Deleted my iPod from home screen.

I seem to have deleted my iPod shortcut/app from my home screen. Just wondering how I can get it back.

unles you jailbroken your iphone deleting build in apps is not possible so
you have most likely move it to a dir or turned the option off in restrictions
if you slide to the left in the main today screen you can type in ipod that should give you
the access

  • Deleting googlemail account from home screen

    Hi all, please help.
I have passed on my Blackberry 8520 (PAYG) to my wife and with her own SIM has now paid for blackberry services through Orange. All is well, except that alongside her googlemail icon on the home screen remains my original gmail account icon. How can I delete this? I have gone to email settings and can only find my wife's email account listed, which makes sense as we added this email account to the phone recently. I simply cannot remove this now defunct old googlemail icon from the home screen. Any ideas?
    Thanks

    Hello karl8695
    Welcome to BlackBerry Support Forums
Have you performed a wipe on your old device before passing it on to your wife ?
If not do a backup of your old device using BlackBerry Desktop Software , then perform a security wipe which will remove any previous email account that is associated with that device. After a wipe you can use the BlackBerry ID of your wife on that device. :

  • Deleting unwanted thumbnail from home screen

a little while ago firefox had an update... and now i have quite annoying pesky problem.
we had 9 (nine) thumbnails... and i had everything perfectly arranged... now we have 6 more.. AKA: 15... I DONT WANT THE 6.... how do i remove them so i can get back to my 9.. otherwise these shenanigans are ruining my day, i have nothing to put in them.. i DONT want your sponsored shiiii... (i think you get what im saying here) i want my 9.. as big as they were before the update. not 15. not 21.. just.. 9.. same size.. same shape. How do i do this?

    Hello,
You can change that setting in your Firefox configuration:
    # In the [[Location bar autocomplete|Location bar]], type '''about:config''' and press '''Enter'''. The about:config "''This might void your warranty!''" warning page may appear.
    # Click '''I'll be careful, I promise!''' to continue to the about:config page.
    # Search for and modify the following preferences (by double clicking the row, or right clicking the row and selecting '''Modify''')
    #* '''browser.newtabpage.columns'''
    #* '''browser.newtabpage.rows'''
If that isn't to your liking, you can try the following extension:

  • HT1212 Help I deleted my ipod from my itunes....

I deleted my iPod from my itunes account, without thinking.  Now my iPod says "iPod is disabled connect to itunes.  But the ipod isn't there??  Any idea's on what we can do to get this back to my itunes account?  Thanks so much!! i did see the instructions regarding restarting my computer, hold down the 'home' key and plug the ipod into the computer... still says the same thing... help!!

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
It sounds like yo dod not get the iPos in recovery or DFU mode
Place the iPod in recovery mode using one of these programs:
    For PC
RecBoot: Easy Way to Put iPhone into Recovery Mode
    If necessary:
    Download QTMLClient.dll & iTunesMobileDevice.dll for RecBoot
    For MAC or PC
    The Firmware Umbrella - TinyUmbrella
Recovery mode and DFU mode bypasses (and erase the iPod) the passcode.
Try disabling the computer's antivirus and firewall.
    - Next try the manual install method of:
iDevice Troubleshooting 101 :: iPhone, iPad, iPod touch
Place the iPod in recovery mode after the firmware download is complete and then restore using the instructions in the article. Sometimes recovery mode timeouts and returns to disabled before the firmware download is complete.
    - Then try on another computer

  • How to edit the buttons on iPod Touch home screen

How do you move around/delete icons on the iPod Touch home screen?

Hold one of the buttons until they all wiggle, drag around as desired (also to new home screens) and press home button to stop the madness.
This is all provided, however, that you have the 2.0 or the January Upgrade.
    Hope this helps.

  • Iphone 4s in settings can't access Notes or Mail.  Also can't access mail from home screen. Can't send email. All else is good.

I need help. I have reset my iphone. I have turned it off then on. Still can't launch my built in mail app from home screen. When I try it goes to blank page then right back to home screen view.
In settings for the iphone 4s I can not access Notes or Mail, Contacts,Calendars. When I tap either of the two they highlight in blue and then go right back to Home Screen view. I seem to be able to access everything else in settings with no trouble.
From home screen I have no trouble I can launch the built in utility Notes with no problem. I also can launch Calendars from Home Screen view. My Contacts are still reachable by tapping Phone from H/S view then clicking on contacts.
I can not launch mail. nor can I send email. Also the built in mail app is not showing it is recieving mail either. All else seems fine.
I can log in to my email from Safari on iphone and from my laptop with no problem.
Anyone have any suggestions?  My iphone is out of warranty. Apples only suggestions are To pay for support.
    Thanks in advance

Just had a thought....was trying to rememberif anything changed last night. I think I installed a mac OS X Security update. That's about the time the trouble started. Any ideas? Thanks.

Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions: Upon startup select Disk Utility from the main menu. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions as follows.
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility and press the Continue button. After Disk Utility loads select the Macintosh HD entry from the the left side list.  Click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. I'm not sure why anyone would want to help you if you start a thread by cursing at and berating the people from whom you want help.
Where did you purchase your phone? What is the model number? What troubleshooting steps have you taken? Have you checked to make sure that it hasn't been disabled in Restrictions?

  • Can't turn off "dial from home screen"

I want to allocate shortcut keys to apps. All of the info I've seen says that you have to turn off "dial from home screen" by clicking on the "phone" icon, then clicking on the "menu" icon, then selecting the "General options" item. Trouble is, I don't have a "General options" item - can anyone help me?

I'm in the same boat. I miss my old bb. 9310 does not have this option....

  • Howto remove apple icons from home screen

    Hello!
How do i remove all icons from home screen (include apples default icons), and just show the application icon for the program that should be used in our warehouse?

The icons of the homescreen reflect the top line of those located on your main menu.
So, you will need a different theme that has the features you desire.
