Deletetion of unwanted production order

gurus,
i my 100 production order i want to delete 10(dummy) from the system permanently ,how it is possible.
basu.

Dear,
Yes, it is possible to delete the Production Order
For this you need to follow the below procedure.
CO78 is a one stop transaction for production order setting deletion flag, deletion indicator, archiving and finally deleting.
Generally we schedule the following programs in background in the sequence below,
1. PPARCHP1 for Setting Deletion Flag
2. PPARCHP1 for Setting Deletion Indicator (Once set cannot be revoked- so care should be taken in selection of orders)
3. PPARCHA1 for archiving the production order with Deletion Indicator active. Basis should set the database/storage space for archiving/storing the records.
4. PPARCHD1 for Deleting the records from SAP database.

  • How can I get status of a production order from database?

    Hi,
I need to write a report to show user details about the production order. Because there are some customized linkages between our sales order and production order, we can't use COOIS directly.
But I met a problem when writing this report. I found that after TECO, all lines on reservation of the production order will be set deletetion flag. So, I need to tell which orders had been TECO-ed. But I don't know from which fileds and which tables I can get the data to tell this. Please help.

    Hi Robbie,
You can use function module STATUS_READ
You need to pass it the object number - for a PP order header it will be something like OR000001000000
You can also set an indicator to only retrieve active status values.
The FM returns a table of status codes which are in the internal format and look like I0002
Then use table TJ02T for system statuses to determine what these internal codes mean. If you have user statuses you should be able to work out where they are stored by looking at the technical information behind the configuration transactions.

  • PIR is replenished when the Production order GR is cancelled.

In a Make to Stock scenario(Gross requirements planning - Strategy 11) with Forward/Backward consumption  mode , the system adds the PIR qty when the GR from Production order  is reversed for some reason , is there way to prevent this from happening. If the answer is "no" what is the best practice to delete these unwanted PIR's for ex. manual /t.code MD74. Is there a best practice document existing for this ?  Thanks in advance.

, the system adds the PIR qty when the GR from Production order  is reversed for some reason
this is the behavior of strategy 11
In MD62 - change the qty manually or remove the active tick ( this will remove the requirement from MRP)

  • SAP PP-delete Production orders, planned orders, purchase requitions & othe

How to delete Production orders, planned orders, purchase requitions & other orders .
Pls send me the T-codes or Paths.
Any comments welcome   & Thanks in advance.

    Dear,
    1) Delete Production Order,
    Please refer this link,
    [DeleteProduction Orders |http://www.sap-img.com/production/how-to-delete-old-production-orders.htm]
    2) Delete Planned Order,
MD16 is the only option to delete planned orders in mass.
During MRP run if you choose - Delete and recreate plan order mode. Automatically the unwanted plan orders
    2) Delete Purchase Requisation,
Execute MD04, in that it will display the created PR's
Check in tcode MD62 whether you have any demand for that material which you are getting PRs first delete requirement here/
Then run MRP by tcode MD03 or MD02 giving input of material and plant. In the initial screen of MD03 / MD02, make field planning mode - Delete and recreate planning data
    Is that Old PR Firmed.
If yes remove the Firm indicator and Re run the MRP with planning Mode 3.
It removes the PR from EBAN.
    Now check in MD04
    OR,
Use Mass change transaction code MEMASSRQ or use BAPI (BAPI_REQUISITION_DELETE) to do the same.
    Or
Use ME57 with layout ALV, in this also u can delete PR
If you want delete PR manually then
goto ME52N --> enter PR number --> select line item --> click delete button
    or
goto ME52N --> enter PR number --> Item --> Tab Quanties/Dates --> set tick mark for closed check box
    Please check this thread,
    Deletion of SubReq
    Hope it will help you.

  • Deleting the reservations for components of a production order without TECO

    Dear Gurus,
I forgot to activate the backflush indicator in the beginning. I activated the backflush indicator in between. But for the confirmations already made I had to issue the material as unplanned consumption for the order. This is not clearing the reservations for the material.
How to delete the reservations for components of a production order without TECOing the production order? My order is not completed.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Raghu

    Hi Kumar,
I have a production order for 1000 header (A) qty. My control key is PP03 (auto goods receipt from confirmation in CO11N).
For this order the component B qty is 1000 (BOM consumption is 1:1)
Without doing GI, the confirmation is done for 300 A qty. I realized that auto GI is not done for the 300 qty of component B as there was no backflush indicator.
Now the backflush indicator is activated in the production order for component B.
In the next confirmation for another 300 A qty, automatic GI is posted for 300 B qty because of backflush now.
Now my confirmed and GR qty for A in two rounds is 300 + 300 = 600.
GI of component B done is only 300 (through backflush).
Qty yet to confirm = 400.
So I did GI of 300 B qty through MB1A (which is an unplanned issue). This does not update the withdrawn qty in the production order. Also the reservations for component B for this 300 qty are not reduced in the system.
Now the reservations against the order for component B = 1000 - 300 = 700 (which is 300 more than the qty yet to confirm).
Now when I run MRP for another 2000 qty of A, the procurement proposals for B will be 2000 + 300(undeleted reservations) = 2300. Though the system is behaving properly, this 300 is additional and unwanted.
For this reason I need to delete these reservations before the MRP run. As order is still open, I cannot TECO the order. Nor can I clear all open reservations from CO11N.
    Thanks and Regards,

