You can't delete the reading list portion of the bookmarks window. It is built into the app so you can't delete it. That is not optional.
You can delete items from the reading list by swiping Across the item in the reading list to bring up a red Delete button. Then tap that button to delete the item from the list.

How to check and delete the change logs for DSO

Hello All,
I have build a process chain that will delete the change logs for DSO prior to 7 days but when i executed it, the number of entries are still the same within DSO.
Then i tried deleting directly from "Environment" menu from DSO maintainance but does not work. Can anyone please explain how to resolve this issue or the proper process of deleting the change logs. Appreciated.

Hi Guys
I am doing the SOAP to FILE Scenario using BPM when I activate my Integration Processes (Soap_to_file_BPM ) i get the below error, on my IM the source is "yonela_ob_mi" and the target is "yonela_ob_mi_AS" which is my abstract.Then on the Transformation step my container is Abstract Interface. This "yonela_ob_mi" interface I am using on my message mapping
So what am I doing wrong

Thanks for ur assistance its working the error is gone, I only needed to make both my Interfaces to be Abstract as u suggested.
Only one error now when testing on sxmb_nomi I get the bellow error: What I want to do is to split flat file and send it to my ftp server (InBound) folder.

Are you syncing via iTunes? Do you want to erase everything on the phone, or just the contacts? If syncing via iTunes, just have it sync to an empty contact list is one way.

I am getting the following error message every time I try to Activate or Test my message mapping :

Anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

Hi Andrew,
You have not mapped some of the mandatory parameters in your mapping and tried to activate it. so it was giving you that error. So map all the mandatory parameters ( all the fields with Red bulb), save and then activate.
This will solve your problem. kindly assign points if this solves your problem.

Yes, You can delete the contents of changle log table but not the contents of new data and active data table.
Before deleting the change log data you have to make sure that the requests are not required for further delta extraction or for reconstruction purpose.
Steps
1. Goto Manage screen of your ods
2. Click on Environment tab and select the option " Delete change log data".
Adv:
To free up the disk space.
Assign points if it is useful for u.

I need to change something in a smart form, but I'm afraid someone change sth in dev, and don't transport to QA/prod.
I know I can download forms/style from prod,and upload to dev. I just want to check the change list. Who can tell how to do this?

In the Production, you go to Utilities -> Download smartform
Then in your Dev, you create a smartform, upload the form you've download,
Then compare with the original form in Dev

How to delete the loadings list in the itunes store (1000 tunes are downloading with no reason)

I switched from an iPhone 4 to an iPhone 5c and now the itunes store app wants to download 1000 tunes (I guess it cannot try more) and it blocks.

Check the BADI "TRIP_WEB_CHECK" method "USER_CHECK_GENERAL_DATA".
Here based on the schema you can modify the "estimated cost" field.

How can I get my phone to stop deleting my changes made in Address book without deleting the changes made on the iPhone?

On my old Macbook whenever I would sync my iphone, if I had changed something on the calendar it gives me the option to choose between the computer event or the iphone event (so lets say I'm out and I changed the time of my appointment on my phone, when I get home and sync my phone I choose to keep the time I changed it to on my phone, not what's on my computer).
Now... what's happening is I'm getting the message: syncing your contacts will change more than 5% of the contacts on the COMPUTER. So that means, all the bulk changes I just made in address book on the computer are going to get deleted and replaced with what is originally on the phone. That's not what I want. I want to change what's on the phone with the changes I made on the computer in address book. Make sense? How do I do that? Because I don't necessarily want to wipe out everything on the phone because I don't know if that has been transferred to the address book... So If I added some phone numbers within the last month (i don't remember the last time I synced my phone), then I would loose them if I chose to replace information on the phone with what's on the computer (there's an option to do that under info when syncing).
Does that make sense? Please let me know it this is at all confusing. I'm really trying to resolve this before Saturday early morning ... My mom is going out of town and it's her work phone, so I need to figure this out for her. Thanks a bunch!

