Why is it not possible to delete My Skype account. I want to delete My account, but its not possible they Say.

Delete skype accounts that are no longer in use.

We use skype at our company for communicating with clients. Over the years some of our employees have left but their skype accounts are still searchable. We have had cases where customers are not aware that the employee has left and leave messages on their skype accounts which never get answered. I would like to know how to delete/remove these accounts from the directory so they are no longer searchable.
I have tried the link on the support page but it gives me an error saying that the chat is not available and the only other option is to post here in the forums.
Please help, I have been trying for a month now to get rid of these old accounts.

Thank you for reporting you have experienced problems reaching Skype Customer Service; Skype is aware of these problems. I have flagged your report for review by those to whom I report.
You are correct; you will need to contact Skype Customer Service in order to remove/disable these old accounts. The next time you try to reach Skype Customer Service, try using a different web browser and choosing a different path through the various drop-down menu options presented even if they don't exactly match what you need to do. Also, look to approve a pop-up dialogue box which would connect you to start an instant message chat with a customer service agent. If you have pop-ups blocked in your browser settings, this will also impede reaching an agent.

I want to permanently delete my icloud account, because every time I tried to download apps onto my iPad, a message kept popping up and every time I verify my payment information, like I'm asked to do, it keeps saying that it was declined and it's not....please help!

The best option to go with is to contact the iTunes team via express lane and discuss your issue with them, as their may be some sort of billing block on your appleID, or the credit card has been banned, or any possible other reasons. The best thing to do is to try to resolve the issue

If approved, this will completely and irreversibly delete your appleID, iCloud data, purchase history, etc

Deleted Skype account still appearing online to contacts

I went through the process of having my account deleted a few days ago, I can of course no longer log into the account, however contacts of that account are saying that I am now appearing constantly online but set as away.
I'm sure I deleted all personal information from my account, though I know I didn’t delete any contacts. I have spoke with Skype staff via the instant chat box but they are never of much help, they have said that my account will delete itself from my previous contacts contact lists, I thought this wasn’t true?
Has anyone else deleted their account and had this problem? Did you find you started appearing offline once that deletion was completed (takes 30s days)? Thank you!

I never use my Skype and I want to delete my account 110%. Contacting skype to do this is a night mare in the worst degree. Please I need my account removed totally and forever.

I have disabled your free Acrobat.com account. If you wish to delete this Adobe ID permanently, you'll need to email the request to our Privacy team. They'll be able to explain the impact of doing this and process the request if you wish to continue.

Hi, i am trying to delete skype account, i have filled up dummy texts in my profile as shown in the support page of how to delete account.and the answer tell me to contact skype support for further actions, but there are only two options on support page, "skype community" and "chat". Community shows me the same procedure and when i open chat, no one from skype comes online to chat, when i try to text in chat, it says You are not currently in a chat session. I tried 4 times and I waited for 15 minutes everytime but no one comes online. Can anyone tell me the exact way to contact skype for account deletion?

More importantly, please indicate the steps you took (what you clicked on, exactly) and at which point in the process your progress was halted.
