Setup folder then email settings select account, open it.  Go to the signature section and delete the text there and save. Or you can change it to something else if you wish and still have a signature.

  • If you delete files from your computer, BlackBerry Link deletes the file or collection from your device?

I found the below description from the help of BlackBerry Link, however i never get it work.
Any one know whats wrong or what i need to set?
About deleting music, pictures, videos, and documents?
After you sync your music, picture, video, or document files between your computer and your BlackBerrydevice, if you delete a file or a collection of files, the following actions occur:
If you delete files from your computer, BlackBerry Link deletes the file or collection from your device.
If you delete files from your device, BlackBerry Link doesn't delete the file or collection from your computer.
For information about how to delete a file from your device, tap the Help app on the home screen of your device.

    Hey hkfoolman,
Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
    Thanks for the question.
Go into BlackBerry Link and click on the BlackBerry and then click on Options.  Make sure you have Music, Pictures, Videos and Documents checkmarked for synchronization.  Once these are checked, try to remove the files.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
    Cheers.

You also can change your signatures directly from your phone. (I have an Alltel Curve 8330)
    1. Click on the "Setup Wizard" icon on your desktop.
    2. Under "Personalization", click on "Email Setup".
    3. Select the first option, "I want to create or add an email address"; then, go to bottom and click on "Next >".
    4. On next screen, go to bottom and click on "Next >".
    5. This will open up your Blackberry Internet Service browser. Under "Services", select "Email Accounts".
    6. Select "Edit" for each email address you want to change.
    7. This is a "General Settings" page. Scroll down to "Signature:"
    8. Delete or revise the words under "Signature:"
    9. Scroll down to bollom of page and click on "Save"
    10. You'll be asked to enter your password for the email account.
    11. On next page, use your Menu key and select "Close"; then perform Menu/Close one more time.
You'll need to do this for each email account you have set up.  Good luck!

  • Help remove gmail signature from emails sent from Blackberry 8700c

I have a Blackberry 8700c and use gmail on my device to send/receive personal emails. (The primary email function for my device is work-related and, therefore, used for work emails.) About a year ago I set up a signature for my gmail account (on the computer). I have since changed and/or deleted that signature multiple times and the emails I send from my computer reflect that change but the ones sent from my Blackberry still have the old signature. Gmail claims this is a device problem and not a Gmail problem. I have done everything I can think of on my Blackberry including deleting Gmail and then re-installing it. I have searched for solutions in multiple forums and only found that others have the same problem but I haven't seen an answer that works. Does anyone here have a solution?
    Thank you!

Your BIS account is the Blackberry Data Plan on your account with which your email is enabled to your BlackBerry, the "push" email to your device. Someone would have had to set it up, either you or your mobile service provider.
I don't know your carrier, so please look at this list and login to your account, you will need to know your username and password for your BIS account, and since you don't know you have one I am suspecting you won't know your username and/or password.
This same can be accessed from your BlackBerry at the personal email setup icon.
Go to the Personal Email Set Up icon and log in. Then under Help!, select Service Books, then select Send service Books.
    From your desktop PC:  http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB02830

  • Deleting the "from my Blackberry" line from my phone emails??

  • I deleted my old Email account because I wanted to create a new one, and I did. However, when ever I send an Email from the Mail app on my laptop it says the Email was sent from my old Email and I just can not get rid of it.

I deleted my old Email and only used my new Email to set up the Mail app on my laptop. And the old Email is completely dead, hotmail.com says the Email no longer excists when I try to sign back in to it however my Emails remain saying 'Sent from Jordan [*old Email*].
    I can't find a solution!!

If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact AppleCare(or Apple ID Support), upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
The operator will take you through some steps you may have already tried, however they need to be sure they have exhausted all usual approaches before trying to reset your account, so you should try to be helpful and show patience with the procedure.
The operator will need to verify they are speaking to the account holder and may ask you some questions that only the account holder could know, and you will need to answer them if the process is to proceed.
Once the operator has verified your identity they will send a message through to your device which contains an alpha numeric code, which you will need to read back to them.
Once this has been completed they will send an email to your iCloud email address after a period of 24 hours, so you should check that mail is enabled in your devices iCloud settings.
Upon receipt of the email, use the reset link provided to reset your password, after which you should be able to make the adjustments to iCloud that you wish to do.

  • How do i delete a photo album sent from my pc from my iphone 5c

this website is useless, talk about being led a merry dance by apple!
All I want to know is how the **** do i delete a photo album (sent from my pc) from my iphone 5c....how hard can it be to find out??????

    Cheers Chris,
I was not being disrespectful to the forum, I was however doing so to Apple and their usless customer service, technical support, website that takes you round and round in circles and total lack of contact us facility (unless you live in the US).
Everywhere I go they want me to log in AGAIN and AGAIN and then they send stupid messsages to my phone that do nothing unlike they tell me. For something so simple it has taken days and I mean days for them to even let me find how to post the message asking for help and as for my local Apple store....don't get me started as they didn't know how to do it.
It's not very well explained anywhere and I have done it by default following your reply so thanks. They go on about being a super company but ask them directly for help and nothing. In all honesty when I go to itunes it doesn't show you any way to remove such albums and all I can see is the sync thing that says what do I want to sync...I did it by syncing an empty folder from my pc, shouldn't be that hidden and un-explained.
Cheers again and apologies if you thought I was being rude.

Sounds like your friend didn't disable iMessage on his/her iphone before switching.  Have your friend do the following:
    Go to: https://supportprofile.apple.com/MySupportProfile.do
Log in if not already logged in.
    Click on "edit products"
Click on the "x" to the right of his/her old iPhone.
    Click "unregister"
This should unregister it with the iMessage server, which will allow you to send texts as normal SMS.
On your iPhone make sure you have Settings>Messages>Send As SMS set to ON.
