Deleted operation item still appear in IW49N

Hi Gurus,
I create a maintenance order, with operation as below:
0010 Replace Fuel Filter
0020 Replace Dust Filter
But then the first operation item I delete, and I create a new line item, and it become
0020 Replace Dust Filter
0030 Replace Oil Filter
It done and document can be saved.
But while I open the maintenance report using t-code: IW49N, the whole operation item appear
0010 Replace Fuel Filter
0020 Replace Dust Filter
0030 Replace Oil Filter
Why it can happen ? I think, report must only show:
0020 Replace Dust Filter
0030 Replace Oil Filter
Can anyone give me suggestion ?

Yes you would be getting all the operations .. but if you dont want deleted one then use the option of status inclusive and status exclusive option like for removing deleted operations from display in status inclusive you can put REL , in exclusive DLT and select outstanding tick mark and check up ..you can also use selection profile for better selection purpose..

Deleted calendar items still appearing on iPhone

Calendar items deleted on the PC (Outlook 2003 or Entourage 2008 - 12.1.7, - both linked to Exchange Server 2007) remain in the iPhone (OS 2.2.1) calendar. I am using wireless Exchange ActiveSync.
It was working fine, but has now stopped removing deleted items.
Calendar items added on the iPhone show up in Outlook/Entourage, so no problem in this area.
I have tried turning 'off' the Calendar on the iPhone, then turning in 'on', allowing it to re-sync, but this has not solved the problem. My MobileMe accounts are all fine.
I had Xerox DocuShare client add-on installed on Outlook 2003, but this was installed well before the problem appeared. It have uninstalled it, just to be sure, but the issue was not resolved.
I am mystified as to why this issue should appear. Any ideas? Thanks in anticipation.

I deleted the Exchange account and recreated it. Unfortunately the deleted items still appear.
I thought it may be linked to the deletion of single occasions of repeating events, but the failure of single events to delete from the iPhone is also apparent. I appreciate the help.

Invoiced items still appear on back order list

The invoiced items still appear on the back order list even tho there are enough items in stock now, what could be the problem? some of these items are from 2007? thanks guys

Was the Invoice created using the Copy to from the Delivery or Sales Order?
Or was it created as a stand alone Invoice?

Deleted requisition items still showing in ME57

Hi, we have a PM order that has two components in the bill of material. They were deleted on the PM order. When we look at the requisition these two components are shown in a deleted status as expected. We have a user that uses ME57 to look at the outstanding requisitions and these two components still appear. This has happened to two different orders in the last several weeks and we have been unsuccessful in getting rid of the requisition in ME57. Any ideas?

This is the standard vehaviour.
In the document overview you get all the items of the purchase
requisitions no matter if they are deleted or not.
When you convert the deleted item into a PO you will receive message
06 050 stating that this item is deleted in the purchase requisition.
This message can be defined as an error message in TA: OLME
-> Environment Data
-> Define Attributes of System Messages
-> System messages
So it is not possible to order an item which is deleted in the
referenced purchase requisition.

Sales Order deleted but Demand still appear on MD04

Dear Master , anyone know for a Sales Order been deleted but the Demand still appear on MD04, I even tried as below but still no solution
- ran report SDRQCR21 in SE38 that cleared up the demand.
- Try rerunning MRP with planning mode 3
- Mark delivery complete for the order.and make rejection in the sales order by entering the reason.

1) Please check any Open delivery is exist for the order, if yes delete the Delivery
2) Close the order by order rejection
3) run SDRQCR21 in SE38 with data transfer , planning file entry and processing per material tick
4) This will remove the planning file entry and demand and run MRP
5) If problem still exist , then raise a Question to SAP with the help of Basis

Approval Work Item still appears in inbox after approval

Hello, We have an issue in SRM 7.0 UWL when an approval work item at a specific level finds more than 1 approver.
1) When there is more than 1 agent at a specifc approval level, after the item is approved the work item still stays in the Inbox of the approver. However, the approval tab on the document in SRM shows that approval is now at next level. The workflow log does not show any updates based on the approval that was done.
2) However, if the work item in UWL is clicked on twice, and approval is done from the webdynpro launced the second time, then it behaves correctly. Workflow logs get updated, next approval is routed correctly, and work item is removed from inbox.
Note: This only happens when an approval level has more than 1 agent. If there is only 1 agent, the behavior is correct.

Is this a standard solution or modified solution?
You could have faced a bug in the standard work item completion code. I have seen this a few times (not with SRM though). Coul you check that what is the actual status of the work item after you have tried to approve the work item for the first time. You can check the status in transaction SWI1 (or table SWWWWIHEAD). Is the status COMMITTED? And after you try approve it second time, does it get status COMPLETED? IF this is the case (the status is COMMITTED after first approval), there is a bug in the code somewhere. You might find a solution for this from OSS. IF you have some kind of customized solution, you need to talk with a WF consultant - basically you need to call the work item completion function two times in a row.

After deleting .plist items, STILL can't find my old email

I just updated to 10.5.6
Had some problems w/Mail (ie not sending, receiving or quitting) I solved that problem by following forum suggestions to remove the .plist items in my Mail folder.
But I still can't see any of my "pre-update" emails that were sitting in my INBOX or SENT box, nor any emails in my ON MY MAC mailboxes.
Can anyone help?

Although your Mail may now work, with such a leap in versions you should study the following now to be certain of all conversion results, and possible need to remove other leftover files, and is pasted from other posts in other topics:
Lots of issues arose when people upgraded from 10.3 to 10.4 and Mail 2.x, but the issues are nearly the same if upgrading from 10.3 to 10.5, or even from an earlier version.
For background read the info in the topic at the link below, which while written about conversion from 10.3 to 10.4, would also structurally apply to a conversion from 10.3 to 10.5, even if using 10.4 in between. Sadly, it would appear the conversion process has not been strengthened, although the real fault lies with the condition of the mailboxes prior to Upgrade.

