Delete the pending transactions failinvia automatic Mass Appraisal creation

Hi all,I have appraisals not appearing in the Managers list.This appraisal is due om 01-May-2012.When I saw the reason ,I find the Mass Appraisal creation did not run.The reason being there were pending transactions.Our Appraisals are set for automatic run. The parameter to delete is Yes.I increased the MAX errors to 100000 but still I get error.Please suggest what to do?Is there a script or API which I can use to delete these pending transactions?

Make sure the appraisals section of the plan is set to 'employee initiates'. Otherwise the manager has to initiate.
If that is set OK, I have seen problems before with the 'backout' option on generate appraisals. Check MetaLink because I think a fix was produced for it.

Looks like extended logging is turned on.
This is controlled by a parameter of the cocurrent program or the pay_action_parameters table (setting logging)

Can I remove or delete the albums that appear automatically in my Album lis

On later versions of the iOS, Apple has decided to "heplfully" create four fixed automatic Albums. These are All Photos, Panoramas, Last Import and Recently Delelted.
I use my Albums as a place to show group and show related images that I have selected, letting friends browse through the Albums and look at my photos. It is VERY inconvenient having the first four albums permanently on display, including recently deleted photos that have been deleted for a reason. They can't even be moved to the bottom of the list.
Can anyone tell me how to delete or hide these albums?
Another potentially BIG problem is that the behaviour of these fixed albums is different to other albums - deleting a photo from the first three will permanently delete it from the iCloud photo system. The normal behaviours, (expected by users) is that deletion from an Album only removes it from that Album.
Any guidance appreciated.

Oh, it turned out to be my language settings. Ive been using the German locale and it has the form "icon 112. Gebrutstag von Mickey Mouse" - while the English version is fine. It starts with the name and appends the year.

Is there a way to reset safari and delete the java cache files automatically? Using an Applescript or automator?

HT3702 I have 14 pending transactions on my card from iTunes all of them for $8.96!! How to I get the pending transactions to be cancelled this is a total of $125.44 which is outrageous!!!

You've checked the purchase history on your account : if you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.

Cancelling a "Sending Mail" deleted the pending mail.

Hello,
I wrote a mail then clicked "Send".
I then realized I missed to add something in my mail and quickly went to the "Acivity Viewer" window and clicked the Stop icon to cancel the sending.
Result :
My mail disappeared. It is no longer in Draft folder nor in Sending folder. The mail is lost. I know it was sent as receipient told me so.
Configuration :
.Mac mail account configured as IMAP. SMTP server set to the .Mac one.
Assumption :
- The mail was already sent when I clicked Stop icon.
- Apple Mail software was "Moving to OUT folder" my mail when I clicked Stop Icon.
- Canceling the "'Moving to OUT folder" succesfuly cancelled operation and that's why I can't find my mail in the OUT folder.
- But the mail was certainly already removed from the DRAFT folder and sending folder :o(

Although there is a "stop" icon available with the Activity Viewer window, this is not reliable for stopping the sending process of a message and the same with any email client.
When I'm composing an important message - a new message or when replying to a received message, I don't enter any recipients for a new message and I remove the sender's email address from the To: field when replying to a received message just in case I accidentally select Send for the message until I sure and ready to send it.
Do you store Sent messages on the server or locally on the hard drive for your .Mac account?

SMP 3.0: Agentry - Pending transaction

Hi Experts.
I am doing modifications of SAP Work Manager 6.1 in Agentry.
In the MainObject, the WorkOrder collection is located, which has a sub collection called Components.
In the Transmit action there is a subaction that will loop over the WorkOrder collection, furthermore for each
WorkOrder another subaction will loop over the Components collection.
For each Component satisfying some conditions an Edit transaction with an Update Step, will trigger a backend
call for that Component. This part works fine.
If I supply some invalid data for a Component and do a transmit, then the Update step will fail. If I do another transmit
without doing any changes, the Update Step will be executed again and fail. So far so good.
Now I delete the Component with invalid data, to try to get the Transmit working again. I do this via a Delete transaction
with the checkbox "Discard pending" set to true. I would expect this to also delete the pending transaction.
But even if I can verify, that the Component Object has been deleted in the Components collection, the pending transaction
will still be executed every time I do a transmit.
I cannot get the pending transaction deleted.
The only workaround is to delete the parent object, which is the entire Work Order Object. But this is much more than I want to delete
if only a single Component object is invalid.
I hope someone can help me with this.

Just to close the loop in this discussion. The result of the OSS ticket is the creation of this SAP note:
SAP Note # 2142877: SAP Work Manager - Transaction Failure Handling cannot be turned on in SMP 3.0 Agentry production publish (via Cockpit) but it can in SMP 3.0 development publish via Agentry.ini.
As stated the Agentry.ini is deprecated in SMP 3.0 for Production Publish.
SMP 3.0 - Agentry.ini (Configuration file) deprecated in SMP Production mode
The Development publish still uses Agentry.ini but in production publish the SMP Cockpit is used but the internal coding does not work with the Agentry.ini enabling of the error handling. So any application that was designed in Agentry 6.0.X before that uses error handling needs to follow the same way the SAP note # 2142877 was done above.
Just adding some references in SCN for quick check by users.

