How to delete open reservations in mass. pl help me out.

Hi,
Where these reservations come from? Are these manually created reservations or they are created automatically? If the second csae is true, you should first eliminate the transactional data the reservations come from > they will disappear automatically.

Dear,
Check the reservation number , go to MB22 and enter the reservation and delete it
You can try the correction program
Go to SE38 give program name :RM06C020
Give the reservation numbers
check direct database update and execute.
Also note using program RM07RVER you can set the deletion flag for reservation

How to close/delete open reservations

Hi experts
kindly provide me solution to close all pending/open reservations till some selective period. if there is any setting in customizing by which we can set time frame of reservation of 1 week or 2-3 days, if that reservation is not used then is should automatically closed/delete. thanks in advance

Hi Manjit,
All the reservation Transactional data is stored in RESB Table.You can retrieve from it.
Go to SE11 and give table name RESB and execute.
Or go to MB24 / MB25 Trxn code Reservation List and Select Dynamic Indicator List and in ITem data for reservation select Item deleted and execute.
It will show you all the Deleted reservations.

Closing of Open Reservations

Hi Gurus,
Need to close all the open reservations that were created with in a given period ( Ex: All open reservations more than 25 days of the created date)
Need to consider the reaservations which were created through PS ( Project Systems ) , PM ( Plant Maintanance ) and MM ( Materials Management).
Need a auto closing method.

Retention period, in days, for reservation items
Indicates the time in days during which a reservation item resides in the system before being deleted by the reservation management program.
Use
If the "date required" of a reservation item is older than the current date minus the number of days specified here, the system sets the deletion indicator in the reservation item.
Go to SPRO-MM-Inv Mgmt & Phy Inv -Reservations-Default Values and Check the Behaviour Once.

we have reservations open for process order and the order is marked for deletion. We are not able to display that order, but we can veiw that order in table.
so can you please suggest how to cancel/ delete the order reservation.

Do you mean to say the order status is DLF and you are not able to see the process order using COR3?
If your query is for the deletion flag set process orders,still you are able to see the reservations at table level means,it's a normal
behaviour.But you cant perform any GI using this reservation number related to the process order.
In order to completely delete this data from the system means, the actual deletion process is then performed by a reorganization
program.

OPK4 Settings _ Clear Open reservations

Hi Team,
I am having clarification on the check box "Clear Open Reservations" in OPK4. What is the use of this check box? And which business case, i can enable this check box?
How the check box "Clear Open Reservations" is different from TECO status?
Assume that i have created & released the production order with 5 qty. To produce 5 header qty, i need 5 child parts. I have produced 3 qty & set the order status as "TECO". Once the order received the status TECO, the remaining reservation qty 2 is cleared (ie, in RESB table, the "deletion indicator" is set for 2 qty). Is the check box "Clear Open Reservations" performs the above similar function?

Thank you for the info. Suppose, i need 5 qty of items to produce 5 header item. During confirmation (in CO15), i have provided the yield qty as 2 & executing the confirmation with below cases
Case 1:
Yield Qty: 2
Final Confirmation: Checked
Clear Reservation: Not Checked
In this case also, the reservation for remaining 3 qty will be set to "final issue"?
Case 2:
Yield Qty: 2
Final Confirmation: Checked
Clear Reservation: Checked
In this case also, the reservation for remaining 3 qty will be set to "final issue"?
Case 3:
Yield Qty: 2
Partial Confirmation: Checked
Clear Reservation: Checked
In this case also, the reservation for remaining 3 qty will be set to "final issue"?

How to delete the open requests in the LBWQ

Hi guys ... Can any one let me know how to delete / update the open requests in the queue . I need to delete the Open requests in the LBWQ...we are applying patches and for that we need to delete from LBWQ and RSA7...I guess there is an ABAP report which will deletes the open requests...Can any one let me know that report name please

If your job control runs fine then best thing is to transfer the records from LBWQ to RSA7 and pull it to BW. If you do this all your delta data is intact and you do not loose any delta data. But if you delete the LBWQ you potentially loose all youre delta data. You can go to LBWE and start the job control and move data to RSA7 and then pull it to BW.
But i am not very clear why you wish to delete this data ? If you do this then better you reinitialize all your delta data by following your normal procedure of filling up the setup tables and then initalizing in BW.

