Deletion Flag WBS suddenly getting status of Time & Expense Released

Hi,
Our process is such that whenever a WBS is created, it is in blocked status (Not valid for use), we release it to get the status (Time & expense released), now the issue is that for a few of WBS elements for whom we have already set up Deletion flag status this got suddenly changed to Time & expense released.
Now, i want to check the table or transaction through which i can check when this Deletion flag was setup and who exactly did set it up, in transaction CJ20N i can check the last changed entry but it didnt exactly tell me the change that was made, also tables PRPS & JEST, JCDS didnt tell it exactly, is there a way that i can see the change made (as it happens in SD tables- CDHDR

Hi,
Yes, as Mr Rafi, mentioned, if you have change docs tick ON, You can get the history of Status changes from CJ20N using following path
CJ20N ->Status details (press on Blue i) then on the next screen Edit -> Change Documents -> For Status.
This will give you the change status history.

Change pointer for functional location- deletion flag & activation status

Hello,
Im trying to use change pointer for functional location outbound interface. I did all required settings in BD52. The problem is with deletion flag and acive/deactive status.
I found that those two are stored in:
table     field
TAPL     LOEKZ
TAPL     PARKZ
The problem I have is that I cannot find the object for those table, and due to that it cannot be customized in BD52.
Could You please advise which object class should I use or alternatively which other table/field and object should I type in to activate change poiters for deletion flag and active/ not active status?
For object IFLO, and its table (IFLOT, IFLOTX, ILOA)- there is no field for del flag and active status.

Hi, standard didnt let us fulfilling this requirement. What we did- we extended table IFLOT with additional field for the status and used an user exit when saving FL, to take the value (status) from table JEST/TJ02T and copy the value to the newly created field. Then BD52, iflo, iflot, and the new field and it worked. Of course the function module for the message type (BD60) had to be changed to add this status value in additional segment/field for the idoc. Hope this will help You, as there is a lot of technical background behind it, and this is only functional overview.

MTO Scenario - Deletion flag not active in Production order

Hi,
I have a production order with MTO scenario, even if the order is CRTD status, i could not set the deletion flag to the order. Deletion flag activate and revoke options are grayed. What could be the reason for that..? how can i set the deletion flag to that order now..?

Hi,
My status is CRTD PRC MANC SETC.
The status profile header field is 'Blank' for my order type in spro settings.
In BS22 for I0076, BFRZ - Revoke status 'Released' is set to 'Forbidden' radio button.
Only for the MTO material, i could not activate the deletion flag. For other materials, the deletion flag option is active both in Created and Released status.

Get with the times Adobe! We need Flash for 64 bit OS!

I HATE using 2 browsers. The 32 bit browser in Win 7 is horrible and crashes to much and leaves 48 instances of it open after its closed. The 64 bit version works GREAT. Get with the times and release a 64 bit version already.

+1 ... using Win7, I use 32-bit browser for Flash content and 64-bit browser for everything that matters.
How about directx 11 support while you're at it... cheers

WBS Deletion flag

Hi Gurus
I am getting the error " there are current internal posting transactions not possible to set DLFL" when i try to set deletion flag for a WBS element.
The scenario is when client creates a contract in SD a WBS element is created.Time and expense is captured in WBS and linked with the contract line items.

When i did the settlement of WBS using CJ88 i get the message "There are no accrued amounts; settlement is not possible" in that case any suggestion how the WBS DLFL can be set

Production order gets automat. deletion flag if a change in sales order hap

Dear friends,
I have the problem that there is a change in the sales order ( for example the customer) and then the already existing production order receives a deletion flag wich cannot be done undo.
For example, we receive a request for a sales and we create a sales order. Afterwards, we will create the sales order with the customer who gave us the request. Then we can directly start with the Engineering, purchasing and so on. After a period of time, it happens that the "real" customer is know. So, each sales order line item will be deliverd to another customer. This can be relevant for the export control if the customers are located in different countries.
At the time of adding or chanign the new customer and saving the already existing production order will receive the deletion flag.
For me this situation is strange as I would not expect that the production order would receive a deletion flag only because a change in the sales order occurs.
Can please anyone help!?

thank you very much.
I found the problem and this is actually a funtionality comming from the export control checks. I forwarded this to our export control specialist as I dont see this as a production theme.
The problem was, that the customer was changed and it was a different country. In this case the export control was activated and the online check was not sucsessfull. In this case a production is not allowed anymore and the system directly deletes the production order independing in which status the order is.
Interesting function.

