Delete previous purchase
How can i delete a previous movie from my itunes account so that it will stop downloading anytime i purchase something new.
Pls help me out.
Thanks
You can't permanently delete any item from your purchase history, you can only hide them so that they don't show in the Purchased link for redownloading.
To hide items you can use the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919
Or if you are using the iBooks app on a Mac you can also hide ibooks via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the ibookstores in the app.
If they are showing on the bookshelf with a cloud symbol then you can turn that off on an iOS device via Settings > iBooks > Show All Purchases 'off', and on a Mac's iBooks app by unticking the View > Show Purchases In iCloud menu option. (You can redownload past purchases via the Purchased link in the ibookstore in the iBooks app.)

How do I permamently delete previouly purchased apps from showing up in the "Not on This iPhone" section of the app store?
These apps aren't showing up in iTunes. They only show up in the purchased list on my iPhone. But I guess there is no way to hide them in the App Store view?

How do hide/delete* previous purchases from App Store, ios7?
Preferably able to be done from an iPhone or iPad. If that cannot be done, please tell me how do do it from the computer (not Mac).
Note: I need an ios7 version.
*preferably able to delete it.
Many thanks!
You Know Who, He Who Must Not Be Named, V******tNot sure if you can do it directly from the iPhone or the iPad.
From any computer, access iTunes Store, select PURCHASED and place the mouse over the purchase you want to hide. A cross button should appear at the far right. Check it and it will ask you if you want to hide the purchase. -
HT201272 How to delete previously purchased apps?
I downloaded some apps that, after exploring, found I didn't want. I deleted them but they still show up as purchased and ready to reinstall. I know I never want to reinstall so how do I delete them from this list?

Delete previously purchased items
I have some items that came with an album that I just don't want to download. When they pop up in the' "Downloads" section of iTunes... The stop and go away. However the next time I got to download other items... They come back and I have to delete them again.
Is there a way I can delete them for good so I won't have to go through downloading them????No, sorry, there isn't; not from your end, anyway. The easiest thing will be to just complete the download.

HT4059 Deleting past purchases
How do I delete previous purchases so it is not in my iCloud or previous history. I have too much junk stored and some i will never use again. When I go through them looking for something, there are a lot of apps and games or books I tried and didnt keep that I have to scroll through. Can you dump them somehow permanently?
Welcome to the Apple Community.
You can't delete them, but you can hide them. Click the small X beside each entry in iTunes on a computer, swipe and tap 'hide' on a mobile device. -

I have accidentally deleted an Audiobook purchased from iTunes. (Purchased from iTunes, not Audible, but it is an Audible product). It does not appear anywhere on a lost of previously purchased items. How can I 'find' it and re-download it? Thanks!
Sorry, but audiobooks cannot be downloaded more than once without charge, so if you don't have a viable backup, you may be out of luck. You can, however, contact the iTunes Store, explain the situation, and see if they can make an exception for you.

how can i view a list of previous purchases i have made from the appstore on my iphone that i have now deleted?
Launch iTunes on your computer. Select iTunes Store in the source list on the left then click Sign In right side of the iTunes window just above QUICK LINKS.
In the Account Information window click See All to the right of Purchase History. -
Can i delete a movie from my computer that i've previously purchased in itunes and then download again when I want to watch it? Seems like this would help me manage storage space.
Yes, provided the movie is still in the iTunes Store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer. -
I've accidentally deleted purchases from appearing in iCloud, and iTunes will not even let me re-purchase them, let alone make them appear in "previous purchases" to download.
Are the items still available in the store, and if so have you hidden them (hiding and unhiding) ? Not all content types are available for re-downloading in all countries, and if the content provider has removed an item from the store then it also won't appear for re-downloading.

How are you trying to delete the music direct on your iPhone?
You tried to remove the music from iTunes on your Mac how?

How can we delete apps, etc from the Previously Purchased list so that they don't show there anymore?
You can't currently permanently delete purchases, all you can do is hide them so that they are less visible : hiding and unhiding purchases

There are several albums that I've previously purchased that somehow were deleted from my computer & iPad. When I go to download available purchases on PC it say that all available punches have been downloaded. When I check iTunes Store it show as "purchased". When I try to check & download from iCloud via either iPad or PC these items do not show up under items purchased.
I can't even re-purchase the item, which I've tried since it shows as purchased in iTunes Store. This is very troublesome because there is no way for me to access these previous purchases. I have been using iTunes & various Apple products with the iTunes Store for several years & there is a lot of money invested in these previous purchases, that there is no way for me to access. As mentioned, I'd even be willing to re-purchase some of these items (though this should be unnecessary). But, the iTunes Store won't let me, because the items show up as purchased in store, but not on any of my devices!!!
Help!Hey innerev2003,
Thanks for the question, and welcome to Apple Support Communities.
If, while searching through your past purchases, items are unavailable to download and show a "Purchased" button, they are still on your computer. It may be best to search your iTunes library by clicking Music, then use the search bar at the top right.
If you are completely sure the items are no longer in your library, try signing out of the iTunes Store, and then back in.

I tried to follow the instructions for downloading previoulsly purchased movies. The instructions do not seem accurate for my computer. I cannot seem to find previously purchased movies.
Further, there are multiple copies (of the same movie) on my computer. Can i simply delete the duplicates? Are you in the USA? Currently you can only re-download movies in the USA and not even all of those (studio dependent).
Before deleting duplicates I would make sure it isn't just two links pointing to the same file. If it is, delete the link but not the file (especially if you cannot download it again). In general you need to exercise caution when dealing with duplicates because some are not really.
