I disable by clear check box on Default Web Site --> SSL Settiings --> Require SSL
and also inseret my domain name example: http://mail.myexchange.com/owa in Exchange admin center Console --> Servers --> Virtual Directory --> owa
and also i change <add key="UseHttpsForWacUrl" value="true" /> to <add key="UseHttpsForWacUrl" value="false" /> in C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange
Server\V15\ClientAccess\Owa\web
But, after this steps for removing https on my url i can use it. and after loggin in https mode i can delete https on my url manually but did't work good and i get this error when i want see my email body "Error: Your
request can't be completed right now. Please try again later."

Have you restarted IIS after changing all the settings?

WWSAPI - Cannot connect to web service via SSL and HTTP proxy authentication with NTLM, errorCode 0x803d0016, HTTP status 407

I built a web service client using WWSAPI. The connection works via SSL (without HTTP proxy) and it works with SSL and proxy with basic authentication as well. When I try to connect using a proxy with NTLM authentication, then I get the errorCode
0x803d0016, HTTP status "407 (0x197)", "Proxy Authentication Required".
In WireShark I see only one HTTP request to connect to the proxy with NTLM Message Type: NTLMSSP_NEGOTIATE. The HTTP Response returns Status 407 and the connection ist closed. Comparing this to Internet Explorer - the Connection is not closed and
a second request with NTLMSSP_AUTH is sent.
Why doesn't it make the complete NTLM handshake? Why wasn't sent the NTLMSSP_AUTH directly?
I oriented in the HttpCalculatorWithKerberosOverSslClientExample.
Using WS_HTTP_HEADER_AUTH_SECURITY_BINDING,
WS_SECURITY_BINDING_PROPERTY_HTTP_HEADER_AUTH_SCHEME was set to WS_HTTP_HEADER_AUTH_SCHEME_NTLM, WS_SECURITY_BINDING_PROPERTY_HTTP_HEADER_AUTH_TARGET to WS_HTTP_HEADER_AUTH_TARGET_PROXY. SSL and Credentials configuration for webas

I got a doubt in SSL certificate configuration.When i need to configure a JAVA engine for activating SSL.I would create .CSR and get signed from Trust center which inturn gives three certificate root,intermediate and original certificate and so we can configure the JAVA URL as https://<hostname>:<port no>:500001/...
Now the same can also can be configured for ABAP WEBAS engine.my doubt is as per note : 510007,SAP has said to generate .PSE file and SSL configuration which will work in 443 port and HTTPS port as in SMICM transaction
But I have two instances running on single host.I have already configured HTTPS 443 for one instance say for ABAP webas.And If i need to configure for another instance, can i change the HTTPS port as per my requirement ????,because 443 has been assigned to another instance (earlier) .And Can i generate PSE file from that new port and get the certificate installed that is obtained from Trust center ???

To specify the https port of ABAP, you can use paramenter
icm/server_port_<X> as PROT=HTTPS,PORT=<port>
I think the default port for http is like below
icm/server_port_0 as PROT=HTTP,PORT=80<instance_number>
Then you can just specify icm/server_port_1 for https.

How to delete the existing list and prevent auto-completed web sites?

Hi, As soon as I start to type "www" in the address bar, a list of previously visited web sites appears, as if auto-completed. They seem rather random, and not necessarily the most recent ones. I have tried resetting Safari, deleting the cache, looking these sites up in the various plist folders in the Library, using Safari in Private mode, etc. but it still happens. I find it a nuisance.
How do I delete the existing sites, and how do I prevent more from appearing in the future?

Delete Button Disabled in Outlook 2010 with Exchange 2013

I recently switched from a 3rd party mail software to Microsoft Exchange. I have had some users ask me why the Delete button is disabled. I didn't enable any special policy to cause this, and the Delete key on the keyboard will delete messages.
The disabled Delete button I am referring to is in the Home ribbon and the right-click menu for selected e-mail(s). Is this standard behavior for Exchange, and can it be changed?

It so happens that I have an XP VM with Outlook 2007. That having been said, as previously mentioned, before testing, I (thought I) could confirm the same consistent behavior in the following configurations:
WinXP + Outlook 2003
Win7 + Outlook 2010
Each of these systems was using a different user account, and I have tried folderview repairs in EMC to no avail.
Strangely, WinXP + Outlook 2007 does not appear to exhibit the behavior. In this test case, the profile and OST were just created, but switching to folderview or moving the reading pane to the bottom did not affect the behavior.
Given that information, I proceeded to re-verify, and I hadn't checked winXP + Outlook 2003 because the computer in question had been upgraded to Outlook 2010. However, I verified the issue does still exist there. Next, I proceeded to check another
computer that I thought would be WinXP + Outlook 2003, but it had also been upgraded to Outlook 2010. This computer did not have the issue, and this leads me to a new theory about the cause (but no closer to resolution). For the record, of the
three computers (two exhibiting the issue, one not), only one has the Adobe plugin mentioned in my last post in response to Diane Poremsky, so the issue doesn't appear to be related to that.
That said, my theory follows: This is somehow related to IMAP in Outlook 2010. The computers that exhibit the issue were all previously running IMAP in Outlook 2010, and the IMAP PST filse were imported using the MailboxImportRequest feature.
I suspect this is related because of other issues that happen for these accounts. For instance, all new e-mail was only visible in OWA and not Outlook on all folders on these accounts, and I have had to have the users reset filters in the view settings
for each folder individually. I don't remember exactly which filter was somehow imported, but it definitely had to do with IMAP. This may be another red herring, but the behavior is consistent with it. I should also note that this behavior
did NOT exist when they were connected via IMAP to the old (non MS) server. I should also note that the filter behavior is somehow stored on the server (and therefore I imagine the delete button behavior could be as well), because creating a new Windows
Profile (and as such, a new Outlook profile and OST file) on a new computer did not make the IMAP filters go away.

