommended that CPS users modify any of the underlying tables so you may want to check with support that they are ok with you executing this command.
You may also want to check that you have the latest Service Pack for CPS as this may mitigate this kind of issue from appearing again.
    Regards,
    Simon

I just noticed the exact same thing. It turns out that the httpd-ssl.conf file on my system is still the old v2.2 syntax, which means that the SSLMutex directive is still in there. This is an invalid directive after 2.2.
This is where things get interesting. At first, I simply thought I had forgotten to merge httpd-ssl.conf.pacnew after apache had been upgraded to 2.4. However, when I check my pacman.log, it appears that httpd-ssl.conf was never upgraded when apache went to 2.4 - (2.2.26-1 -> 2.4.7-1). There was never a pacnew file generated to be merged.
I took a look at the apache package via the abs and the "proper" httpd-ssl.conf is certainly in there, so why pacman never created a pacnew file is a mystery.
Anyway, to fix this: pull the httpd-ssl.conf from the apache package, either from your cache, using the abs and building it, or (I think) pacman may re-install it if you move the file to a backup location (not sure about this). Then merge your original httpd-ssl-conf with the new one.

  • I need to use Outlook Express to apply for jobs and I either don't have it but when I try to send an e-mail on Outlook Express, it won't go through and gives me an error report.....I really need to be able to use Outlook Express to apply for jobs. Help!

When I try to apply for job and when I try to e-mail my resume' and Outlook Express comes up to reply to on, I put in my information, etc but when I hit send, it doesn't go through and says? POP and then error report and doesn't go through.

I can't provide a solution with or without the error message, but without an error message, you are making everyone guess at what you see. I have no idea what you see, and I think someone who might be able to help you solve your problem would need to know what that message says. Is "Outlook Express" (Windows Live Mail) your default email processor, if not what is?
