Delete RRI assignment

Hi,
I set up some RRI assignments but then deleted some of the queries before updating the RRI. Now I can't open it because queries are missing. I need to delete the assignments so I can get back in there.

Deletion of RRI assignment

We deleted RRIs with transaction RBBS but these objects are still visible in Metadata Repository, Transport Connection and in some tables (RSBBSQUERY, RSBBSQUERYDIR, RSBBSQUERYT).
Does anybody know what went wrong or how I can delete these RRIs completely?

Hi Chris,
I dont suppose u can delete ur RRI's from Metadata Repository and Transport Connection, eventhough u delete some other objects they get deleted but they are stored in Metadata Repository and Transport Connection.If they are in Metadata repository no issues, u can work with ur things,are they distrubing??? See objects getting stored in Metadata Repository is a common concept even though u delete them,its just like a backup,so u need not worry n continue with ur work.

Unable to delete agent assignment from Standard Task 8267 DECISION

Hi All
In transaction PFTC_CHG I'm trying to Delete Agent Assignment (Shift + F2), the screen simply refreshes and the action is not performed - the user is not deleted from the Demo Workflows parent folder? I'm not sure how to change or remove this entry? Authorisations check out fine.

Hi,
In order to clean up the incorrect assignments of business partner in
organisational units (i.e BP's that should be deleted)
please execute the two reports added as attachments.
The first report ZHTTUM_CHECK_BUT050 is used to identify incorrect
relationships. If resulting output corresponds with the wrong
assignments, then you need to execute the second report
ZHTTUM_REPAIR_BUT050 - this report will perform the deletion.
(test button is activated: for deletion, you will have to clear it.
BE CAREFULL: after it, data are deleted!).
You must first download the 2 text-files, create these 2 programs (you
can choose their names), and then upload the coding contained into the
2 text-files into the corresponding program.
Details for ZHTTUM_REPAIR_BUT050
The report does have a test flag. If the flag is set no data will be
modified, only the business partners with single and multiple
assignments will be listed.
If the flag is demarked before execution the multiple assigned business
partners will be corrected and a list of employee numbers will be
printed out which have to be redistributed from HR system to correct the
faulty business partner assignments.
Please test the reports and also consider note 550055!

Delete HU Assignment in VT02N is disabled

We would like to use the Delete HU Assignment in the transaction VT02N, but the Delete Assignment button is in disabled mode.
Please let me know how to enable this button in Processing of Handling Units for Shipment.

Vt02n is a transaction for shipment change, enter shipment number, enter.
Click on forth Icon from left like a box ( packaging)
In that you will find assignment of HU , select the line and click on delete.

Deleting Account Assignment Templates

Hello.
We currently have a large number of account assignment templates that are no longer being used. The problem is the employees who created them are no longer with the company and therefore can't delete them. Other users are unable to delete or make changes to these templates.
How do we go about deleting these old templates?

I found this thread because we received questions from users who wanted to delete Account Assignment Templates from collegues that have left the company.
We found that with transaction FKMT you can delete an Account Assignment Model, but not an Account Assignment Template which is made by an other user (in FB50). SAP does not allow you to delete them. You can remove them from your list in FB50, but they still remain in the datatable and can be added to your list. This can not be done centrally, but on user-level.
The only way to remove them from the database is by copying the ABAP code for the Account Assignment Template Remove-program and delete the function that checks if you are the correct user.
We have meanwhile decided not to do so. We added authorization object T_ASGTTNPL to the users so they can remove the templates from the list.

Deletion of assigned sales area data

I am looking for a possibility to delete sales area data that were wrongly assigned to business partners. In our case the BPs were not uploaded to ECC yet.

There's no easy way to do it. You have to adapt report from note 725857 to allow deletion of sales area for specific BP. You can get also more information on notes 1955713, 1906379.

Delete User assigned to a task

Hi experts,
I would like to delete a user assigned to a task using the Administration area in guided procedures tab of the portal.
So I go to : Guided procedures TAB --> Administration --> Maintain Processes --> Running process list --> Change Authorization --> New User Assignments

Can someone explain why?

CRM - Is it possible to forbid address deletion when assigned to a type?

Hello,
When I try to delete an address in CRM Tr BP that is assigned to an address type, a popup window display this message :
"Address still in use, but can be deleted. Do you want to delete?"
Then it's possible to choose between : delete / Case of use / cancel
Is it possible to get a blocking message instead to force users to cancel assignation first, by using customizing (SPRO)?