I accidently deleted the playlist selected for updating thing...

i was adding new songs to my ipod and i guess there were too many songs there so it asked me if i wanted it to choose some songs randomly...
so i chose "ok" but actually i didnt really want it to choose songs on its own so i deleted the list that was automatically created by itself and decided to delete some songs on my own...
after doin that, i tried to update it but now it says i cant do it because i deleted that list...
it says "songs on the ipod "stephanie kim" cannot be updated because all of the playlists selected for updating no longer exists"
i turned my computer off and tried it again several times but it wont work...
and all the songs in my ipod are gone now...
is there anything i can do?

Pending transaction

I am facing one problem here...i have one big sales order...with more than 1000 line items... out these items may items i have already transact move order...some of the items ... when i go in shipping transanction window ... it is showing me status "Released to Warehouse".... and these all the line items which i have transacted are stuck in pending trasanction window.... so is there any way out to handle this pending transactions.... so that i can ship confirm by lines items.

So Finally .... i have solved the issue myself...
Clearing Pending Transaction
1.Suppose you have Item no: 1390512 – Status = PO Received – but it is stuck in “Released to Ware house” status
2.Go to scheduling of this items and UN-schedule this particular item….from Tools OR by Right click on this item. – Then Un-Schedule this item.
3.Before this item is showing status … Pick Released --- but now it will show you the reservation … with the status – Not Pick Released.--
3a. Re-Schedule this item and then reserve it again.
4.Reserve this item again – from tools – scheduling --- reserve. OK
5.After viewing the reservation details... Go to Actions and Progress Order.
6.If DV number is there in shipping transaction window – note the DV number from there…you can release the specific item.
7.Go to Transact Move Order window …. Place your item number in the lines Tab.. then find and transact the particular item.
8.Go to Pending Transaction window and find the pending transaction of this item …Previously it is coming when this item stuck in the status of released to warehouse… but after following these all the steps… there is no pending transaction for this item.
9.Wait for about 5 – 6 minutes… the status of this item will get changed from “Released to warehouse” to “Staged/Pick Confirmed”
10.Then simply go to Actions – Ship confirms it.

Pending Transactions Showing Up in ASCP

I think we are seeing that ASCP sees the pending transactions.
Item XYZ had pending WIP Component Issue of 8 pcs. tied to a pending WIP Move...the component is an assembly pull
The Material Workbench had item XYZ with an on-hand of say 2 pcs.
Inventory Supply/Demand had the on-hand at -6
ASCP saw it at -6 and rescheduled in a WIP job a week to cover the negative on-hand

ASCP is based on a snapshot at the time of data collections. The Inventory application's supply demand form is real time based on current transactions.
I know I have experienced several differences in how this form looks at information, it is not always consistent with ASCP by design. In this specific case, if the form is picking up pending transactions, I would not believe that was a bug. I would suspect it to be a feature.

Deleting the mass queue

Hi,
We have around 200k entries in the outbound queue CSA_MASS_BUPA,
We have decided that we do not require these entries.dunction module is BAPI_COPA_UPLOAD_PROXY, USER = ABC
now, users are modifying records and this queue is blocking the remaining updates under the same queue name.
How can I delete the entries ( mass delete )
The delete should work like below
delete all entries with user = ' abc' and function module = # bapi_copa_upload_proxy'

1)No: You'll need to process them
3)The inbound and the outbound queue are not necessarily linked to each other.
- Inbound queue: transactional RFC's that need to be processed into CRM
- Outbound queue: transactional RFC's that leave the CRM flow (either for another system or for CRM itself).
=> An entry in the inbound queue is always processed by CRM flows and depending on the subscriptions it will be send to other systems (=> outbound queue).
For the inbound queue, the best thing that you can do is to:
- stop all inbound traffic (smqr)
- reprocess the queue-entries with a retry error (they are probably in error because there weren't any processes available to process them)
- find the short-dumps or Bdoc errors for the "sysfail" entries. This error means that the system failed to fully process the LUW and either a short-dump was generated (transaction ST22) or a flow error (SMW01). Normally you should be able to locate the error using the time and date of the queue-entry. If you cannot fix the error you can delete the entry in the queue with the error.
=> when all the errors are removed, you can re-activate the inbound queue again, which will then process the queue-entries automatically.
To keep your system consistent, you should always fix the errors in the inbound queue (usually the refer to missing customizing, inconsistencies in the inbound data, or program errors).
For the outbound queue: normally, this queue is independent on the inbound queue. If entries in the outbound queue are not being extracted, this means that it's blocked as well. Check the status of the TOP-entry in the outbound queue & reset it if necessary.

You can use FM RS_DELETE_PROGRAM in your program and pass all the programs
that are to be deleted into that FM using TADIR table..
Alternatively you can create a bdc for the same.
