Alright, so when you have already searched for something on google.com and you type something new into the search bar ( not the one in the toolbar) how can i get it so it shows none of my past searches...?

Select the .google.com entry and remove it. Google should hopefully now have a case of amnesia next time you try to enter a search term

The Mail.app stores all message recipients in a list of Previous Recipients and the address autofill feature pulls from the Address Book and the list of Previous Recipients.

I have gone through all the troubleshooting information and still cannot get into the function. I downloaded the Maxthon browser to see if I could access Google groups and finace and I was able to sign in. This leads me to suspect there is an issue with FireFox. This problem just started this past Monday. Prior to this there were no issues.

I have the form auto-fill as am add on. How do you turn it on when a form comes up for eg., a contribution?

Before I got Firefox, I would always click on a button once and my form would be filled out for contributions. I want to do the same with Firefox but have to fill out each form in staid of using auto-fill. How do you turn it on. I have the add-on it just does not seem to work.

That does sound messy and unexpected. Generally, property nodes should force an actual update synchronously. Are you sure the two are actually consecutive? Are they connected with an error wire or a reference? Can you upload a VI which demonstrates this?
If that doesn't help, you could try using defer panel updates. The ideal would probably be to call it once before and once after, but you might need to place it in between as well.

How delete the Google integration in Firefox (about:config)

If I type in about:config the name Google a lot of lines are showing. Firefox has a agreement with Google. I like Firefox (from the beginning, Phoenix), but without Google.
The Google organisation is lying ('privacy police') for years and spying (cooperation with US-intelligences, 'Patriot Act'), not to forget the tracking on the internet. Because all this there also is a worldwide block started against the Googles behaviour and I even don't like them.
So as Firefox-user I have a free choice to choose which company I trust myself. There must be a way that there is no integration of advertising companies in the open source software of Mozilla Firefox. Maybe more FF-users have the same opinion, but maybe they fell asleep in the life they live, because I don't hear them. I'm bedridden (2006), disabled and have less energy to react at the world outside my bed; sometimes itś going.... :-).
In my opinion belong some add-ons with Google integration on the blacklist of add-ons, because these developers have to ask theirselfs the question "Why do I use a company as Google in 'open source' software what I made myself for the Mozilla Firefox organisation "?
So my question is: How get I Google from the Firefox software, out of the 'about:config.
I've tried it myself together with an add-on with Google integration, but Firefox got a crash. On places where Google was written I choose for DuckDuckGo and where the https number was written I choose for 0 or Zero. With zero Firefox can't live so who can help to clean the whole 'about:config' from the name Google. Yahoo and DuckDuckGo is okay from me.

So not everything that is in about:config that references Google means you are using Google as your search engine. Alot of them have to do with the Google Safebrowsing malware protection, which simply uses a list (put together by google, Mozilla, stopbadware.org, and others) to warn users if they visit a potentially dangerous site on that list. It doesn't use any private information. You can't remove it from Firefox, nor would you want to.

Safari-Google auto fill

Hi everyone.
While I am in Safari>Google I start typing in the search window and a bunch of previously type words show up under the search window. Is there anyway to clear the list that pops up?
I went to settings>safari and cleared cookies,cache, and history to no avail.
Is this a google pref thing?

go on to safari
then press the little book at the bottom of the screen
then go into history
then press clear in the bottom left hand corner.

The Gmail sign out page has an advert for Chrome. Gmail has disabled the "close ad" feature.

Thanks. I figured it was a Google problem. I tried Firefox 5 and it bollixed up too much other stuff so I went back to 4.1, which works, which does what I need, and I'm happy. Apparently Google Auto-Fill has deserted us forever. Drat.

Firefox fills in forms at a certain website (disabled auto-fill)

After I had some problems with it (+ security issue) I decided to delete all passwords from my firefox.
When I had done this most of the annoying auto-fill-in stuff was solved, however at one website (which I visit quite regularly) it seems to keep filling in one particular username and a password wherever there's a field for either one. Even if it's just a normal field with a title it'll fill in that username.
How can I get rid of this?

Auto Fill Freezes and Malfunctions

This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have asked up on this problem. No responses previously, although several others wrote to say that they are experiencing the same problem with Safari Auto Fill with Mountain Lion.
Here's problem: I have autofill set on Safari. As I start to type in a form, eg, name, address, email, the small auto fill pops up. I click on it. It turns color, from wihite to blue. And then does nothing more happens, no autofill, and worse, the autofill screen stays there, on top of the open page. On my screen, not the website page. If I close the page, the blue popup screen reamins. No matter which safari page I go to, the blue popup screen stays on top of the page, frozen in place. I can neither move nor close it. As a result have no benefit from autofill. So, I have no use of autofill. This problem started after I upgrade to Mountain Lion, on 2 computers, a MBA and an iMac. Same thing happens with Autofill on both computers.

Because of this problem, and the overall sluggishness of both MBA and iMac since upgraded to Mtn Lion, I've been afraid to try Maverick. In thread on previous post, several others said tha also afraid to try Maverick, although one had, and said so far so good.
But you are probably correct. I am well backed up and will start upgrade with one mac at a time.

Auto-Filling Dates on a Blank Calendar

Hello All,
I have a blank calendar with each day block having a form for the numeric day. I am trying to have the blocks auto-fill so that when the user enters day "1" the remaining days will auto-fill there respective number. I have already figured out the "+1" script I need to link them;
event.value = ( getField("Day_1_Date").value)+1
However, I assume I need an "IF/THEN" statement so the prior unused blocks preceeding day "1" will be blank. If anyone has a better suggestion or can help me out with the latter I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

A couple of clarification points.
1) It's a single month calendar with 6 rows for weeks (allowing for any months that start on a Friday or Saturday.
2) Each form for the numeric date is labeled "Day_x_Date" (x= the block number 1-42)
I have it now that if I put in the first day in block #1, all of the remaining fields are daisy chained using the above java script (#2 looks to #1, #3 looks to#2, etc). What I want is for the user to be able to enter the first day (wherever it may fall) then the rest of the fields would auto-fill. To end it on the right date, I assume an "If/Then" with a range up to the end date would work.
I also have a block to fill the month in. It might work to link the end date to the month. For example if May is entered the statement would allow up to 31 but if June were entered it would only go up to 30. I am still very new to javascript and I'm a little (a lot) over my head with this one. New territory from just making forms on a PDF.

Firefox doesn't do email, so it doesn't have a feature to autofill a signature.
If you are using Firefox to access a webmail portal, that feature would be provided by that portal's software. Usually part of HTML format email, or "rich text" email. See your webmail service provider's help files or support forum for help with that.
