You've got a problem with no easy solution. One of the security features of iOS 7.0 is that you can't delete the iCloud account or turn off Find My Phone if you don't know the original Apple ID/Password that was used to set things up. Nor can you re-activate the phone if you don't know this info. Basically renders the phone useless to anyone that doesn't know this info.
You're gonna have to call AppleCare or go to an Apple store & see if they can fix this for you.

How to make a new icloud account without deleting the acount on other divices

I got an ipad4 and when I go into icloud to type in a new account email it is grey and you can't change it. I want to have my own account in my own ipad.

Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit the delete account button. Any information on that account will be deleted from that device, but it will not be deleted from the cloud or any of the device logged into that account.

Need to delete email acount thats not mine

i just received a refurbished 8830 for my birthday. after i activated it with my carrier i found out that the former owners email acount was still attatched to the phone. i would like to replace it with mine but dont know how. before my carrier activated it they factory reset it through the settings. any sugestions

Hi there, suddenly I can't send email from my iphone. I use mac mail, have deleted it, restored it, done a sync to my mac book, read endless help paged and still get the message *unable to connect to smtp.me.mail . Some one please help!!!

Does anyone know why my mac/me mail would suddenly stop sending mail? Happend a few weeks back since the software update and now won't send a thing. LIke I said I deleted the acount, set it up again, did a sync to my mac book, checked settings again and still it wont send mail. Received fine.

I spoke with Apple Support this morning and they believe anything MobileMe related is due to the conversion over to iCloud that's taking place.
As for other email clients, check with your host to see if settings have changed on their end. I use inmotionhosting.com and over the weekend the updated their outgoing requirements so that a password authentication is now needed.

All you have to do is this: Sync your 3GS to create a current backup. Then either: Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content & Settings or restore it as a "New" device in iTunes. Both accomplish the same thing, erasing all of your data & settings from the phone. You can now give it to your sister, she can plug it into her computer, name it what she wants & sync her content to it. You then restore your 4S from the backup of the 3GS you created when you started. Follow this by syncing your content to your new phone & your 4S will look just like your 3GS.

How do I delete Other User?

Just got MBAir and screwed up migration. Somehow I ended up with Admin account plus an additional user account. I want to delete that additional user and start over, with everything going to Admin account. I went to Users & Groups and tried to delete using minus sign. It tells me responds with "Are you sure ..."? I click OK but it won't delete it. How do I delete that acount? BTW, the progams all migrated just fine.

Since this is a brand new MBAir I deleted the HD partition and reinstalled OS: boot with command-R and launch disk utility and then erase Macintosh HD. Of course, it wouldn't boot (flashing question mark). So I let it download some sort of boot loader, which allowed me to download OS and start over. That all worked. The additional but unwanted user account is gone under the Accounts list. Interestingly the name of that unwanted user account appears under Finder (if I check the box for it), along with the standard folders for it. I guess the erase command in disk utility didn't quite erase everything. And the fact that WiFi access still worked so it could download the boot loader didn't get erased tells me there is some sort of protected area that can't be erased (although after OS downloaded I did have to re-initialize WiFi access). If I really want to erase the HD completely, can that be done?

Removing an account name from the directory is the equivalent to "deleting" an account. The fine details:
-> deleting an account does not pull or retract previous call or message history from the removed account or others with whom the removed account has corresponded or called.
-> an account name is never recycled; if it were truly "deleted," this could become a huge problem if someone else were to start using a retired or "deleted" account name. Once the account name is established or created, it is yours.

Any version od IDSync supports user deletion from AD to DS

Hi,
I would like to know that any version of IDSync supports deletion of users in AD to be synced with DS 5.2. We use Version - 1 2004Q3
Build - 2004.259.1055 with Win2k3 AD. if it is there how to go about implementing it in a production environment.

i don't know if this is the recommended way but we have a cron job running
where we check for deleted AD acounts:
<IDSYNC_INSTALL_PATH>/idsync resync -D cn=<LDAP_MANAGER> -w <LDAP_MANAGER_PW> -h <LDAP_SERVER_HOST> -p <LDAP_PORT> -q <IDSYNC_CONF_PW> -s <ROOT_SUFIX> -x -o Windows -i ALL_USERS

Without access to the original email you can't delete it. See this KB:

Can you get in to the account to change the email address on it? If you know the password you should be able to change it at www.bbid.com. See this KB:

If you can't change it, or delete it, then all you can do is create a new one. In order to log in to the same device with a new BBID you have to perform a security wipe on the device. See this KB:

How do I delete old icloud name and start fresh

You can abandon the existing iCloud account and start afresh:
1. If you have 'Find my iPhone/Mac/iPad' enabled on any of your devices turn it off.
2. Go to System Preferences>iCloud on your Mac and click 'Sign out'. Your iCloud-synced data will disappear from your Mac.
3. Go to Settings>iCloud on your iOS devices and click 'Delete account'.
4. Go to http://www.icloud.com and delete any personal data. You could set up a Rule to move all incoming email to the Trash. You can't actually delete the acount from the Server.
5. Go to http://appleid.apple.com and create a new Apple ID.
6. Sign in with this ID in System Preference (or Settings)>iCloud on one of your devices and enable Mail and any other data types there. You will be asked to create a new @icloud.com address.
7. Sign in with this ID on your other devices and enable Mail etc.
Or you can add up to three 'email aliases' to your existing account - these are additional addresses (not accounts) which deliver into the same inbox as the main account. (New aliases can only be @icloud.com ones; @me.com addresses cannot now be created.)
You should be aware before you start that once you've created an alias you cannot turn that address into a full iCloud account or move it to another account.

Ios 7.0.4 battery issue and DFU mode restore

Hi guys. My iphone has an issue with its battery since i updated my iphone from ios 6.0.2 to 7.0.1 until now ios 7.0.4. I have tried many things, like turn off parallax, background app refresh, location service, mail to fetch, air drop, bluetooth, celular data, delete icloud back up from iphone, delete email acount, reset all setting, restore from back up, restore and set it as new phone, but all thoose things didn't help. Now I loose 1% for 3 minutes. Before thoose update i loose 1% about 6 minutes.
But i have been oberseving so far to know what is causing this issue. This morning i did the DFU mode restore, exatcly not recovery mode restore. After DFU restore completed, i watched every each percent of my battery begun increases to 4,30 minutes while using internet via safari. After that i restored again from my itunes backup, and the battery back to 1 % / 3 minutes while using safari with the same setting. This is first time my battery increases, and my first time i used the dfu mode restore. So far i always using itunes restore.
I guess there are something make the battery drained. I think that icloud data and email account causes this issue. But when i try delete manually my two email accounts and icloud data backup. My battery still 1% / 3 minutes.
So, are you guys have some experiences? Any ideas?
