Deleting or checking in a lost open activity (DTR)

Hello everybody:
A teammate delete a file which is in the DTR. He created an activity and linked this file change into that activity. His computer crash and was necessary to format harddisk before he could check-in the activity. Now we need to work on that file(delete and create again), but when we try to change the file we received this error message:
(FAILED: The file is checked-out-for-delete by another user: [<USERNAME>]) <FILENAME>
When we look the activity report by web browser, we can see the first activity open, but when the activity's owner login in his new NWDS(IDE), he cann't see the open activity and he cann't check-in it.
We are using SAP WAS J2EE SP14 and NWDS SP14.
Do you know how to delete or check-in that open activity?

I have a similar situation and I followed your direction and located the activity using the DTR Web UI. Unfortunately, I do not get an option to revert from the dropdown list box (right corner of the activity page) only items

According to your description, my understanding is that DNS unable to open Active Directory with error 4000.
This happens when that particular DC/DNS server has lost its Secure channel with itself or PDC. This can also happen in a single DC environment where that DC/DNS server holds all the FSMO roles and is pointing to itself as Primary DNS server.
You may check AD DS using command line “DCdiag” (run as administrator). besides, you may try to stop and restart AD DS service(detailed steps reference the link:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc732714(WS.10).aspx ), make sure that the AD DS is running correctly.
Then restart the DNS service, detailed steps reference the link:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc735673(v=ws.10).aspx .
If the problem still exits, is there any other DC or DNS on your network? Post the TCP/IP parameters (ipconfig /all) of DC and DNS here.

Mail won't delete messages from Iphone unless I open Mail.

I have an Exchange account set up and use MS Outlook at work. I do receive my email via push on my Iphone 4s. However, when I delete a message from my MS Outlook at work, it won't delete from my Iphone UNLESS I open up Mail. Anyone else have this issue?
I did change the setting of pushing my delete items folder in the mail settings on my Iphone. Still did nothing.

One more thing to check on your computer...iCal>Preferences...>Accounts>Account Information>iCloud>Refresh Calendars:>Push
If that is not helpful, go through the procedures listed in iCloud: Troubleshooting iCloud Calendar.

From what you're describing appears to be Activation Lock, a security measure provided by Apple that makes it harder for people to use a lost or stolen device. You will need to enter the password for the Apple ID the device is prompting you for.

You can check you Adobe account online to see if the serial number is registered under your account. If not then your only option will likely be to contact Adobe Support directly thru chat to see if they can provide you with a/the serial number. For them to do so will require you being able to prove ownership.

ITunes stops/starts songs every time certain keys are pressed, whether application is open/active or not.

iTunes stops/starts songs whenever ENTER,"/" [num pad] or DELETE is pressed, whether the application is open/active or not. Updated to most recent version a few days ago, though this began seemingly spontaneously today, possibly tied to an iPad sync although I really have no idea how it could have started.

If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 7.1.2. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.
You can no longer update to iOS 6.x, or down grade the iOS.

Now you are ready to begin the process:
If you upgraded iTunes earlier, go ahead and launch it. (For many, it will launch automatically when you plug in your iPad.)
Once iTunes is launched, it should automatically detect that a new version of the operating system exists and prompt you to upgrade to it. Choose Cancel. Before updating, you will want to manually sync your iPad to make sure everything is up to date.
After canceling the dialog box, iTunes should automatically sync with your iPad.
If iTunes doesn't automatically sync, you can manually do it by selecting your iPad within iTunes, clicking on the File menu and choosing Sync iPad from the list.
After your iPad has been synced to iTunes, select your iPad within iTunes. You can find it on the left side menu under Devices.
From the iPad screen, click on the Update button.
After verifying that you want to update your iPad, the process will begin. It takes a few minutes to update the operating system during which time your iPad may reboot a few times.
After updating, you may be asked a few questions when your device finally boots back up. This is to account for new settings and features.

I want to delete a file even it is open, and that should be deleted with out exiting the program itself. By using deleteOnExit() method of File class it is possible, but it is not valid for all types of files, and it works if we exit the program only.
I need a way to delete a file even it is opened, and we should not use deleteOnExit() method to achieve it.

What IOS and OS are you using Elissa. I think from your post it used to work but has dropped off, is that correct or has it never worked? If it did wotk has anything changed? Check your wifi use with sopmething like istumbler to see if it is being used by neighbours etc?

i would like to know one issue which i am facing mostly, i have created 5 virtual machine all with window server2008r2 and one windows 7 on vm-ware now when ever i start my virtual machines everything going rite but when i try to open active directory user/
computer or domain and trust i get a following error "data from active directory user and computers is not available from dc(null) bcoz unspecified error" even when i chk in events log its give me no help, and after 15-30 min everything works good
Please let me know the cause of it and really appreciate it .

You need to ensure that
1. group policy that says "wait for network before logon" is applied to all computers including servers and workstations is applied
2. DNS record exists for all DCs in DNS
3. If there are multiple Domain Controllers in Forests, then they point them as secondary DNS server. This way they will be able to resolve IPs if local DNS server service takes time to start.
As Chris mentioned, you need to start all DCs first, give a time of 5 minutes and then start member servers and workstations for successful logon.

You'll certainly need a new logic board.
If I were you, I would take the machine into your local Apple Store or an AASP and have them evaluate the problems and give you an estimate for repair. If you're out of warranty, be prepared to pay a very high price to get your computer repaired.
