Deleting my itunes account from other phones

Hi
I have been backing up familys iphones on my computer and restoring the backup on their upgraded phone (eg. 4s to 5s) as they dont know how. The problem is they are all now logged into their phones as my apple id
we have tried deleting my account from their phones through:
setting- app store/itunes
setting- icloud
settings-message
unfortunately my account still exists on their phones
How do I remove my account from their phones??? Please help!!!!

I have one more question I dont knwo if this is related. I am avoiding using imessage on my phone because Im scared that one of these phones I have restored on my computer will recive my imessage if I havent removed my itunes account from their phone. Is this possible?

All that does is delete the iCloud account on your phone, nothing more.

then you can either wait for the 90 days to complete, or you can try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can remove the association : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

First, turn off using iCloud for your contacts. Go to:
Settings --> Mail, Contacts, Calendars --> (your iCloud account)
Switch "Contacts" to OFF.
You should get a dialog box asking you if you want to keep the contacts on the phone or not -- choose the option to keep them.
Now you can delete the iCloud account but retain the contact information.

In order to delete the existing (old) iCloud account from my phone I need to provide the old password from the old and defunct account.
I don't remember that password.
I've tried resetting it through the support network but to no avail.
I need to delete the old account in order to set up a new one.
Any thoughts?

If the ID is yours but you don't know the password, you'll have to reset it (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5787). If the ID belongs to a previous ownder of the phone, you'll have to either get the ID and password from them, or have them erase the phone and remove it from their account as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4515.

Have trouble deleting old iCloud account from my new phone keep getting a message saying can not delete cause in use

iCloud accounts can be deleted in Mail, Contacts and Calenders in System Preferences from the Apple sign menu on your Host or Main mac.
I had heaps of trouble with this - i fixed it by going back to my host imac and clicked on apple sign - system preferences - then under the Internet and Wireless heading clicked on Mail, Contacts & Calenders. from there you can select iCloud amongst your other stuff in the left window - delete the old one by hitting the (minus) - sign down the bottom after selecting iCloud. Keep your calenders and contacts on your mac when asked.
Once you've deleted the old one and its gone from the window reselect iCloud from the right window of options. Use your new apple ID (current e-mail) to set this one up.
Once you sync all your devices it should all be good.
Took me ages to work this out but minutes to fix once I had.

Delete it the same way you added it. There should be an icon on your home screen for "Setup Internet Email" or "Manage Internet Email" and you can use that to delete your email account from the BIS system.

This can be done by removing the apps that request the old Apple ID from the device, then redownloading the apps that have been removed, after verifying that the correct Apple ID is signed in on your device.

How do I delete an email account from my phone and add a new one?

I have 3 Email Accounts set-up on my phone and would like to delete one and set-up a new one. The problem is that all 3 accounts are muted so I can't select one to delete. The "Add Account" button is also muted so I can't select that button either. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you solve it?
