Deleted of users in automatic in SAP

Good evening
We are investigating as delete the users in automatic in SAP, when the user renounce or is get fired, with an automatic process that deleted this user of my system.
Know how we could do this¿
Now we are linked to the user and the employee, with  the infotype 105.
There is some program and variable that check the status of employe in my system and if detected this user in payroll termination, delete the user of my system.

Gerardo,
What is the logic for deleting these users right away? Typically for audit requirements you would want to keep the ID in the system but locked and date-delimited to expire as to no longer consume a SAP License. Additionally when you remove the user id from the system the table/audit logs are no longer connected to the users actions.
I think you will also want to keep that 105 record in the system as a log on which PERNR was connected to the User ID during a certian period especially if you "recycle ids" based on naming conventions for ids *not a good practice* you will want to be able to trace which "JSMITH" did what during which period of time.....
Thanks.

  • How to delete a user in SAP-CPS Version 7.0

    Hello,
I created my users via UME ( User Management Engine of Java Application server). Unfortunately I used the wrong name convention, so I had to recreate all the users in UME. Afterwards I delete all wrong users in UME.
Than I tried to login with my new user in SAP-CPS (users are normally created in SAP-CPS during first login) but I get the error message that I reached the maximum number of 10 users allowed in the basic version. No problem I thougt, I simply delete the wrong ones in SAP-CPS. But I do not know how to delete a user! I could not find any menu item or any describtion in the manualls how to delete an user in SAP-CPS.
I remove the users from any Isolation group, I disabled all the users but still I could not find any way to delete them.
Has any body a hint for mor.
    Kind regards
    Frank Morleo

    Hello Anton,
deactivating the unused users made it possible to login with the new ones.
    Thanks for your help.
Now I have to find out how to clear the deactivated users from the list.

  • Can i delete all users in one go?

I am using SAP authentication. Afer defining my Entitlement system, under options i did not chose to Import users for the imported role.
But All users for the imported rloe are imported. i dont want all users. It is painful as well to delete each user at a time for 500 users. How can i delete all users in a sinlge go?
    Please help
    --Krish

This may ork: Try to set the Force user synchronization option under CMC->Authentication->SAP->Options and remove the role temporarily.
Such a behaviour  can be xeplained only through the setting of the option Automatically import users under CMC->Authentication->SAP->Options . Even for a short period of time.
You MUST create a role that contains only the SAP users you want to accept in your BOBJ system and import this role in the CMC

  • How can I delete phantom User ID's in quota list?

When I go to the Quotas tab in Server Admin I notice that there are about 40 User ID's (1631, 1632, etc.) listed along with the 150 user names on our Xserve. These User ID's correspond to user accounts that I deleted last year or at the beginning of this school year. They are still listed as having their assigned quotas. However, the accounts do not show up in WorkGroup Manager.
Does anyone know why these accounts are still hanging around after I deleted the users in WGM, and how I can permanently delete them?
This is on a G5 Xserve running Mac OS X Server 10.4.10.
    Thanks,
    Matt

    Hi Matt,
After doing some research on the internet I managed to find a solution to the problem. Try executing 'quotacheck -a' from the command line.
Quotacheck validates the file storage data with the quota information used to report quota information. There's some very good information at http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/aix/library/au-satdiskmon.html
They also suggest running this automatically using cron -- once a day should be fine.
Quotacheck description taken from the man pages:
+Quotacheck examines each filesystem, builds a table of current disk+
+usage, and compares this table against that recorded in the disk quota+
+file for the filesystem. If any inconsistencies are detected, both the+
+quota file and the current system copy of the incorrect quotas are+
+updated (the latter only occurs if an active filesystem is checked). By+
+default both user and group quotas are checked.+

  • Best practice to delete a User in SRM.

Can some one tell how we can handle a situation where we have to delete a user from SRM, but make sure we don't have any open procurement documents. SRM server 550
    Here is my issue:
    1. Users are replicated to SRM from ECC via ALE
    2. Whenever a user is terminated from the company a user update from ECC will delete the user in SRM.
Appreciate any help and will give points
    Arpita

