Deleted order reappeared

Hi,
We have a background job with program delete_pp_order, that deleted a PPDS output firmed planned order and sends the deletion to R/3. I can see the planned order and qty. in the spool of the job.
Now when I looked at the product view,it reappeared. I checked the start date of the order and the order number. It is the exact same orders.
What can this be caused by?
I deleted a CIF block in SMQ1 (outbound queue) for other reason. may be this deletion was in the the same LUW as the other queue and go t deleted.
But does deleting the CIF queue bring back a deleted order?? I thought it should be only the deletion change pointer in SMQ1 that's deleted and should be caught up in CCR report. Isn't it???

Hi Visu,
When you delete the queue block those changes has not be transferred to R/3 and order is not deleted in R/3.
Whenever next CIF run or do any changes to order will bring back it to APO.
First run the CCR and put both the system in sync.
Delete order again in APO .
Than check order in R/3 whether it is deleted or not , if it is not deleted than check queue block and if any first analyse it by going to details by SLG1,/SAPAPO/C3 or /SAPAPO/CQ and CFG1 on R/3 side.
Take corrective action as per log and reactivate the queues.

Deleted Items Reappearing in iCal

I am trying to delete items from iCal but they keep reappearing after a few minutes. I'm not syncing to an iPhone, iPod, etc, so I can't figure out why this keeps happening. For example, I am looking at my April calendar, I delete items that I no longer want on the calendar, they appear to be deleted, and then 2 to 5 minutes later they all reappear. If this has something to do with syncing with .mac I can't figure out what. I've tried turing syncing with .mac both on and off to see if that makes a difference and it doesn't appear to. I'd greatly appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

I had all sorts of weird things happening in iCal this morning: Deleted events reappeared, edited events were accompanied by an empty ghost event that had the default title "New Event", birthday entries were duplicated, etc.
I tried various things and finally what restored everything back to normal so far (fingers crossed), was the removal of a Microsoft Outlook Exchange meeting invite I had recently received in Mac OS X Mail and accepted which then popped into iCal. I deleted the event, Mail sent an automatic Decline email (which I had to manually reply to saying that I am going to the event nonetheless) and now everything seems fine again.
I think there are some significant flaws in the way Microsoft Exchange Calendar events and iCal work together.

I am running ios 7.0. I have synced my phone with itunes, backed up, reboots after deleting the texts, they never vanish, i have even restored from itunes and restored from a backup that didn't include the texts after i deleted them.

actually better to reset your phone and reinstall the latest firmware again after that restore your back up it should be ok

How to delete order created against notification

Someone tell me how to delete order created against notification. & also PR created against it.

You can set the deletion flag only when the order is business completed - CLSD status (no open costs remaining on the order). Deletion flag is set to the order when you want to archive the order. Till the order has a CLSD status, the del flag setting in the menu will remain inactive.
Any open PR created against the order is automatically set to deletion when the order is set to TECO - tech completed status.
For your scenario:
If you dont want to use the order and the order is with CRTD status - you can set the 'Do not Execute' flag. It will set the order to CLSD and NCMP (Not completed) status. this will also delete your PR
In case your order is already released - you will have to set the CLSD status for your purpose

Deleted emails reappear

I have an ipone 4S and suddenly my deleted emails reappear in my inbox. Can someone help? I also check email on my iPad but haven't had time to use it for a couple days so I don't know if they reappear on iPad as well. Any suggestions on settings that might have gotten changed or fixes? It's very annoying.

Try a reset: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss)

Deleting orders from Live Cache

Hi Gurus,
Is there any way where we can delete orders directly from Live cache?
I have a situation where Process orders are present in R/3 and not available in APO. It shows up in the CCR report, but when we push them it gets stuck in the queue with the error Order Type 6 and 'A table entry exists with this Secondary Key'.
I verified these orders in OM16 transaction and these orders are available there, but I am unable to view them in RRP3. When I check in Tcode: OM19 this is availavble in ORDMAP Object.
Is there any way I can delete them from directly Live cache ? or how can I make both the systems sync?

