Have read all prior posts. Tried everything short of resting entire ipad. Has Apple responded with a fix yet?

There is nothing for Apple to fix, What is the issue you are facing?
Deleting Movies and content from the videos app works fine (You swipe right to left on a title to delete), you can also view and delete some items at Settings>General>Usage, Show all apps.

You can try. Tap on the movie icon or progress bar to pause the download, then try swiping across the progress bar or hold down on the icon to get the X to delete.

I don't totally understand what you are trying to do. Do you have an Apple ID and have you registered a valid credit card with iTunes?

How to delete partially downloaded movie from ipad

I tried to download an HD movie to iTunes, but there was not enough space for it. I cannot get rid of the partially downloaded movie. Already tried reset, but that didn't solve anything.

If you're viewing the Purchased screen and see a cloud icon next to the movie, it isn't on the iPad and you can hide it by swiping.
What is the available storage on the iPad? You can check by tapping Settings > General > Usage. Try looking through the list of apps and removing something that you don't think you want anymore, if there is anything. I'm guessing you're gonna need a few gigs free to avoid running into the download/playback problems.
You can always re-download stuff.

As Rudegar pointed out, the AV cable is an adequate option. But another option is to purchase an Apple TV. That's the only way to use Airplay from an iOS device (for now). I'm pretty sure no OEM TV's support Apple's Airplay technology as of yet. Apple wants you to purchase the Apple TV so don't hold out hope that they'll license the tech to TV manufacturers any time soon.
Check out Apple's demo of Airplay on their website and see if that's an option you might like. The AV cable is cheaper but IMO a cable of any kind is a cumbersome work around. And the Apple TV allows you to also play music and look at your pictures from any iOS device as well.
Re: your other question: "Can I see my iPad on the TV in general when hooked up?". The answer is, "Not yet". Only the "output" (IE: music, video, slideshows) can be seen through Airplay or the AV cable. You can't use the TV as a second monitor for your iOS device.
Lastly, you can't "break" your device simply by trying to hook it up to your TV. I had the same issue with my father this holiday with trying to convince him he couldn't break his camera by trying to hook it directly up via the USB connector on the TV.

i downloaded a movie from itunes from the ipad, but then the number 1 was on the "downloads" seccion and a few seconds later it disappear, i had to go to itunes on my pc to download the movie, from the ipad i couldnt, why was that?

Hmm, I can only speculate that you don't have enough space on your iPad so it registered the purchase in iTunes so you could download it there. Movies take up a lot of memory (Had to buy a wireless storage device) and if you're not careful you'll wind up getting memory errors on your computer as well if you like to purchase a lot of movies.
So, if this is the case and you want to test it and remove apps you don't use (Back up to iCloud first) and then try again once you know you have enough memory. If that doesn't work I'm not sure what the reason would be.

you bought a hacked modified appletv, and as such you cannot expect to get support from an official apple forum for it.
the only advice i can suggest to you is to factory restore the appletv to return it back to official supported software.

Delete a free previously downloaded app from iTunes

There is a free game "garden of times" that will no longer work for some users. The developers are aware that their last version caused problems for some of the users, but they have elected to not do anything for the users that have the problem with a server error. New users who download this game have no problems in downloading and playing the game. What is needed to once again play this game is for iTunes not to recognize that this game was previously downloaded which would then allow users experiencing the server problem to re-download as if the app is "new". Is there a way for "free" games to be deleted completely from iTunes? Don't want to hide it....want to delete the game completely from any history so it can be downloaded again as new. I feel certain that if this is doable this would be the "fix" that the developers can't fix for numerous users. Read the reviews for this app which goes into more info of the problem.

You can contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department using the form on their Support page (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find either an "Express Lane" button - just follow the instructions to get to the contact form - or an "Email Us" button) and explain your situation to them.

Purchasing and transferring a movie to ipad

I bought a movie through itunes but have not been able to transfer it to a first generation ipad. There are various attempts on this list serve to address this problem and none of the solutions worked for me. For example, the suggestion was made to click on the movie and then click on move. There is no command, dialog box or move option that I could find. I did find add to playlist, but when I click on that, the video shows up in the list of movies but with a dotted circle that does not move--and after a couple of hours of watching it not move, it's clear the transfer didn't work. (I disconnected the ipad from the computer, went to the video options, and sure enough, the video file for the purchased video wasn't there. Someone else suggested that the video file be dragged to the ipad button but I get a red circle with a slash through it and, eventually, the same thing as noted above.
It's interesting that this seems to be an ongoing problem. You'd think it would be seamless and easy but not so.

You need to download the movie first. Once you want to delete it you can click edit and hit the x or you can hold down the movie and than click the x. The x will be in the left corner of the movie.

You can connect the iPad to your Mac's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases, that should copy it over to the Movies part of your library.
Depending upon what country that you are in, and whether the film studio allows it, you might also be able to re-download it on your Mac via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
After the device has turned off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

The moment I upgraded my Ipad 2 (built-in iOS 5.1.1) recently (as a gift from my mother this Oct 10,2012 this IOS 6.0 message keeps on popping out of my screen to Upgrade from iOS 5.1.1 to iOS 6.0 (bothersome) so nothing to do but to click UPGRADE & INSTALL... then BAM! the screen locks to the icon of "iTunes with USB cable" so ..seems to be it simply crash my OS.

Downgrading of any version of iOS isn't supported by Apple. If you search the web, you'll find instructions that may work, but you're on your own should any problems arise. For many people it goes without problems, but for some it's reportedly bricked their devices.
iOS 6 works fine on my iPads, though Maps is definitely a work in progress. There are a number of alternative maps apps, or you can just save Google's mobile maps web page to your home screen. For performance or stability problems with iOS, try doing a Restore of your iPad. That fixes for many people a number of problems that upgrading over an existing version of iOS sometimes seems to trigger.
You're not talking with Apple when you post here, by the way.