Deletion of PR & PO will be done by archiving process.
Archiving of Purchase Requisition (PR) with Archiving object MM_EBAN
Purchase Order MM_EKKO.
Archiving process is done in transaction SARA
Pre-requisites for archiving of PR & PO are
1. PR or PO should be completed.
2. It should be marked for deletion
Solution to achive the pre-requisites
1. If there are open item then manually flag it for deletion.
2. Marking for deletion: Residence period Time one should be defined and during the preprocessing of PO and Write job processing of PR will set the corresponding document for deletion indicator.
Archiving Process:
Customizing:
1. Basic customizing of Archiving development tool should be configured. Example File system customizing, Archiving object specific configuration should be done.
2. Residence period should be configured. This is an important step in setting the deletion indicator. Consider Residence Time 1 as 1 day for testing your archiving process.
Archiving:
1. Preprocessing Process: Preprocessing process will be there for PO after 4.7version. This will help in setting the deletion indicator for the purchase orders.
2. Write Job: Variant should be created by selecting all the required PO or PR for archiving. Consider one step procedure
3. Schedule the job and execute it.
4. Deletion Job: Deletion job should be scheduled and executed based on the archive session no of Archive Write job.
This process will help in deleting PR & PO.

Open Reservations Report

Hi,
Is there any report where I can see the open reservations, MB25 is not of much use, when the list of Prod Orders is not available.
Open Reservations as in.. where the Req Qty > 0 and Difference Qty > 0.
Please let me know if there is any report for this requirement.

Dear,
Use transaction code MB25 to view all reservations. Further on change layout select Order and Required Qty Difference Qty and Removed quantity and save the lay out it will solve your issue.
Else there is no standard report available for this purpose, you probably need to create your own report based on RESB table .

Mass Deletion of Open Sale Orders

I want to implement Dynamic Credit Check in my Organisation, for that I want to delete all open sale orders. Is transaction code MASS suitable for deleting only OPEN SALE ORDERS or it deletes all sale orders. Can anyone help me out please.

The sales order deletion process would be updating many tables and hence I wouldnt recommend [MASS]. I feel it's better to use CATT. Check out the following link and let me know if you need any clarification on how to go about it.

Deletion of open lines

Hi
I must delete some lines from sales orders. The system has created delivery for most of the items in the sales orders but some items where out of stock. These are still open in the sales orders and must be deleted to prevent the system from creating a new delivery with only this item.
There is quite a few orders that have these open lines so now I wonder if there is a way of deleting all these lines in all of these orders without having to enter each single sales order one by one?

You dont have an option of deleting the open line in a sales order , If the subsequent process happened, then you have to cancel all the subsequent documents and cancel the sales order
If you only want to delete certain items which are out of stock , u have to go for reason for rejection option in the sales order item entry screen (extreme right) there u can set the status for rejection , then that item will not be considered for delivery or billing and another thing is this will be helpful to the company to come to a conclusion on why the customer has rejected the line items

Why can't I delete or open a PSD jpeg saved for Web from my desktop?

I was working with photoshop today and saved multiple versions of the same flyer I made to my desktop. One of the flyer versions I clicked "save for web" and it showed up as a jpeg on my desktop.
I cleaned up my desktop today and I can't put that version in a folder, delete or open it. When I right click "move to trash," I get this error message:
It literally will not move anywhere. I searched other forms and they said to click on the desktop (so nothing is highlighted like in the picture above) and click get info and then uncheck the locked box. Nothing is checked, so....?

In EKPO Table u select this fields Purchase Document no and Item no of Purchsing Document , Material no , and Purchase Order Qty.
In MSEG Table u select this fields Purchase Document no and Item no of Purchsing Document , Material no , and Qty.
Both Tables having Purchase Document no , So Purchase Doucment no throguh u will get the Material and qty , Finally u Subract the both Material Qty's .
u will get the Open Po For particular Material.

Deleting The Open STO Line Items...........

Dear Friends,
I am having one requirement as follows.
The program is to build in such a fashion , that if there are any open items in STO
ie. In one STO there are 3 items having 100 , 200 , 300 quantities...
First item 10 .. quantity 100..... PGI Done for 100 ( balance Nill )
Second Item 20... quantity 200..... PGI Done for 100 ( Open Deliv / Shipment ) - (100 ).. Then system has to mark for deletion for ( open deliveries and Shipment cost , Handling unit ).........
Third item 30 -
quantity 300...( Open Deliveries 300 ) ..Then system has to mark for deletion for ( open deliveries , and PO line item )
How we can approach to this solution...
Is there anyBAPI available or LSMW for each phase we have to consider or BDC..

I think SAP help says that the period for which you are planning to delete or archive data may have to be locked.

Automatic deletion of material reservation after a given retention period

Hi,
we have an issue with materil reservation done through CJ20N
u2022To set a Retention period for a reservation, that is 14 Days, during this specific period which a reservation item resides in the system before being deleted by the reservation management program.order category is 20.
we were able to set the deletion indicator in MM,plant wise
but when we run the report MBVR it is not getting listed,it doesnt show any of the reservation done through cj20N
can any one give the reason why it is not getting listed.

Scroll to the bottom of that list and you should have a setting for configuring how long messages remain on your BB.