Check the following
1)Use this Program /SAPAPO/DELETE_PP_ORDER and make sure the check box LV_EXECU is ticked and specify the time period of the orders. Becuase some times without specifying the above it will not display the details
2) Use the Program /SAPAPO/RLCDELETE and execute. I'm not sure on this. But you can try
3) Tell me- This Process orders are created in R3 and ciffed to APO or it got converted in APO from Planned order to Production order. Pls look at the origin of Process orders

Not able to delete orders in APO

Dear Sir,
We are facing problem during deletion of certain Purchase-Orders and Production-Orders in APO . Before deleting the Orders , we had first deactivated the Integration Model of the reference Material in R3 .
During the Dletion in APO (using Tcode RRP4) , we are getting the error message as below...
No valid orders selected for deletion
Message no. /SAPAPO/RRP246
We would like to mention that Pp_Firmed is appearing as Ticked against these reference Orders .
We request SAP experts to kindly guide us as what steps need to be followed for deleting these Orders in APO .

You can follow these steps to delete any inconsistent orders or you can use /SAPAPO/DELETE_PP_ORDER
1. Goto /SAPAPO/RRP3 for the product and loc combinations.
2. Enter gt_io in the area where you are entering tcode.
3. Find out the internal order no and copy this internal number.
4.Go to SA38 or se38.
5.Enter the program /SAPAPO/OM_DELETE_INCON_ORDERS.
6. enter the internal order number and planning version.
7.select the check box delete order object.
8.execute.
Now these orders should be deleted.

Deleting orders in CRM/BW

Dear experts,
I'd like to use the CRM_ORDER_DELETE report in order to delete "dummy" orders in our CRM productive system. I need to ensure that once this is done, that none of these orders will be shown in the BW system.
How could I check it in the BW system? Is there any restrictions/issues in BW I should be aware of before deleting orders in the CRM system?

What kind of deletion will it perform? Logical or physical?
A logical deletion should be delta sensitive and thus will lead to logically deleted orders in BW which can be filtered in your queries, I think that a physical deletion will not result in a deletion in BW

Deleted Order Showing in VF04!

I have deleted one sales order, but it is still showing in VF04 transaction. Have checked tables VBAP, VBPA, VBAK and JKSDDEMANDFLOW but this order does not exist there.
Is there any other table to check or is there any other transaction where i can get the status of deleted orders?

You cant not see the deleted sales order in standard SAP. You can maintain the u201CReason for rejectionu201D for this order in header data of the particular sales order and save the document.
Procedure 1:-
Then go to SE16 give VBAP table and click on that. Then there you can go to setting in tool bar and select field for selection. There you give the field name of reason for rejection like ABGRU and give the right reason what you have maintained in the order.
And execute then you can find out the orders what you have rejected or deleted.
Procedure 2:-
After maintaining the reason for rejection in the order go to VA05 select all orders radio button and enter. Then go to environment and select document status there you can see what all the documents are have been rejected in rejection status.

Deleted items reappear on mobile account with syncing?

On a mobile account with syncing, deleted items will reappear after syncing. One can manually do a full sync. Then delete stuff. Then do a full manual sync again and the deleted items are back.
This is on Leopard 10.5.6 client and Leopard 10.5.6 server.
Open to ideas one what I ought to look at.

I'm happy I'm not alone (sorry..)
I have exactly the same problem, although I'm using Linux server, not OSX.
It all worked nicely until 10.5.6 upgrade, after that I'm having lots of home sync problems, including:
1. locally deleted items re-appear after sync
2. a lot of sync conflicts, specially when sync cannot resolve latest file or directory version between mobile and network copy (and mobile copy will be always the latest one)
3. huge syncs even if no data has been modified, ie:
I'm syncing all on login and logout, background sync is disabled.
I do login then straight away logout, so practically no data has been modified, but the sync may show me tens of GB being transferred.
Now, this is weird: I've done tests on a freshly created mobile account, with approx 50MB of data. Basically I've logged in and out repeatedly, sometimes modifying small files. Some of the syncs showed me transfer of 60MB!!! That's 10MB more than the size of the home directory!
I've looked through release notes for 10.5.6 and some sync issues were 'fixed'. I'm wondering if other ones were introduced...
As I've said, it all worked perfectly until the latest update - I have many machines behaving in the same, bad way.
Perhaps someone has a solution?

Why did deleted photos reappear on iPhone but I can't delete them now? They are not in my albums or photos stream. I do not use a laptop either. After a software upgrade they suddenly reappeared.

I have an iPhone and iPad & use the cloud. I do not use a Mac or laptop.
Several months ago I deleted a bunch of photos off both devices. After a software update on my iPhone, several of those photos reappeared. Since the update, there is a new way to look at photos by date and the appear there and only there on my iPhone only. They do not show up under the camera or photo stream. There is no option to be delete them from the phone.
I didn't do the software update on my iPad and they are on on that device, only the iPhone. I went to the apple store but they couldn't figure it out either.
Please help! My new boyfriend is going crazy about these old beau photos.