Deletion Flag for WBS element

In what situation we can use a deletion Flag. Once we set a deletion Flag for the WBS element, what are the impacts, i mean what can be done and what cannot be for that particular project.

The Deletion flag status designates work breakdown structures or WBS elements that have been flagged for deletion. This means that the objects are deleted logically, but not physically

The same way as you set it.
Select the WBS Edit>Status>DeletionFlag-->Undo

Mass change on production order (assembly type) to put deletion flag status

Dear all,
I've make a mass change on production orders to settle the status DLFL through the Tcode CO78.
Some of the production orders are "assembly order" type. Those could not be up-dated with the DLFL because there are linked to customer order. The customers orders are closed.
What can I do to change the status for this kind of production orders. It is necessary for me to be able to put the DLFL status in order to improve the process of production closure done each month.

Thanks for the response. As I cannot put deletion indicator on the Assembly order directly, Do we have to put deletion indicator on the sales order item?. If so, Can we put a deletion indicator after the sales order was delivered and invoiced. What exactly have you guys done to put deletion flag on the production order.

Order status ORRQ is active error when setting deletion flag

We couldn't able to set deletion flag in production order by the following error message
System status ORRQ is active (ORD 1008458)
This was caused due to order record required.So we tried to store thro T-code:COPA.But when accessing, No orders were found.
Please guide to correct the error.

USEREXIT / BADI to get WBS elem system status before&after for WBS in CJ20N

Hi friends,
Please help me out to capture the WBS element system status after and before the changes in CJ20N tcode, the status has to be posted to the P I system.
Please let me know if any user exit exists for CJ20N.I am not able to find any in CMOD.
I have tried using the BADI's WORKBREAKDOWN_UPDATE and
PROJECTDEF_UPDATE .
but was not able to capture the changed system status .
Is there any other way to capture the system status and post them to PI.

The User wants to get it posted to the PI system as soon as the system status of WBS element is changed.
I am already done with RFC FM for this purpose which gets the changed status of all PROJECTS-WBS elements.
Our team is facing some probs with connecting to PI through RFC.
Getting 'SYSTEM_FAILURE' error, when executing the RFC with PI system's destination.Not able to trace out the probs, they have tested the connection with IDOC which was a success and able to post the PI.
They want me to capture the data in USEREXIT/BADI and some how trigger the IDOC with back ground job scheduled.

WBS Series break up after setting deletion flag

Hi Experts,
I was having WBS levels at 1 and 2. I have set the deletion flag at one of my level 2 WBS. Now, the WBS has disappeared. Now, when I am creating new WBS it is skipping the series like for an example:-
I was having WBS
WBS     A
WBS     A.1
WBS     A.2 - Deletion Flag set
Now, I am creating new WBS, I think system should allow me to create WBS with A.2 but it is giving number A.3
I want to know is this is standard behavior or is there any other alternative so that I could use the same A.2 number for new WBS
Please suggest.

Hello,
This is a standard behavior. As for setting deletion flag on the WBS element, it is not physically deleted. If you set the following indicator, you can find the deleted objects in the project structure again.
Then, there is some more information about naming the WBS element with a used number. If you have already physically deleted this WBS element but there is message CJ026 when you try to name the WBS element with a used number, you can check in table VSPRPS_CN. If there is data in this table, you still cannot use this number again. You can refer to note 529634 for more details.