SSL and HTTPS

Hello,
since a few days I cannot connect via email (SSL) or internet/opera mobile to HTTPS pages. I have no idea what I have changed. It was working fine and changed from one day to the next. What could be the problem? Are there any files I have deleted by mistake or do I need change configuration files? By the way HTTPS on opera mini is working.

Disable Save and Save As in Web Analysis

I have some standard Web Analysis reports that I want to share amongst users. I've created a common folder in Workspace and saved the reports (each is just a simple grid) to the folder.
If my users are provisioned as Viewers they can drill up and down on the grid but not navigate the dimensions (no pivoting).
But, and this is the question, how do I stop Web Analysis from prompting them to save the report if they have drilled down? If the user does click on Save the file is not saved. The same goes for Save As -- the user can type anything he likes -- regardless of location (personal folder or originating folder) or name (same value or a different one) the file is not saved.

Thank you for your answer -- that did the trick.
Bizarrely (I use that word a lot wrt Web Analysis), I cannot see this setting for Viewer provisioned users but I can for users provisioned as Analysts/Report Designers. In my case that's fine as I need to move users to that level of provisioning to allow them to swap dimensions and save the reports to their custom folders when desired.

P.S. Yes, having each user change it manually/separately is a pain but that can be addressed in training.

JSF / Switch between HTTP and HTTPS

Hello!
I want to switch between HTTP and HTTPS using JSF.
Under Apache Struts framework I can use struts extension "sslext.jar" to configure switching between http and https in one web application.
e.g. Login-jsp should be secured, all other jsp's should run unsecured.
Any ideas?

I made the necessary enhancement for the second phase, password confirmation required when return to SSL zone after leaving it after a succesful login.
I did the following:
1) create a class in the application scope and/or singleton class with the servlet paths that require SSL
2) create a plugin that reads ActionConfigs from the ModuleConfig
3) create a filter that sets a request scope flag that says that password must re-entered.

The wole picture:
The filter adds a RequestDTO object that includes all request parameters, one of them is the secure flag.
I have a session scope class UserContainer that includes all the session parameters, one of them is the lastRequestDTO.(last made request)
At the end of all my jsp's I set the lastRequestDTO variable.
In that method I set the passwordConfirmationRequired flag if needed:

If yes I could add following prefix /account to all my action paths and forward paths and this could resolve my problem.
What's your opinion?
If no, would your library resolve this?
Will all the Struts/JSP/JSTL url generating tags pick-up the required protocol (http/https) according to your configuration file?

Exchange Web Service

We have MS-Exchange Server 2010 and MS-Lync Server 2010 running on two hyper v within MS-Windows server 2008 r2 x64bit. Outlook and Lync clients are working fine. Recently we wanted to configure MS-Dynamics email router to route emails to outlook client.
Now the question is the Exchange Web url is for incoming is throwing errors(Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote
host) and outgoing is success. So i cross check with Test email configuration on outlook client side and configuration information on lync side, To my surprise is not showing the EWS URL internal or external nor the auto discovering to
working. Now on exchange management shell all these three URL pertaining to EWS internal/external and auto discovery, owa, and anywhere is listed corrected.
How do i fix the make clients resolve the issue??

How did you assign the rights to the root folder ? with Set-MailboxFolderPermission the highest level of folders you would be able to access would be the Top of the Information Store which is the IPM_Subtree root which corresponds to the msgfolderroot.
The root in the Non_IPM_Subtree the only way to set rights at that level would be via EWS or MAPI.
You might want to test that out using the EWSEditor
http://ewseditor.codeplex.com/ this will allow you to bind and set rights at that level and then you can test what access the user has also.

Exchange Web Services (EWS) - InvalidCastException

I have a service that reads the new emails in an Office 365 Exchange mailbox, and saves attachments in a directory.
For most emails it runs well, however I'm getting a lot of the following exceptions lately:

It looks like you've hardcoded to always access the first attachment, when really you want to access the current attachment in the For Each loop. (Unless my VB skills are rusty, which is definitely possible!)

First, I would like to confirm the following questions:
1. Does the issue occur on certain user mailbox via OWA or each user mailbox?
2. Which OWA folder’s email cannot be deleted, Inbox, Sent Items or each folder?
3. Which version of operating system is installed on the client machine, Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7?
At this stage, I suggest you temporarily disable firewall and anti-spam for a test. If the emails still cannot be removed via OWA, please refer to the following article
and use isinteg tool to check and repair Information Store.

McAfee have taken the decision to rewrite the Firefox SiteAdvisor plugin to make it easier to update. This should ensure that Mozilla's fast-release schedule does not cause lengthy delays after future version updates. What it means for Firefox now though is that until the rewrite is complete - and tested - SiteAdvisor is being prevented from loading in Firefox in order to avoid the possibility of software incompatibility.
The SA rewrite is projected to take a few weeks to complete and test; it should be ready by about the third week of July, although the exact date is not being given at this stage. It could be earlier.
In the meantime, users who are concerned about the safety of websites may wish to consider WOT as a temporary substitute. WOT ratings are set by user consensus rather than by automated site testing, so WOT is not a full replacement for SiteAdvisor. It is, however, a good rating tool in its own right (I use both it and SiteAdvisor in all my browsers) and is apparently unaffected by the upgrade to FF5.
