Deleting Reservations from MCHB

Hi
I have an issue related to the batch determination in the process orders. The reason for this known, batch archiving is not done.
We tried to archive the batches but were able to archive only 45-50% of the total batches.
Most of the errors we received are MM431 -
Reservations Exist in MCHB.
I need your help in deleting these reservations so that the batches can be archived.
I tried MBVR to delete the reservations, it doesn;t allow me to delete the reservation stating that these were automatically generated and cannot be deleted manually.
I checked the order for which the reservations were created, all of them are closed and have DLFL and DLT as the status.
Please help me through.

Thank you for the rsponse.
In the process order the FI indicator is ticked for the component batch.
RESB has Deleted and Final Issue as X (YES).
Anything else that needs to be checked? There is some inconsistency but i am not abe to figure it out.
The entries were created way back in 2005.

Hi Sharvan,
To delete entry from Table
Run trx SE16n (preferable) or SE16.
Enter the Table RESB.
Enter the reservation number.
Now in the command window (Where you type the T Codes) type &sap_edit. And press enter.
A message such "SAP editing function is activated" will flash.
Execute
Delete the entry.

Is it possible to delete something from name reservation server?

Hello,
As part of an Activity I created a new Development Component and some new classes. When I realized I had made some mistakes in the classes I decided to revert the whole Activity.
The problem is that now when I try to recreate the activity I'm getting the message "The 'xxx' is already reserved on the name reservation server" where xxx is the name of the DC.
Is there some way to remove the DC from the name reservation server so that I can recreate it. I really don't want to give it a different name.

Hi David,
yes you can delete items from the name reservation server. Just log on to the SLD, go to name reservation/server...and there you can get a list of all DCs registered...just select the on you want to delete and remove it.

MB22 - delete reservation - user exit

while deleting reservation thr' transcation MB22 i want to add that history in SLG1 log. i have created object and subobject in SLG0 but need to add the code for creating and adding entry to log
where should i add it? i tried to add that code in MB_RESERVATION_BADI but it's not working...

IPad Air 2 Deletes Movies from Video App Yet Keeps Space Alotted

My new iPad Air 2 is deleting movies from the video app and leaving the space reserved in "other." When I examine this in iTunes on my Mac, the deleted movies now show their size as "stream" instead of their file size. This is highly annoying as I keep having to format and restore, and it keeps happening and I am losing a ton of space to "other."

I'm experiencing this exact issue on two devices:
iPhone 4S 32GB
iPad Air 64 GB
Both while running iOS 7.03 and 7.04 (recently updated both devices to 7.04 hoping it would help. It didn't)
My iPhone had become nearly unusable until I found your post. It had apparently accumulated >12 GB of "temporary streamed content", as after I did a backup/wipe/restore, I had recovered to around 12 GB free space.
It's unfortunate that the fix requires a complete reset/restore cycle, as it's very time-consuming, but thanks for providing that fix! It saved my iPhone 4S. Now I can comfortable wait until the 6 comes out to get a new iPhone.
Really, though, this seems like a critical bug for iOS devices. I'll certainly not stream any iTunes content until/unless this is fixed. I found that if I turn off "Show all Videos" in the Video App settings, it doesn't show the iTunes cloud content for streaming from within the App. This forces me into iTunes to do a full download if I want to watch something. Kind of a pain, but it beats a device that's maxed out on storage and basically bricked.

Deleted reservations with Balance Stock

Management requires below exception report as per the policy implemented in company
Note-"In every case, stock items will be brought to project sites only when there is some requirement and MRP is generated. When there is changes in some project plan, and if the material which has already brought on site and now not required; in such cases, the Open reservations has to be deleted from Project Activity. In such cases, system will show the stock without Open reservations and such stock items are clear case."
To acheive this is there any standard report available to see deleted reservations with the material code and curent Stock availabilty for the material.

1) S_P00_07000140
2) MBBS
May be you can use transfer posting of stock from unrestricted to project and vise versa while doing transfering of material from your stock to project site just to track the material movements history.

Deleted Database from OEM Page showing pending - Need help pls..

I need urgent help for this issue. Yesterday I saw a production database was not communicating on the OEM home page so I deleted it from the page restarted the agent on the server and re-added it to the OEM home page (10g OEM). It has been showing pending since yesterday and is still uploading XML files. I forced an upload of files using emctl upload agent and it is still uploading and showing pending. Is there any way I can get this PRODUCTION database to show up normal and be accessible in OEM? I need help on this soon as we need to have it available in OEM for monitoring... Also, it should still have it's history even though I deleted it from the database page. Correct?

Why does it show 0 as the number of files pending upload, but still uploading files? The number of file uploaded so far continues to increment.

You are able to access all the DB pages because the OMS makes a direct connection to the target DB to retrieve in information in these pages. The historical performance details are also queried from the AWR of the target DB and is not stored in the Grid control repository DB.
The status is however computed by the Agent monitoring this DB. If the DB status is incorrect though it is running, it means that the Agent is unable to compute the status or has incorrect monitoring configuration details for this DB. You can check this by choosing the Database and clicking on the 'Configure' button. Review whether all the database details are correct and attempt a 'test connection' in this page.

Hi,
As per Standard SAP, auto generated reservation e.g.- from production order etc.can't be deleted unless the order is technically completed or we made the final complition tick in component of that order.
This reservations are called dependent reservations...cretaed witrh reference automatically during transaction. Hence dependnt reservation cannnot be deleted unless the order or route to dependent is deleted/closed.
However,You can try the correction program : RM06C020 in SE38.
Give the reservation numbers
click check bom select reservation
check direct database update and execute.
This will delete the reservations from the database.

maybe i'm missing something but how do you delete a downloaded file from just your iphone? when i tap the delete button in the downloaded file window it deletes it from my idisk.

Delete file from folder only (not from list)

Hi all,
I've searched a lot and didn't succeed so far, that's why I need your help. In a cloud context, I'm actually creating and uploading files (pdf and/or xml files) "on the go" to sharepoint folders via the SOAP API and this is perfectly working. But
in a cloud context, I also need to decomission services which is translated into deleting files into Sharepoint.
That's where it became complicated, because according to the API we cannot delete files if they are not part of a list structure, which is not my case. Is that true ?
The only info I have when trying to delete a file via the SOAP Api is : its name, its folder, and the endpoint where the folder is. So my question remains simple I guess : is this possible ? If so, how to (a link to the SOAP body would be usefull)

According to your post, my understanding is that you want to delete file from folder.
In SharePoint 2010, It is recommended to use Client Object Model to achieve it, the following code snippet for your reference:

Delete file from iTunes Library and Computer

I convert a lot of my own TV shows for playback on iPad/iPod touch. Once I have watched the show I delete it from my library.
It used to be that when I deleted from my library, I would get a message asking if I wanted to delete from library only or from library AND computer. It does not ask me this anymore.
I went into preferences and clicked on "reset all warnings" but that didn't fix the problem. Any tips on how to restore this functionality?

What I mean is I don't want an extra copy of the file made when I add something to my library. I already have the file where I want it.
I did try your suggestion, and just as I suspected, it made an extra copy in a different location on my computer, then when I deleted it, yes, it asked me if I wanted to move it to the recycle bin, but it only deleted the copy, not the original.
I'm marking your response as helpful, as I can use it as a workaround if I can't find a better solution, but I have never done it this way before. I've always had full control over which folders my shows were in, and only one copy. And when I've deleted, it has deleted the original file, not just a copy of it.