    Arpita
Our business process for removing users from our SRM 5.5 system
    1. TCode SU01 expire the users licence and lock the userID.
    2. Also in SU01 remove the users email address esp if using off line mail processes
    3. Remove the user's roles using PFCG
    4. In the SRM Org Structure we have a node for de-activated users not attached to any Company code - we move them to that node and change the assignment description so we know where they came from - this is our Audit requirement.
    5. In the Org Structure remove any attributes concerned with approval of cost centers/orders etc. Also change their Approval Value level in Extended attriutes to zero.
    6. If the user was an approver check SWI5 to find any uncompleted workflow items
    7. Use SWIA to re-route those items to an appropriate approver
    8. Check for any user substitutes active or passive and remove them, we wrote an ABAP application for this as we could find no suitable SAP transaction. You could log on as the user and do it that way, but if the user is a substitute for someone else you cannot.
9 If the user exists in the back end ERP system, de-activate in SU01 as steps 1 & 2 above
10 Check if there are any workflow in ERP.
We never delete users as this will cause problems with any documents that they worked on for ever and ever and ever...
With this procedure sometimes - not very often - they return to the organization and they can be re-activated.
Hope this helps you and others

  • Hard drive space unaffected after deleting huge user

I deleted a user, I selected the option to have their home folder removed, and apparently the content is still on my computer. My account uses 75 GB of data, of the 250 GB drive, yet disk utility says I only have 90 GB of free space. I am using Yosemite on a 2013 macbook pro retina. I tried to find the home folder of the user, and could not find it under Computer-->Users. Any suggestions? Thanks

Those are "expendable" snapshots created when your Time Machine drive is unavailable. If you connect your Time Machine drive and let it work they will be removed automatically.
If you run low on space before Time Machine can run again, they will begin to be discarded to give you the space you need.

  • Deleting local user profile on RDS without reboot

I need to delete the local profile for a user on our RDS server, because of a problem with this user.
Since the user was using RDS a few days ago, and RDS wasn’t rebooted since, I can’t delete the local profile. When I go to advanced system settings—user
profiles. The ‘delete’ option is greyed out.
I know that I can reboot the server then will be able to delete it, but since this server is serving many users, it means they all have to stop using it.
Is there a way to delete this user’s profile without rebooting the server?
    I use sever 2008 R2.
    Thanks

    Hi,
A local user profile is created the first time a user logs on to a computer. The profile is stored on the computer's local hard disk. Changes made to the local user
profile are specific to the user and to the computer on which the changes are made.
Windows security requires a user profile for each user account on a computer. The system automatically creates a local user profile for each user when the user logs
on to the computer for the first time. The system automatically maintains the settings for each user's work environment in a user profile on the local computer.
Windows Vista and later: User profiles are managed through the
User Accounts control (UAC) panel item.
    You can open the
Control Panel and click User Accounts, then click the Change User Account Control setting, dropped to the lowest turn off UAC. Press OK.
Then you can use administrator account try again to see whether you can delete the local user profile or not.

  • Deleted/Removed Users

    Hi Experts
    Hi,
I tried to create the a user on SAP, the system throws that he already exists, it turns out the user was removed from SBO some time ago. When I run a query on OUSR sure enough the user is there, the only difference is they fall under a table called Group 99. On the normal user window the user is not available.
How can I restore this user or recreate them in the system?

  • Deleting a user account question

Hi everyone, can anyone tell me the best way to delete a user account on my computer? Basically I no longer need two accounts and the music, movies and other information from the other side have been transferred to another computer. What I need to know if should I delete all the files from the user account before deleting the account or will deleting the account automatically delete all those files?
My main concern is freeing up space on the computer again and want to be sure the way I do it will do the job. Thanks for any help.

What I need to know if should I delete all the files from the user account before
    deleting the account
You don't need to do anything beforehand. After following Macjack's instructions you will be presented with this option screen, and can choose accordingly:

  • How To Properly Delete a User Profile on Windows 7 in a Domain environment

I have not been able to find an answer that matches the issue I'm facing. I had recently setup a laptop for a user and soon after, he was experiencing issues that I thought might be profile related. So, I did what always worked for me on prior versions of
Windows without any fuss or side affects.
Logged in under the local Administrator account, I went into: System Properties>User Profiles>Settings and removed the user profile from their. When I do that, I get an error message:
    Profile Error
Profile not deleted completely. Error - A required privilege is not held by the client
Ok, no problem I think. I just need to delete the user's profile directory under the users folder right? So I do this and figure when I try to log in again as the user that a new profile will be created. However, this is not what happens exactly. I login
with the user credentials and it logs in successfully. However, I get a pop saying:
You have been logged on with a temporary profile
You cannot access your files and files created in this profile will be deleted when you log off. To fix this, log off and try logging on later.
Please see the event log for details or contact your system administrator
So my question is; why did the profile not delete completely after both deleting the user profile under System Properties and after deleting the actual profile directory? What did I miss and what is the proper method of deleting a user profile completely
without running into these other issues?

    Hi Womprat,
According to your description, I understand that you want to delete user profile but display an error in Windows 7.
Please use other user (with administrator privileges) login this computer, then open Properties for Computer--->Advanced system setting--->Settings for User Profiles, then select the profile you want to delete.
