How to track deleted and changed tasks in Project Professional?
OR is there a way to track the same when Project Professional is connected to Project Server??

Hi Siskin,
Unfortunately, unless you develop custom code to log transactions in Project Pro (and Pwa in the project plan), there is no out of the box feature to track tasks' updates.
The baseline feature can give you a limited (11) number of snapshots you can compare your current project plan to.

Hi Experts,
I am working IS-U. In transaction EC20 when we see any print document, there is an icon for attachment at top. According to my customeru2019s requirement, user should only be able to attach the file, the options for Delete and change should be disabled.
When I do this through transaction SGOS and change the status as inactive of the service u2018VIEW_ATTAu2019, itu2019s deactivate the attachment list as whole .In this case user is not able to see the attachment also.
Any suggestion regarding this would be appreciated .

use FM with Edit functionality enabled for all fields and
Create one pf-status with some buttons
if user presses the button the alv output table should be saved and same table can be used to insert /modify /delete the dbtable.

Deletions and changes not being replicated from handset to Exchange 2003 server for one user

Good afternoon,
We have an issue where-by one of our Q10 handsets isn't replicating deletions and moving of mail back to Exchange 2003. If the user marks mail as read or deletes in Outlook, the change appears straight away on his Q10. His previous Q10 worked correctly, as do all of our other v10 devices.

I have set up to remember passwords but it is not working. I deleted and changed several passwords but now only some prompted me for remembering the new password

I had set this up and it was working, but I deleted several passwords and set up new ones. Even though it is set up to remember passwords, it does not prompt me on a few sites. One is a hotel company and they do not block saving passwords. The others worked before and I don't think they changed. On most of the sites it worked fine

This can be caused by the Google toolbar.
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

Hi,
I think your best bet would be settle on a fixed uniform size for all images (you can pad the images with transparent pixels so the variety of shapes I see on you site can still be preserved).
As for letting your client delete images, here's what you need to do (one-time setup)
1. Go to http://jonesy01.businesscatalyst.com/Admin and sign in
2. Go to Site Settings > User Roles (accessed via the panel on the left)
3. Select Action Edit for Users
4. In the Permissions tab, select Can use SFTP & File Manager in the left panel and move it to the right panel
Here's what the client can now do:
[One-time setup]
1. Go to http://jonesy01.businesscatalyst.com/Admin and sign in
2. Hover over his/her name (top right) and select My Details from the pop-up menu
3. In the details page, check Enable online content editing and save (this option is designated 'incompatible with Muse', but is safe to use if all the client does is delete unused images)
4. A new Develop tab will now appear.
To delete images:
1. Click the Develop tab
2. From the standard file Explorer/Finder-like view, select an unused image (in the images folder) and use the trash icon to delete it.

PO Line item deletion and change documents

Hello All
We have cases where when we delete certain lines of a Purchase order, a change document gets created while for certain other lines it doesn't. Has anyone expereienced this issue before ? Any solutions on how to resolve it please ?

Yes we find such problems in purchase orders such as
- deleting PO line item
- Add PO line item
- change qty
We had restricted through ABAP program plus release indicator.

I am back. On Windows 7 computers start up screen there are there are three major items blue icon , sign in box and red icon. The blue icon you want to click on that. Go down the list of helpers check mark magnifier then click apply and click ok. You can adjust the magnifier to any size you whant by clicking it and draging it. Now the red icon is your computers shut down options. The magnifier will appear every time you turn on your computer. You are all set now. You can also check mark to make things easier to read and ajust your computer to your own eyes.

I'm having a little trouble understanding the part about your password having to be reset. Why is that happening??
Let's start with Firefox's settings:
(1) You can configure the password manager feature on this tab:
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Security
There is a checkbox to enable/disable the feature.
There also is a "Saved Passwords" button to review and remove any passwords you do not want Firefox to keep.
That tab also has a feature to set a Master Password so that no one can use your saved passwords without knowing the Master Password. You may need to exit Firefox in order for Firefox to ask for that again.

