Delete requisition -- E-Recruitment

I try to delete a requisition, logged in as a recruiting admin.
When I select the requisiiton and click on the delete button, I get an error "Requisition status is not 'To Be Deleted'".
Is there any config to be completed? I thought this is delivered.

Hi Vicor Pinto,
you will have to ensure that no applications associated with the posting object linked to the requestion is "In Process". The applications should either have been processed completely or rejected. There should not be any posting objects in active status as against the requisition.

When we are trying to access *requisition in recruiter role in portal it is showing you are not authorized to perform this applcation. Can you pleae suggest me what will be the problem.
For clarity we are having EHP4 , and the portal nw7.1 , we have assigned SAP _ALL to the user we are testing and in portal we had assigned super admin , recruiter , recrutiment administrator.

Urgent help in Requisition E-Recruiting.

In E-recruiting , Requisition information is stored in HRP5125 database table. But the history of "status" and "Reason_code" is not saved in HRP5125. Only one status update (last one) per day is getting saved.
where the status history is saved.How can you change the default storage tables for status in requisition.
I want to know in what table status data is saved.
Only the last updated data is saved in HRP5125, and where the complete data is saved.

Delete Requisition Lines, Freight Charges for po

I was wondering if anyone knows how to delete individual requisition lines after approval.
Also, We are using the Unit price in PO level as C+F. But that could affected in item average cost, So how we can handle the PO which has Friegth charges without affecting on the accuracy of Average price and while matching the Invoice with PO (In case if we put the frieght charges as another item).

Go to M/06.select the frieght condition type and tick the group condition indicator and Group condition routine as 1 Overall document .and then enter condition value at header level in PO.

Deleted requisition items still showing in ME57

Hi, we have a PM order that has two components in the bill of material. They were deleted on the PM order. When we look at the requisition these two components are shown in a deleted status as expected. We have a user that uses ME57 to look at the outstanding requisitions and these two components still appear. This has happened to two different orders in the last several weeks and we have been unsuccessful in getting rid of the requisition in ME57. Any ideas?

This is the standard vehaviour.
In the document overview you get all the items of the purchase
requisitions no matter if they are deleted or not.
When you convert the deleted item into a PO you will receive message
06 050 stating that this item is deleted in the purchase requisition.
This message can be defined as an error message in TA: OLME
-> Environment Data
-> Define Attributes of System Messages
-> System messages
So it is not possible to order an item which is deleted in the
referenced purchase requisition.

In Vacany requisition-error "Recruiter is missing" appear after all are set

Hi,
When a the Line Manager or Supervisor is trying to complete a VR form in portal it is saying " Recruiter is missing " in. I have checked the Account assignment feature (which is defined correctly) and also the recruiter maintianed for that PSA ( it is also maintianed correclty),even the employee who is occupying the position ( for which the position is going to get vacant) and his IT0001 and his Sueprvisor's everything is correct. But still this error "Recruiter is missing" appears in the form.
Any settings have been missed. Please provide your inputs.

The Recruiter dropdown values are determined as follows:
- In the customizing table EREC_GENERAL, the 'Recruiter Logic Type' must be set to "Manual entry by the Manager".
- The Administrators table (T526) must be configured. The Recruiter User IDs (USRID) are taken from the Administrators
table (T526) where the 'Group' (WERKS) value corresponds to either:
(a) the Administrator Group (TCLAS) value determined by Feature PINCH (default value 'APPL'), or
(b) the Administrator Group (SBMOD) value assigned to the Hiring Manager's Infotype 0001.
- In the E-Recruiting system, the Recruiter User ID must fulfill the prerequisites for a Recruiter user, such as:
(a) It must be assigned to the same pernr as in the HR/MSS system, in the case of a standalone E-Recruiting system.
(b) It must have the correct user profile for a Recruiter.
e.g. SAP_RCF_RECRUITER
(c) It must have a Candidate Object assigned to it.
(d) It must have a valid email address defined.

Configuration ID for Create requisition , E Recruitment

Hi,
I am currently working on configuration id's in WDA application for erecruitment. I have created an custom application component copying the standar
component.Changes to the component like making fileds invisible are done in the custom application.
I am facing problem at dropdown entries.Ex- Hierarychy Level should show entires like Mangement/Project Lead,
Professional/level(More than 2 years work Experience), etc. such entries are not visible for the changes made.
Please let me know what is missing in application which was not maintained.

It seems you are using the standard application configuration 'erc_a_req_mgmt', so you don't have to worry about the configuration in the iview's. Have you created the component configuration(some fields are hidden) and assigned this component configuration in the design time of floor plan?