  • Mtl Availability Problem @ Production Order Release

    Hello All,
For production order creation and order release we have different types of availability checks:
1: Order creation: check all purchase orders (ZP02)
2: Order release: do not take purchase orders into account (ZV02)
In the material master the field "availability check" is always set to 02.
The problem with this is that as soon as we want to release a production order, the future purchase orders are not taken into account, but the corresponding production orders (created ones) are. This yields missing parts at release, even though there is enough in stock.
The following options are now selected for ZV02:
    [ ] incl. purchase orders
    [ ] incl. purchase reqs
    [V] incl. dependent reqs
    [V] incl. reservations
    [V] incl. sales reqmts
    [V] incl. deliveries
    [ ] incl. ship notific.
    incl depend reservat [x] all
incl rel order reqs [ ] do not check
incl planned orders [ ] do not check
    incl production orders [x] all
I tried changing OPPJ. Things that do not work or are unwanted are:
changing ZP02 identical to ZV02, since purchase orders should be included for orders in the future
changing ZV02 identical to ZP02, since purchase orders confirmed to today might be delivered tomorrow, which would yield missing parts.
changing ZV02, incl. Production orders from [x] to [F]. Still missing parts @ release.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    Marc

    Hello
I assume here that 02 is for the component in the production order, am I right ?
All components have the material availability at 02, so you are right.
Now in 02-ZV02 , the you are considering all the reqmts coming from planned or production orders, is that right ?
Yes, both planned and production orders are checked in ZV02 and ZP02.
Is ZP02 working according to what you need ?
ZP02 is used @ order creation. This works fine, because it takes purchase orders into account that are confirmed in the future. This is correct at order creation.
Cna you check the differences between both rules ?
Purchase orders are not taken into account for ZV02
Purchase orders are taken into account for ZP02.
The rest is identical to the previous list
    An example:
Day 0 (current stock): 200 of material X
Day 1: Production order requires 200 material X
Day 2: Purchase order is confirmed for 200 material X
Day 3: Production order requires 200 material X
    Result of ZP02: in stock: 200, required 200 + 200, confirmed @ day 2: 200 --> No missing Part
    Result of ZV02: in stock: 200, required 200 + 200 --> Missing Part
The best solution would be for the system not to look at the requirements of the orders in the future which are not released yet. Therefore I changed the key ZV02: incl. Production orders from [x] to [F]. However, this did not have any effect!

    marc.

  • Open Production Order

Hi have to create a report that has open sales order , open po , open pur req , open planned order and open Production order.
I need the logic for OPEN PRODUCTION ORDERS.
The status of the production orders are maintained in JEST Table .
I need logic to elimate the completed production orders during my selcet . Since JEST Table has multiple entries and for some orders that are released the 'DELV'  status wil not be maintained at all at that time.
I wil really appreciate your help , if you can tell me how to emliminate the completed production orders during my select query to get the open prod orders.
Is there any fun moduel or bapi that wil give the Open prod orders ?? or any std report that gives open PO??
    Thanks

for this you can use the Function STATUS_TEXT_EDIT , for this pass Objnr (get the objnr from AUFK table using the production order) it will give you the status in the LINE exporting parameters.

  • Creation of Production order in Past dates using RFC

    Hi all,
I am using RFC to Create a production order based on the datas available from MES systems. Here the process flow is From MES system datas are passed to interface in file format then from interface will calll the RFC so that the RFC will do the function of Creating the Production order & release in SAP.
Here i face an issue that i have 3 shifts at the end of every shift i have to tranfer the datas from MES to SAP .Which means i have to create 3 Production orders for a day.My issue here is the third shift datas will be availble for me in the next day morning after that only i am able to transfer theses datas to SAP.In this case i want the SAP to create th Production order  for third shift in the Previous day time.
    Ashift - 7AM t0 3PM
    BShift-3PM to 11PM
CShift-11 PM to Next day morning 7 AM
I need SAP to create Production order for Shift C on 11 PM of the Previous day when i transfer it on next day morning 7AM.
    Is this possible.
    Thanks in Advance,
    MBN

    Hi,
I mean the Production Created date as the basic date only.
My requirement is for the C shift i will get the output from the MES on the next day morning. After that i wwill transfer the production datas to SAP throgh Interface at that time i need the basic start date & time  of the production order to be the C shift starting time that is previous day night 11.00 PM.
    Eg.
    C shift  date 12.04.2010 night 11PM to 7AM
i transfer the c shift production datas from MES to SAP on 13/04/2010 Morning 7AM.But i want these datas to create basic start date & time of the production order on 12/04/2010  11PM.
What should be done to get these.