In this situation the messages are not lost, but properly converting them for use in Mail 3.0 (or first in Mail 2.0) can be a detailed and tedious project. The best thing would be to have used Rebuild on every mailbox prior to the Upgrade. Of course I recognize it may be too late for that now, so the "devil is in the details"!
There is an issue often when going directly from 10.3.9 and Mail 1.3.11 related to conversion of the data in the mbox file into xxxx.emlx files in the Messages folder that Mail 3.x uses. The Messages folder came into use with 10.4.
An important comparison to make, after you know where to look in the Finder, is to compare the size of the mbox file in any xxxx.mbox folder to that of the Messages folder in the same mailbox. The reason to do this is check whether all messages that were in the mbox when the Upgrade was done were converted properly.
There can be issues if you ran a still earlier version of Mail, and other leftover files might then be present which could be problematic.
Please do not hesitate to ask any and all questions you need to ask to get comfortable with all you may need to do, depending on the number of large and complex mailboxes you had prior to the Upgrade.

Btw, if the Messages folder of this xxxx.mbox were to be near or over 2 GB all by itself there could be another problem called overstuffing.

Songs deleted from iPhone still appearing in iTunes

I added a couple hundred songs to my iPhone recently, but now I wanted to clean the library up of some songs I didn't want. I went on to the Music app and did the swipe left > delete thing for all the songs I didn't want, and they weren't appearing on my iPhone anymore, but when I went into iTunes and went on the "On this iPhone" tab, the songs that I deleted were still approving. I couldn't right-click delete, and I couldn't play them either. I want to wipe the library completely clean, but none of the songs are disappearing. Why is this happening, and how can I fix it?

GR IR Clearing Report Items still appear

Hi Experts,
I have problems with GR IR Clearing Report FAGL003/FBL1N. There are still items in my GL in report FAGL003 that are not cleared even GR-Invoice are already done. What are the scenarios that caused this?

Have you done GR / IR clearing using the T code F.13 or F.19 .
As generally it has to be done on a periodic basis for clearing the GR/IR balances i.e knocking off GR/IR amount at the time of GR with the GR/IR amount at the time of invoice .
First run the clearing run and then check for the balances that are left out , it may be the case like GR is prepared and IR is not done then in that case your GR / IR account will have the balance .

Deleted Skype account still appearing online to contacts

I went through the process of having my account deleted a few days ago, I can of course no longer log into the account, however contacts of that account are saying that I am now appearing constantly online but set as away.
I'm sure I deleted all personal information from my account, though I know I didn’t delete any contacts. I have spoke with Skype staff via the instant chat box but they are never of much help, they have said that my account will delete itself from my previous contacts contact lists, I thought this wasn’t true?
Has anyone else deleted their account and had this problem? Did you find you started appearing offline once that deletion was completed (takes 30s days)? Thank you!

Deleted unchecked songs still appearing on iPhone 4s

I have 1 playlist on my iphone, I noticed that a few songs were playing that weren't in that playlist so I unchecked the box the next time I synced the phone, this should erase all the music from my phone - but it didn't, still in the music section on my phone and in the 'on this iphone' section in itunes when the phone was connected was about 90 songs, these are songs that are in my itunes but not in any playlist, some of them were purchased and some aren't, I manually deleted all of the songs from the phone by swiping right etc but the next time I synced the phone with itunes - I can see them bring readded - also in the 'on this iphone' section I can't delete them. Can anyone please advice how I can get rid of them - other than deleting the songs from my itunes!!!

Okay so when the phone was sync'ing I went into the music section on itunes (that comes up when sync'ing) and for some reason where you can check individual songs, almub or artists etc there were a few albums checked, i've inchecked them and it's removed them from my phone BUT there are still 20 songs on 2 albums on my phone that shouldn't be there, they aren't checked under albums, artists songs etc - advice????

Deleted login items still opening

Hi,
I've removed two apps from my login items lists. But they still open whenever I log in. What do I need to do to really kill them dead?

Did you perhaps just uncheck them?
You need to highlight one and hit the little minus icon .

Calendars deleted -- event notices still appear

I have deleted all my calendars from my home folder yet I still receive notices from events on them. How can I completely delete all evidence of my calendars so that my Macinthosh thinks they never existed in the first place?

Since you do not provide any information about your OS, it is difficult to suggest a definitive course of action, but I used Spotlight to search my computer and came up with several iCal .plist files that I would delete if my iCal was acting as you describe. I recommend these because you say you have deleted all of your calendars.
They are:
com.apple.iCal.helper.plist
com.apple.iCal.sources.plist
com.apple.iCal.alarmsCache.plist
com.apple.iCal.plistcom.apple.iCal.AlarmScheduler.plist
I recommend these because you say you have deleted all of your calendars, which indicates you intend to start from scratch. If that is not true, I rescind my recommendation.

Deleted music still appearing

I purchased music on my iPhone 6 to later download onto my iPod. My iPod has all of the music on it but now I want to remove it from my iPhone. I tried swiping and hitting delete but it still appears as if it is still on the phone. I plugged it into my computer and I says that there is no music on the phone yet when I got to my purchased music in the iTunes store is shows that the music is still there (image below) Any ideas on how to completely remove all music?

I am having the exact same problem not only with my iphone but also with my ipad.

HT4623 My app icon shown i have 11 items waiting for updating. But the update is blank. I try to reset, switch my ipad off and reboot it, sync my ipad the 11 items still remain. Can someone please advise me how to clean this up.?

App Store>Purchased>Select "All"