(2) Site-specific permissions
If you want to use the password manager for other sites but NOT a particular site, you can configure that in the Permissions Manager.
In a new tab, type or paste '''about:permissions''' in the address bar and press Enter.
After the page loads, use the search box in the upper left corner to narrow down the list to the site you want to configure. Highlight the site on the left side, and on the right side, choose Block under Store Passwords.
(3) Form autocomplete suggestions
Separate from passwords, Firefox remembers entries you've made into forms (in most cases) and lists the matching ones below the form field in a drop-down.
To clear a suggestion, press the down arrow key to highlight it and press the Delete key.

Tasks Deletion and Editing

We are using NW04 SP12 Patch 2 for both Portal & CM-COLL
In the room tasks, all the room participants who are not assignees or trackers are treated as the trackers and they are allowed to delete/edit any task. So how can I stop other users from editing the tasks that I have assigned to members of the room them self?

Hi Demorgan,
All collaboration room members can assign permissions themselves.
To achieve this
try to modify the permissions on the 'documents' folder or it's sub-folders, by going thro' 'details' -->
'permissions', the group which contains all the members of the room.
You can't directly remove permissions for permission owners.
First you have to remove the ownership in the second tab 'permission owners' for the group, afterwards you can change permissions for the group in the first tab 'permissions'.

When I swap to private browsing firefox allows me to anter the website address directly into the location bar - but this is a slow [prcess to swap back and forth - also by dint of using private browsing I loose my website information.

HT4484 My email was phished, so I deleted it and changed it completely. Now all the apps that I downloaded with the old email cannot update because I cannot log into that email. Mountain Lion is compatible with the new updated iPhoto. what can I do?

My email address was phished and I had to delete it completely. That was the one I used to download all my original apps on my computer. I have since changed to a new address, but since my apps were under the old one, I cannot update them without logging into the old address. It no longer exists....so how do I fix this?
Some of the apps I don't really care about updating but, I did download the new Mountain Lion and it wants to update my iphots and I can't do it.

When you say you deleted your email and changed it completely, those are actually two different things, and it sounds like you are talking about your Apple ID, not just your email, (because you speak of making purchases with it).
If you changed your Apple ID (preferred, How to change the name you use for your Apple ID), then you would not have another Apple ID and all of your purchases would still be with your only Apple ID, it would just be renamed to your new email address.
If you instead created a new Apple ID (with a different email address) then of course you have two different Apple IDs and the old one still exists and is probably active. Just because you may not use an email address anymore, that doesn't mean an Apple ID of the same name is inactive, Apple IDs aren't deleted. If you start purchasing Apps with your new Apple ID, it can really cause confusion because, as you see, you need to be logged into the Apple ID that purchased an App to update it. It would be best to stick with one Apple ID for purchases, probably the one you have spent the most money with. Remember, unless it's an @mac or @me Apple ID you can rename them rather than creating yet another Apple ID. Since Apple IDs can't be merged or deleted, creating more can be a messy.
If you don't remember what the password is for a particular Apple ID, you can visit iforgot.apple.com where you can reset it, the AppleConnect password. If the Apple ID is no longer a valid email address, you can use the security question method to reset the password instead.
Unless you have made a lot of purchases with your new Apple ID, I'd recommend moving back into your old one, especially if that has the most or the most expensive apps with it. If your new Apple ID is the "name/email" you want to use, you could rename the new one to a secondary email, then rename your old Apple ID to your preferred name/email. Basically, rename the new one to something else which frees up that name (email) to rename your old Apple ID. Thus your old Apple ID has the new name. See My Apple ID. The "Manage your account" link is where you can rename the ID itself.
Sorry about getting long winded here, but it's important to keep as few Apple IDs as possible, at least when it comes to purchases. If an Apple ID is undesired, rename it rather than creating a new one. It will be much simpler in the long run.

What is the difference between task request and change request during sap implementation. In general how many tasks will generate during a normal company inmplementation by any functional consultant?

Change request and task request are same.But generally change request is generated during newly created objects or reports that are transported and task request is used when u regenerate the change request by modifying that object again and transporting it in new change request.
A particular change request may contain multiple number of task request but that number depends upon number of objects u transfer during generation and transportation.