  • Creation of a new costing variant to cost production orders

    Hi all,
Currently the business is only able to cost a vehicleu2019s production order at the standard cost value which is determined at the start of the year.
During the year a number of the purchasing values will be updated with a new contract price, this increase will not be reflected in the standard cost until the end of the year.
The business would like a new costing variant which will cost an already created vehicle in SAP by its production order at the u201CCurrent Costu201D (current purchasing info record value).
It will need to be calculated in the following way:
u2022Purchased material - at purchase cost from info record (see below for applicable exchange rate).
u2022Manufactured material - child material to be at purchase cost (from info record). Routing cost (labour\overhead, etc) at current criteria.
u2022No allowance for CPI.               [WHAT_ DOES_CPI_MEAN_?]
    u2022Exchange rate: ideally, fields are provided to input exchange rate. If this is not possible then apply current monthu2019s exchange;
u2022FRAu2019s - current rate from the info record.
u2022Summary of total material cost by origin code with ability to drill down to line level.
u2022The output of the report will need to be similar to the layout of a production order but with only the current value displayed.
We have some problems to understand this request: we don't know the transaction which is used by the users to costificate a production order and what does it mean "CPI". We are not sure on the feasibility of the costing variant requested because it must consider both actual costs and standard costs.
It should costificate in this way:
(Actual Cost of Row Material * Bom's standard qty) + (Standard price * Standard production time (in the routings).
    Could you help us?
Many thanks to all of you, best regards.
    Alanis

You can create a new costing variant with  a valuation variant that points to inforecords for material prices. Go to OKKN t-code and create the required configuration and start using the new costing variant to measure the current cost of making vehicles.

  • Changing the Assignment of production order in sales order in MTO scenario.

    Hello all!
    I have following problem:
After the MRP a production order was created for a sales order. Because of the production in another plant
the production order which was created automatically had to be technically completed and a new one
    created.
If you want to check now the availability, the sales order finds nothing, because it's linked to the one,
which was technically completed. Now is the question how can I change the production order for this
sales order. (In the production order the correct sales order is connected!)
As I found out it's connected to the field AUFNR in the table VBEP. But how can I change this
field within a transaction and not in the database?!?

  • Error during goods receipt of Finished goods for production order

    hi friends
pls help me iam struggle this issue and mentioned the issue .
when i do goods receipt for production order system getting error like
No price could be determined for material/batch FG/ plant ZTP
         Message no. CK 465
    Diagnosis
The system could not calculate a price for material/batch FG/ in plant
ZTP for valuation view 0, because none of the valuation strategies in
         valuation variant 007 was successful.
    System Response
User-defined error management enables you to specify whether the message
is an error message, a warning message or an information message.
o   If you have defined the message as a warning message or an
information message, the costing item will be entered in the cost
estimate with a value of zero.
If you have defined the message as an error message, the cost
estimate contains an error or errors.
    -   In the case of a material cost estimate, the system sets the
        status KF.
    -   If it is a cost estimate without quantity structure, or base
object cost estimate (that is, a unit cost estimate),  the
system cannot proceed with costing until you have corrected the
        errors.
If the system issues a termination message, the cost estimate cannot
be processed, and processing is terminated.
    procedure
o   Check the master data for material/batch FG/ in plant ZTP.
o   If you have authorization for Customizing, check the valuation
strategy for materials in valuation variant 007.
        Note
If the message is a warning message or an information message, there is
a danger that materials with errors will be ignored by the system.
If, because of this, you issue a warning message and at the same time
include materials with a zero value in cost estimates, you can make the
following settings for these materials in the costing view of the
        material master:
      1.  Enter a very low price in the planned price 1, 2 or 3 fields
manually, for instance 0.01 USD. These prices are used for costing
purposes only; they are not read by other applications.
      2.  Enter the highest price unit possible, for example 10000.
Note: If you enter a new price unit that is higher than the costing
lot size, the system increases the costing lot size accordingly.
      3.  Change the valuation strategy, such as strategy 4, where you could
enter the planned price field in which you entered the low price.
The system now costs as follows:
Using the valuation strategy, the system finds planned price 1, 2 or
          3. Due to the low price and high price unit, the system rounds the
value to zero. However, the cost estimate still obtains status KA
(free of errors), and no error message is issued.
This procedure can be used for all materials that have caused error
          message CK465 to be issued.

And also can any one help me by letting me know is there any Message type available for handling this process of Production order creation and Adding extyra components to it.
I have a  message type LOIPRO (for Production Order) and associated function modle CLOI_MASTERIDOC_CREATE_LOIPRO for creation of master IDoc, but not sure can i handle the Components part in this.
Please do send replies ASAP, its very urgent.
Or else atleast suggest me the other ways of doing this .
