Deleted notes visible in Mail

Hello everyone,
Here is the problem.
In Lion Mail, when I delete some notes, they still appear visible after I hit the delete button or cmd+backspace.
The title color of the deleted message becomes a darker grey instead of black. However, when I leave Notes to another mailbox, and come back, the deleted message would disappear. But those notes should have gone to the trash straightaway.
I isolate this problem to notes with only one line or less. If you have longer notes, the delete works as normal - they disppear upon hitting the delete button.
This become a problem for me, I often cut and paste the notes to other programs like Pages, most of my notes I try to delete are empty notes.
Another related problem is that if you create a new note with only a title, then press "done". In the Notes folder, it would say "This message has no content." But even after you add the content to the notes later, it still says "this message has no content." only after I left the notes folder, and come back, the content will appear in the preview area.
I will send a bug report to Apple. I just wonder if others experience the same problem.

Go to Mail -> Preferences, select Accounts and then select whichever account you have the problem with (if you have more than one account).  In Mailbox Behaviors, uncheck the box "Show notes in Inbox".