E-Recruiting Master Data physically deleted in ECC but how to delete in BI

I'm sure this problem has been encountered by others and I'm wondering what to do about it. E-Recruiting is mostly made up of master data. The InfoSets are built on master data. The issue I'm having is that a requisition can be physically deleted in the ECC 6.0 system but it remains in BI 7.0 never knowing that is has been deleted. This poses a problem for reporting. We may be reporting on things that have been deleted in the source system. I am considering totally deleting all of the data prior to the load daily. The business content loads are all full loads. There is a step available for the process chain for deleting DSO and InfoCube data but not master data. What has anyone else done about this?

An alternaitve approach to deleting master data:
- Add a navigational attribute to the requisition master data 'deleted' value Yes(x) / No (blank)
- Before loading master data from e-recruitment set 'delete' to true (x) for all records
(to do this create an export datasource from requisitions and feed this back to update requistions)
- Load data from e-recruitment and for every record loaded mark the deleted attribute to false (blank)
After this has been carried out all requisitions still in e-recruitment will have a value blank for the 'deleted' attribute and all requisitions no longer present in e-recruitment are marked with an 'X'. You can then exclude with a query restriction deleted requisitions.

E-recruitment requisition workflow(WS 51800008)

We are facing issue in approval of requisition workflow(WS 51800008).The issue is as follows,
When we forward the requisition to recruiter for approval,the workflow WS51900008,WS51900005 are triggered corresponding to events CREATED,Status Change,but no agent is assigned for both of them.So i suppose the approval Workflow WS51800008 is not triggered
Could someone pls explain me in detail as i m relatively new to e-recruitment.We have done all the necessary settings for the workflow and implemented the note
Note 746709 but with no results.

Both the url are almost same,atleast the return url should contain decision parameter but its not the case here.
What can be the problem,have any one faced similar issue.
And what are the events/workflow steps that occur after clicking approve button.i guess it should trigger
status change workflow WS51900005 to change the status.
In my case if i check in swel it jus says WEBSERVICE completed event been triggered.
Pls do help stuck in this for very long now.

Email at Requisition Forward in E-Recruiting

We want to generate email message to recruiter when requesting person forward the requisition to recruiter.
Is there any enhancement exist which can be triggers when requester click on forward button on requisition page from portal?

I can start the approval workflow on event "APPROVALREQUESTED".
In following steps I want workflow on step 4.
1.     Requesting person create and save the requisition using u201Crequesting person URLu201D.
2.     Assign recruiter from u201CRecruiteru201D tab and save the requisition
3.     Move to tab u201CForwardu201D and click on Forward button
4.     Click on u201CConfirmu201D button from confirmation message.
After step 4, recruiter should receive a workflow or notification email about requisition.

ERecruiting - Internal error in Recruiter-- Approve Pending Requisitions

We are facing an internal error message in the following path:
Recruiter start page-->Approve Pending Requisitions
Whenever Recruiter selects an entry from the list and clicks on the "Process Request" button, it will ask for Production logon and when we enter the values we are getting the message "An internal error occurred. Please try again later".

E-Rec : How to assign applications to requisitions?

Hello Experts,
We have just started blue-printing of E-Rec and I am successful creating a requisition from Recruiter's page. I am just concerned how to assign applications to a requisition as search doesnt work being a very new system. I was trying to create an application using link "Create External Applications" from Recruiter's login page. Please guide.
Additional details: We have ECC and E-Rec on different box with EhP5.

You can always search for postings using a reference code - TREX and the indexes do not need to be setup for that to work. The create internal / external applications link is really used for a recruiter to create an application on behalf of a candidate. You could always just register a new external candidate and search for the job posting using the reference code and apply that way.

EREC: Assign Custom Application Wizard Roadmap for a single requisition

Hi Experts,
I have a requirement where HR would like to use a custom roadmap for a particular requisition (to simplify the application process for certain internal staff). Is there a way to create a requisition, and then assign a particular Z version of the roadmap to just that requisition?

Hello,
My suggestion would be to create your own configuration ID for the roadmap and configure it in the Roadmap patterns in SPRO - field WD CONFIG ID in table T77RCF_RM_IDC. You can then add an identifier field to the requisition which recruiter can use to say for that requisition once it is posted, you wish to use the special roadmap pattern. You will then make an implementation of BAdi HRRCF00_DETERMINE_APPL_CONFIG to put your own logic to get the special roadmap once the conditions you specify are met.

E-rec: Can we delete a Job Posting?

Our users inadvertently create Job Postings in the Requisition. We need to get rid of the unwanted postings. Is there a way to delete Job Postings.

When you put the status of a posting into 'To be deleted' it will no longer appear in the requisition.But the
entry still exist in the infotype HRP5121 ( posting information ) .The status will be set to 3 ( To be deleted ) .If you want to delete an job posting from HRP5121 then the corresponding requisition also need to be set to status 'To be deleted ' .Then the administrator can delete the requisition using
the service 'Delete Requisitions'.
