Delete the standard workflow version .

Hi Experts,
How can we delete the workflow versions created after activating the standard workflow .
Or you can say how can we bring it to the same state as if should be in the fresh R/3 system .

actually i am trying to replicate the workflow , but i think cause i have already saved and activated it thats why its not getting replicated thats why i want to delted the workflow versions .

    here is my problem:
    I want to activate the standard workflow for document parking :ws10000051 .
     I have already activate the event type linkage in SWE2.
    And then , i maintian obwa , obwj , obwb, obwc, obwd.obwe,obwf.
     In obwa,i choose posting release , subworkflow is ws10000055.
    In obwe, Swf amnt rel is ws10000052.
    In obwf , the org object is the position cfo (myself), before i assign this ,i create a position in ppoce.
   But, when i use f-65 to park a document , i can't receive any workflow in sbwp. I also find "the status of Document Parking (Frame), Parallel is error " in my outbox.
   Can anyone tell me the reason ?

    you are right . when i check swel ,i found ws10000051 : evnet put in the queue . more detail message said :The OPEN_DI of BTE 00002214 could not determine any function modules.
when i check the workflow log (view with technical details), the activity :' determine subworkflow for amount release of document etermine subworkflow for amount release of docu ' status error . the message said :error in workflow customizing for document parkig (transaction obwe).
i don't understand this , because i have already maintian obwe. i made a new entry,like this:
wrkf :1000   (workflow name)
apth: 1000   (workflow approval path)
ammont to : 9999999

I have firefox 3.6.3, 4.0.1, 5.0.1, 6.0.1 and 6.0 in my downloads. Can I delete the older download versions?

I would like to delete the older version, but I don't want to create a problem.

You can safely delete the those older install (setup) files as there is no need to install such old versions.

But, i have this requirement to hide atleast on UWL side the link for the std. BO.

Luckily, for this, i was using a user-decision step which uses DECISION --> PROCESS method. So, I could remove the BO:TRIP that i included earlier. But, for other tasks, where if we use a method from our BO, we cannot remove this std. BO link that shows up in "Objects & Attachments"...to my understanding.

I am currently designing my BI Model to deliver the APO DP requirements.
It would be great if some one can give me an Idea how to achieve the below:
We have a requirement that needs to me maintained the Data as Versions.
1. We are extracting the Data form APO DP planning area and maintaining the Versions based on the Forecast Version in BI. The Forecast Version in BI will hold the Versions in Calmonth format (MMYYYY).
2. Load frequency-- Monthly load for (36 months worth of forecast data)
3. Need to maintain 12 Versions and once we reach the 13th Version (13th load) then we need to delete the 1st Version
4. Data Flow details:
Export DataSource(PSA)> W.O-DSO->CUBE

My Requirement is: We load monthly once to Standard DSO and Cube form WO DSO.
|---> Standard DSO
WO-DSO-|
|---> Standard CUBE
We generate the Forecast Version based on the System Date (we take Month to Forecast Version Object).
Example: We started loading form March-2008. We loaded 12 Versions by Feb-2009. When we do the next load which is 13th load, we want to delete the data we loaded on March-2008 from both DSO and CUBE.

Travel management workflow temapltes you mentioned in your query are teiggered from event CREATED of busines object BUS2089. You just need to define same event as triggerimg event for your cust workflow in basic data setting (hat symbol) in swdd. Also go to standard workflow templates in swdd and check if event linkages are active (in green) if yes then dwactivate it by clicking on option A gree icon or by going in transaction SWETYPV.

URGENT: How to delete the request in version management

Please let me know how to delete a request in version management whcih is not released yet.
I have released a request to quality server for an object. After that I was asked to make some changes to that object as there are some defects.
So, i have created a new request and proceeded with the changes. Under that request I have made some changes and activated. but the result is worthless. So, I want to get the result of the object which i have released. i.e. i want to get back only the released request changes.

below that ull have ur previous request right.............
check the check box of ur previous request.............
and click retrine button.......all changes made in ur latest request ll be retrived back to its previous version.........
come back activete it.............in ur program ull not find ur new useless changes........release it...........

Look for help from an ABAPer. Go to SE11 for KNA1, use 'where-used list (ctrlshiftF3) and search for report that begin with Z* or Y* (perhaps LZ* or LY*, ie: function modules). See the ABAP coding if there is any instructions type:
DELETE kna1 FROM xxx.
Check too if the option &SAP_EDIT in tcode SE16N works in your system (see SAP Note 1420281 - CO-OM tools: SE16N: Deactivating &SAP_EDIT for instance)

I can't delete the Pages trial version.

Hello,
I have a problem.
A time ago I downloaded the iWork trial version pack (for 30 days free),
I decided to buy Pages quicker then in those 30 days. So now I have the real pages version and the trial version on my computer.
The problem is now, that it's not letting me to print/save anything because it's says I've still the trial version.. So i got two Pages right now. I can't get rid off the trial version one...
But i bought the "real" Pages in the App Store, so don't have any box with a license or stuff...
Can anyone please help me out?

i am having the Query that i want to delete some condition types in ME47 Transaction which is related to MM in my requirement. that i have checked that all data is storing in KONV Cluster table but deleting data for standard table we should not delete it directly.so i searched for BAPI and Functional Module i did not get it . can you prefer and BAPI OR Functional Module through that we can delete Record in the KONV Table for this Issuse.

WHY would you want to do that directly with a function? Why don't you just fix the pricing issue in the RFQ's in question?
