Deleting what's outside a curved corner box

I'm trying to make an icon in Illustrator with the outside being a box with curved corners. Is there a way to have illustrator delete everything outside that bounding box? I have a background that is larger than my artboard size but I want to basically delete the extra and leave the curved corners box with all my other graphics inside. Like a cookie cutter and get rid of the extra. Is there a way to do that in Illustrator? I've got Illustrator CS4.

What you're looking for is a Clipping Mask. It won't "delete" everything outside the box, but it will hide it.
Group everything you want contained, leaving your box with curved corners out of the group. Make sure that the box is on top of the group in the stacking order. Select both the group and the box, right-click and choose "Make Clipping Mask". This will absorb your box and, if your rounded corner was applied with a live effect, remove that effect. Get around that by either selecting it and, from the Object menu -> Expand Appearance or by after making the clipping mask, selecting just the clipping mask (easiest done within the layers panel in most cases - just click to the right of the circle to select it.)
And then apply whatever style you wanted to apply to it - stroke, rounded corners, etc...
Actually deleting the stuff outside the box is another story and a screenshot might be needed to get you there. To get you started - see the pathfinder panel.

It's because you have a paragraph text box and it doesn't automatically resize text. This way you can change the margins of the text without resizing it which is how paragraph text functions by default.
I'm not seeing the new text paragraph/area indicator on your text box, which is what you get in Illustrator CC, so the only way to convert this text so you can resize it by dragging on the corners is to copy the text, deselect the text box, use the text tool to click once in another part of your document, and then paste the text. The text will then come into your document as one long line if you don't have hard returns in it, but after reflowing the text manually you'll be able to drag the corners to resize the text.
I would recommend not going this route as any text you remove from the area type means that the rest of the text has to be manually adjusted to maintain correct margins. Instead just resize the bounds of the paragraph text and adjust the size of the font in the Character panel.

I am unable to read what is typed in the search box on Google with the newest version of Firefox

Now with version 7.01 when you go to type something into a box a light blue shading appears in the input box. The problem is when I try and use Google search the box obscures what I have typed in the box. Makes Google totally unusable. Firefox is the only browser I am seeing this problem in. It seems to only happen part of the time...

If the content you typed was actually saved before you quit the session, it should be there
later on when you open it again. There may be some settings in preference to auto-save
that may need checking; or perhaps there could be something else behind this issue...

How do I sync Iphone 5 to new MacBook Pro without deleting what's on iPhone?

I just purchased a new MacBook Pro and I have an iPhone 5 that has been synced with my PC. When I try and sync the iPhone with the new MacBook ti tells me that it will erase what is on the iPhone and replace it with what is on the MacBook. I want to sync all that is on the iPhone with the MacBook and not delete what is on the iPhone.
How do I do that without loosing any music, emails, photos, calender appointments, etc.?

A device can only sync with one library at a time. Ideally you transfer the library from the PC to the Mac so it is still syncing with the same library.

Quick answer if you use iTunes' default preferences settings: Copy the entire iTunes folder (and in doing so all its subfolders and files) intact to the other drive. If you put it in the default location of Macintosh HD > Users > *User Name* > Music then you don't even need to start with the option key held down, iTunes will automatically look for it there. (Make sure there isn't anything already in the iTunes folder there that you want to keep since you will be replacing it with the one you are moving.)
If you don't have the library anymore then it gets messy. You will have to use third party software to transfer the phone contents to the Mac and rebuild your library there so its content matches that of the old library so you are syncin the content back to the phone.

Your i-device was not designed for unique storage of your media. It is not a backup device and media transfer was planned with you maintaining a master copy of your media on a computer which is itself properly backed up against loss. Syncing is one way, computer to device, updating the device content to the content on the computer, not updating or restoring content on a computer. Yes, you can use GarageBand loops for commercial purposes. Here's the Apple Doc:

(Basically the only thing it excludes is to re-distribute the loops as loops.)
I don't know about the YouTube form, maybe you just fill in "Apple Loops", they certainly have come across this before.

Copy all the contents currently on your iPod Classic to your new iTunes library and then choose the Erase and Sync option. Thank Silkrooster for your prompt answer. I just figured out my trouble was caused by the font size was 12pt while the photo resolution was large 20M pixels. By changing the font size to 200 I was able to see all the text. Thanks again!

Dropdown box in WAD is for changing the output of full or particular part of template at runtime.
For Eg. suppose u have states in dropdown box and u want the output of according to particular state then u select that state from dropdown box. so the output comes accordingly.
For doing these u have to assign a data provider to dropdown box which query give the output of states. and in the property of dropdown box u hav to assign the item which will affect by this dorpdown box.

At detail block, I add check box item (name: RB_SECTION_ID) with Database Item "No", and value when check :SECTION_ID (on the property).
I make a button DELETE. The trigger was DELETE from SECTION where section_id = :SECTION.RB_SECTION_ID and
instructor_id = :INTRUCTOR.INSTRUCTOR_ID;
but It not work.
How we delete multiple record by check multiple check box then click DELETE button..??

You datablock in the form cannot automaticaly refresh the changes you make with the SQL statements.
For that you need to explicity call certain built-ins to refresh the data
execute_query(no_validate) --> fetches the available data for that session. Here you deleted some records, so those records will not be available until you do a rollback in the same session(i.e, you exit the form without saving). But until you save, those deleted records will be avaiable for the users in other sessions)
Also, your code works only because the records you deleted are all already saved ones.
So it will be a good practice to use built-in of form builder rather than DML stmt.s