I dont think its is possible not to show that error.
Actually that error occurs only when an address is created and assigned to another address usage in BP. Its a system message tht is been raised programatically.
For your requierement like blocking users not to assign at beginning itself.
You can do :
implement a new badi for BADI BUPA_ADDR_CHECK and in CHECK method you can check if a new address is been assigned programatically.
And then u can raise an error message to be shown on BP blocking the user tht he shudnt assign it.
Shud solve this problem

Position Hierarchy
IT - Account Assignment for OU or Position
Or IT-27 directly..
Ensure Cost center ref is removed from all these sources if you dont want a Cost Center.

Deleted objects assigned to transport..

hi ,
i created one object, it is assigned to a transport. like a Ztable. Then when i delete it again transport request is being asked !! why ? what does this mean ?
what happens to this transport then ? what shud i do with this ??

Hello,
A delete is a change just like any other change and will be recorded on a change request. If you released the change request on which you created the object then when you delete it you will be prompeted for another change request. If you had not released the initial change request then the delete should be recorded on that change request as well.
What this means is that you probalbly should transport both change requests to their target systems(PRD?) so that the create and delete are both reflected in the target. If the olny two changes on the request(s) are the create and the delete of a single object you could just leave the requests in the original system and delete/archive them

Button "NEW " being deleted in Assignment Blocks of Contacts

Hi Experts,
This is the Scenario.
When we go to Contacts, there is an Assignment Block Relationships to Employees where Button "NEW" is being deleted(which was present earlier).
The same scenario is seen in Assignment Block Relationships to other Contacts also.
Please propose a solution to bring the NEW Button back.

The scenario is not difficult to resolve.But you must figure out if your business requires this or not.Possibly if the button is getting deleted due to some condition being executerd,you should check if the same condition is applicable to you.YOu should find out whihc view it is,by pressing F2 on the view in the UI. Goto that particular compoennet and view and then chekc out the following methods in the View IMPL class- DO_PREPARE_OUTPUT OR IF_BSP_WD_TOOLBAR_CALLBACK=>GET_BUTTONS.One of these will contain the code where a table GT_Buttons or rt_buttons would be filled .This is an internal tabel which contains all the buttons to be displayed on the UI.Here you can check if the NEW button code is present or not,and do the needful by copying the code which brings about other buttons.

Transporting RRI Assignment Details

Hi ,
the following is the method i use to transport RRIs
a) Rsbbs
b) Select Sender query ,press enter
c) Select reansport manually from the environment tab
4) Change package and attach it to a request
In the destination system i'm able to find the jump but the assignment details for this is not transported. All are reset to "generically"

Need to delet or assign individual roles without changing all existing role

I am looking for a way in order to delete or add single roles without touching all other roles a user has.
I found various BAPI_USER_* , however they always change the entire role assignment.
Does anybody got an idea or an associated BAPI`?

The corresponding BAPI is BAPI_USER_ACTGROUPS_ASSIGN. In to delete only specific roles you first have to read the assigned roles of the user using BAPI BAPI_USER_GET_DETAIL.
Now here the procedure:
(1) Read the assigned roles for a given user using BAPI_USER_GET_DETAIL. The roles are returned in TABLES parameter ACTIVITYGROUPS.
(2) Delete the role you want to unassigned from ACTIVITYGROUPS.
(3) Change the user using BAPI_USER_ACTGROUPS_ASSIGN with the modified list of roles (in ACTIVITYGROUPS).
The logic behind this is as follows:
- the BAPI BAPI_USER_ACTGROUPS_ASSIGN compared the imported list of roles with the currently assigned roles.
- If one is missing, it is unassigned.
- If one is new, it is assigned.
- All others role assignements remain.

Delete Warehouse assignment

I have scenario as below
Plant   St Loc WH
1000 1100   100
1000 1200   100
1000 1300   100
1000 1400   100
The Storage Location 1200 1300 and 1400 are to be mad non-WM managed i..e the link between WH 100 and these storage location is to be removed.
As per me below are the prerequisites for this
1. There should be no stock in Storage Locations 1200, 1300 and 1400
2. There should not be any open TR, TO or PCN
Please correct me if I have missed anything.

Yes there is no many concerns except for possible stocks inconsistencies that I might generated.
For this you will delete the entry at configuration in (Path : Spro->Enterpriese structure->Assignment->Logistics
Execution-> Assign warehouse number to plant/storage location )
But if after deleting the entries we found some stocks still existing at storage type level for the storage locations/ plant combination you can proceed as per note 535043:
If the stock situation is that the stocks in the inventory management are correct and the WM stocks are incorrect, then this situation can only be corrected using standard means by the differences being cleared in a first step, that is the IM stocks are adjusted to the WM stock, and in a second step in the WM the stocks being corrected by physical inventory count.