I'm glad to hear that you have found a work-a-round so that your device works while making calls meanwhile being connected to Bluetooth to your automobile.
At this time, based on the way the device was manufactured, there is no setting available that will allow this change to be permanent. When the device is rebooted, the settings may be adjusted which will require you to manually change back to CDMA only mode if needed.

How to delete the existing list and prevent auto-completed web sites?

Hi, As soon as I start to type "www" in the address bar, a list of previously visited web sites appears, as if auto-completed. They seem rather random, and not necessarily the most recent ones. I have tried resetting Safari, deleting the cache, looking these sites up in the various plist folders in the Library, using Safari in Private mode, etc. but it still happens. I find it a nuisance.
How do I delete the existing sites, and how do I prevent more from appearing in the future?

Click where it says: Edit
You can Remove All or edit which url's you don't want.

I'm using the list for binding data dynamically by using http services.if i send the another call mean's the exiting item should be flushed and coming data item's would be binded into the same list...

In this code i send to my BindableList a null value before i setter to list the result of my HTTPService, making a cast to ArrayCollection.

Deleting the changes

Last week, we made some changes to an already existing custom program which is in production now and we added few new fields to an already existing structure also. The transport request with the program changes and the structure changes is not yet released. But now we got to know that the changes are not needed as of now, but may be in the future. So we are thinking of commenting out the changes done in the program and deleting the new fields in the structure and deleting the transport also.
Can anyone please tell me, whether this will go good or will it create any problems? If so can you please tell me what is the right way it has to be done?

Carefully commenting out the code and then deleting the transport would be fine. However, if you want the program to be 100% identical to what is production and don't want to take the burden of doube verifying the whole program, then you should revert the program version to the old version.
Specify your program in SE38. Go to Utilities -> Versions -> Version management. Uncheck the "activ" checkbox and check the most recent version that is in production (by comparing the dates). Then click the "Retrieve" button.
You should follow the same procedure for the dictionary objects. Removing changes manually some times results in human errors.

I have tried several ways to delete the cookies listed in options and nothing works to get rid of them.

I have tried all of the methods to delete the cookies that are suggested on your support site. I have tried them if the selection in Options is for cookies allowed and with cookies not allowed. Also with 3rd party cookies allowed and not allowed. Normally, I have it set at cookies allowed but 3rd party cookies not allowed.
I have tried CCleaner, Euslings Cleaner, Auglogics Cleaner, Wise Cleaner, SuperAntiSpyware, Spybot, and WinPatrol, plus deleting the temp files in Windows. All that software cleans out cookies. I also have Spyblaster set to protect against hundreds of tracking cookies. It was SuperAntiSpyware that brought the problem to my attention in the first place. It just started doing it approximately a few weeks ago but only the passed several days have I been working hard to get those cookies deleted. There must be a couple hundred of them. I did manage to delete about 5 or 6 of them but the others won't budge. I want to clean them all at and start from scratch and monitor them on a daily basis. I don't want most of them. SuperAntiSpyware claims it deletes them but when I go to Options in the browser they are still there. SuperAntiSpyware claims the cookies are there every time I run the program before shutting down the computer.
I just added that Troubleshooter and looked at information. I'm sorry but I'm not understanding anything. I'm not that computer savvy.

You may have installed an extension that adds so called opt-out cookies to Firefox.<br />
Such opt-out cookies are send instead of the normal cookies and you can't remove such opt-out cookies unless you disable or uninstall the extension.

An incorrect email address I put in the BCC field has repeated itself infinitely and blocked outgoing messages. I can select but not delete the long list from the Warning. What can I do?

I put an incorrect email address in the BCC field of an email. A 'Warning' dropped down where the address was repeated until it fell off the bottom of the screen. No closure button at the top so I can't close it. I can select all the repeat addresses but can't delete them. I can't shut down or restart the computer because Mail can't close. Any ideas, please?

Aha! Pressed escape button and managed finally to close the Warning. Phew! I could then erase several hundred repeats of the mistaken address from the BCC field. Sorry to bother you all. Hellen.
