I've seen many duplicate posts in different forum areas, in fact I've just responded to one. Is there a way to notify the moderators to merge/remove the duplicates? or, is that just the way it is?
>Far too many folks posting garbage just to boost their levels.
Hmmm... what levels?

  • Deleting posts in calendar in E72?

Hi! Just got myself an E72. Trying to delete posts in calendar, but can't do. Deleting over and over again, but it's still there. Only way to remove posts seem to be to remove it in Outlook and then it will disappear after exchange syncronisation. This surely must be a bug, right? Can somebody please help me on this one? Thanx!

If your iPad or iPhone calendar is linked to Google Calendar, go your Google Calendar and delete it there. The change will be reflected on your device. It appears you cannot delete a recurring appointment in GC from the iPad or iPhone but you can from GC.

  • End  user deleted posted MIRO invoice, how?

    Hi SAP Gurus,
Surprisingly user was able to delete the posted MIRO invoice (infact a paid invoice) using MIR4, then going to Edit- Display/Change and Invoice document-Delete. I can see the deleted invoice under Purchasing history in the PO but when i click on the Invoice it says invoice has been deleted.
How is it possible to delete the posted invoice. How can i track what steps she had carried out to delete the document?
I would appreciate your insight on this issue,
    Thanks.

Are you sure the document wasn't reversed versus deleted? In order to reverse the invoice, the payment document that cleared the invoice had to be reversed first.
Display the payment document FB03  that cleared the invoice and see if it has a reversal document.

what you describes does not really sound logical.
MIR4 allows only to change via Edit- Display/Change  if the invoice is a parked invoice.
but a parked invoice cannot really been paid.
And once the parked ivoice is deleted, then it is not shown anymore in purchase order history.
if that is the case then you should read OSS Note 595535 - MIR7: Undeleted entries in purchase order history

  • How to delete posts on Facebook and Twitter using ...

I've been using the Nokia Communities App for like a week, then I noticed that I typo-ed a Facebook status, also in Twitter. I couldn't edit it, and I couldn't find any option to delete it as well. How do you do that?
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    Hi prinsipeOplok,
Thanks for your post and welcome to the fourm.
It's not possible to edit or delete a post via the Communities application. In order to do this you will have to log in to the Twitter or Facebook website via the internet browser on your phone and edit or delete from there.
Hope this clears things up, thank you for your feedback.

  • Question for Moderator - Delete post

I'm trying to contact a moderator to delete a post I made to this forum. It contains two photos that I needed to post in order to have my question answered... but I'd rather not have them public forever. Since a delete option was available before I got a reply, I assumed I would be able to delete it later. Is it possible to contact someone to have this post removed? Linked below.
    Thanks

  • I know there has been threads about this, "DELETE POST"

I know there has been threads about this, but I want to be able to delete one of my posts.

    Rascal,
There are a number of reasons that members cannot delete their own posts.
One being that it could cause some confusion when reading a thread.
Say an OP starts a topic, and other members respond to that topic. Then the OP deletes the original post. Readers would not know what the replies are addressing.
You have about 15 minutes to edit the content of a post, but you cannot eliminate it entirely.

  • Deleting posts, Poor Security

Skype I'm afraid my most recent post has been deleted. I fear either it was your mods or your terrible Security.
Why should I spend my Money with skype when you guys are censoring my posts and have terrible security where people can use your own support system to hijack accounts from people and do a distributed denial of service attack against them with only their skype name?
This is a joke that you deleted my previous post on this issue I will be discussing with my colleagues at other companies and bringing this to light with them as well.

    Greetings,
No need; here is a link to your post.

  • Delete post, account help

I just posted my first message with an other account (just made this one) and i realised that my alias was my email adress... I dont want to have my email adress displayed on the internet. I need the help of a moderator to delete my post please, before it spreads. Here is the link :
    http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1876027&tstart=0
P.S. i didnt wrote this message with same acc, trying not to make things worst.
Do i need to make new acc or can i change alias ?

    Hi,
I have requested that a moderator delete that post for you. As to deleting the account, please read this thread:
    http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?messageID=9481145&#9481145
You can not change the alias of your account at this time, please read the [!http://discussions.apple.com/images/announce-16x16.gif! Announcement|http://discussions.apple.com/ann.jspa?annID=558] at the top of the page.
P.S. it may be that if the moderators choose to delete that post, they need confirmation that it is actually your account. Can you log in with it and confirm here which account it is that requires deletion of the one or two posts you have written?

  • Deleting posting Document

    Experts,
I have created posting document and i need to delete that, how to do that?

Have you done it in Simulation Mode or Live Mode.
IF live mode, go to POSTING RUN OVERVIEW, and delete the necessary record.
Then again make a live posting and then release and post it.
If its only simulation, yu can directly delete the document.
    Regards

  • The Blank Screen & Deleting Posts

I wrote a feedback to a topic and pressed submit and I did get a blank screen afterwards. I tried to reload the page and still the same blank screen. I returned to the topic at hand to see my posting and what ended up happening is double-posting my feedback. I tried to edit the entry to attempt to delete it, but there is no delete option similar to the old discussion board. So, with the new discussion board, how do you delete an entry?

We need the following changes to the post message procedure:
While writing the message (interacting with the message editor), indicate how much time is remaining for us to complete our message or reply.
After clicking Post Message, indicate that the message was or was not posted (success/failure), and navigate back to the original discussion thread (or to the post, if a new tread was started).
After clicking the Post Message button, the new message is successfully posted but the JSP app takes us to a blank page. To navigate to my post, I have to search for it or use My Posts.
The posting feature seems to have a time limit. That is, if it takes me more than a few minutes to write a reply, I have to resubmit my reply by navigating back and clicking Post Message again.
Also, what was wrong with the WebObjects discussion board? Why the JSP boards now?