How can I stop deleted mail 'reappearing' in inbox?

I have email [email protected] set up on my mail app on iphone 3gs iOS 4.2.1. I have a small but annoying issue where I read and delete messages from my inbox but next time I check my mail they have reappeared as new unread messages. I have to delete messages then ensure i click trash folder and delete a second time from there. My settings is set to 'delete from server when removed from inbox' but there is also a setting. Deleted Messages Remove 'AFTER ONE DAY'. I cant set it for anything less than that; so is this why I have to keep deleting them over and over again for a day each time?

I have a similar problem with netadress.com. It started after one of the 4.2x updates. When I delete email using the WEB interface, the items are not being deleted from the iPhone inbox. This used to work before 4.2 and have tested on another phone that still had 4.1 which works fine. If I delete on the iPhone, the WEB interface shows the item deleted properly. In fact, even reading on the server does not update the iPhone inbox, which still shows "unread".

How to get back the deleted order in EBP in to SRM-for which R/3 ord.exists

We have implemented extended classic scenario in SRM 5.5. The issue is one of the local EBP order is deleted from our SRM system. As a general rule the backend order is also to be deleted from the system. But to our strange the backend order is not deleted in the R/3 system. Now we want to get back the local EBP order in to our system. Is there a way we get this again in our EBP system?
In BBP_PD tcode we have one entry as below. By using the GUID of this order can we get the order back in to EBP?

Hello psamp,
If your PO has status 'Deleted' in SRM, at header level, field DOC_CLOSED from BBP_PDHGP table should be set.
For PO status change, you can use CRM_STATUS_UPDATE function module with two rows in table JEST_UPD:
- one to inactive deleted status :
MANDT = your client,
OBJNR = PO Guid,
STAT = 'I1040',
INACT = 'X',
CHGNR = existing value + 1
- one to active ordered status:
MANDT = your client,
OBJNR = PO Guid,
STAT = 'I1043',
INACT = ' ',
CHGNR = existing value + 1
For header level, see BBP_HDRPROC_SET_STATUS_FLAGS function module.

Why does deleted content reappear on my iPhone when I connect via USB?

I recently upgraded from a 3GS to a 4S, and I'm having an issue that's never been a problem before. I notice that music or video that I delete from my iPhone reappears when I connect to iTunes via USB. Nothing is moved over, either: the videos are just listed as if never removed.
I am deleting this videos by swiping across after viewing on phone. They disappear, so I am not overlooking anything on that front. Similarly, I don't sync video or music -- I have manual management checked in iTunes.
Any ideas what might be happening, and how I can fix it?

And almost 2 years later this is still happening - I delete TV Shows and Movies from my iPad 2 (iOS6) or iPhone (iOS6) and as soon as I connect the devices to my mac by USB they reappear (even though my setting is to manually manage everything). This then screws up syncing like this morning where I tried to add 2 new movies - as it was syncing I realised that the previous 2 had reappeared so I wouldn't have space to add them. I deleted them via iTunes and the sync appeared to be successful - until I turned on the iPad on the train to be greeted by a message saying that the 2 items couldn't be synced.

URGENT : 2LIS_11_VAITM , 2LIS_02_ITM ( Deleted orders)

I have been trying to fix this problem that I am having. For these 2 datasources which feed into 0SD_O01 and 0PUR_O01 respectively , the 0ITEM_DEL flag does not populate any values.
I created some purchase and sales orders and deleted them but BW shows these records but does not put 'X' in the 0ITEM_DEL object.
I can see the flag in PSA though
Also in the transfer rules , I see 2 objects - 0STOR_NO and 0RECORDMODE.I do not see 0RECORDMODE in either of the ODS.
0STOR_NO is mapped to ROCANCEL AND 0RECORDMODE is blank in the transfer rules.
In the update rules , 0STOR_NO is mapped to 0ITEM_DEL .
Please advice
How can I fix this.

If anybody who worked on those two InfoSources give replies, it may solve th eproblem.
Else, you can try your custom ABAP Code, preferably in Start routing of Update Rules. You can use field STORNO and using ABAP, you can reverse the key figures. Since a CUBE is always addition, you will end up canceling the key figures.
But, my guess is there may some other solution without ABAP.
Let me know if you want to try the above.
