  • Deleting a recurring document

I have a recurring document created in the year 2005 which expires in 2008. However, I want to delete this now. I tried it with the Tcode F.56 in the Test Run mode, but it doesnt pick this document up! I read the info on this transaction adn it says, only documents that have the Deletion flag in the Header can be pciked. Where do I check this deletion flag or simply put, how do I delete this document?
    Thanks,
    Tejas

    Hi Tejas...
You can only delete recurring entry documents that are flagged for deletion. The recurring entry program automatically flags recurring entry documents for deletion if the next run date determined by the program is after the last scheduled run date. The system thereby indicates that the recurring entry document is not to be used again. You can also set the deletion flag yourself in the recurring entry document.
When you use a run schedule, the program flags a recurring document for deletion if there is no run date in the schedule which is later than the current run date. In this case the program tells you which recurring document has been flagged for deletion. You can remove the deletion indicator from the document if necessary. This may be the case for example, if you have not yet entered all run dates. Make sure you then complete the run schedule.
Recurring entry documents which are marked for deletion are no longer used by the recurring entry program.
And the procedure will be as follow....
To delete recurring entry documents, proceed as follows:
    Select Document -
    > Reference documents -
    > Recurring document ---> Delete from the General Ledger menu.
    Enter the program specifications.
If required, you can carry out a test run to give you a list of the documents which can be deleted. You can also print the resulting list. Select the Test run field.
Once you are sure that you want to delete the selected recurring entry documents, deselect the Test run field.
    Select Program -
    > Execute.
If u satisfied, assing me points...
    Tahnk you

  • Retreive/Restore Deleted Recurring Document

    Hi
    Please help me
"How to retreive/restore deleted recurring document?"
    Thanks
    Prasad

    Hi,
Recurring Document deletion from F.56, does not get stored in any log table. Like CDHDR, CDPOS etc. Even report S_ALR_87012293 also does not show the deleted recurring documents.
There is no way to recover the deleted recurring entries. F.56 is a permanent deletion.

  • How to delete one invoice document in FI module!

    Hi all,
Does anybody know the T-code to delete a invoice document in FI module.
    Thanks in advance!
    Best regards,
    Wendong Feng

    Hi
You can't delete the invoice document. probably you can reverse(cancel) the invoice document using MIRO or MR8M.
Actual deletion can be done only by archiving.

  • Deleting a recurring event in iCal

Situation; iphone 5 recurring event wont delete.  looking at same calendar on a synced PC (work) the event is not there at all.
If you are having trouble deleting a recurring event in iCal try this:
on your iphone change the event "alert" or "show as" setting on one of the events in the future.  The event that wasn't showing on the PC outlook calendar magically shows up now.  delete it from the PC by opening it and choosing the X delete for all occurances (if its asks).
Now open the event in iCal and you should see the Accept Maybe Decline option at the bottom - choose decline.  you may have to do this on several dates, but that should delete the event.
    Hope this helps.

    pedfogog,
... or whoever may find this post in need of assistance as I was.
I just had this same problem and successfully deleted ALL event (past and future)instances by :
    1. Click on any instance of the event in the calendar
    2. Select "Delete" from the iCal toolbar "Edit" menu.
    3. The iCal propmt asked me to choose to delete all or just the one instance.
    4. Naturally, select to "Delete all occurrences"
    I am running OS 10.6.8   iCal 4.0.4

I can't delete events recurring annually...not part of birthday calendar, these are events I've added manually.  I've tried delete key, cut event, changing to no recurrence, they just revert to original recurrence and will not be removed from my calendar.  Events that occur weekly I'm able to delete, this is only happening with events recurring annually.  Very frustrating.  Thanks for any ideas.

If you are using a PC, log on to iCloud using Safari (rather than Explorer) to reset the photostream. Then turn iPhone/iPad photostream off and back on. I was getting the same server error as you and this advice from another blog worked for my iPhone and iPad.  But I still can't get photostream deleted from my apple tv. There does not seem to be a photostream on/off control In Apple tv 4.4 software.  I tried switching the screen saver to one of the ones that comes preloaded on the device, then back to photostream but all the old photos are still there.  If anyone can help with this, I would appreciate it.

  • Background scheduling of recurring document postings

    Hi Freinds,
I have 3 recurring entries every month, Lets say 1 should rum on 1st of everymonth, 2nd one should run on 4th of every month and 3rd entry on 10th. I hve created 3 recurring docs in FBD1.
Instead of go ro F.14 and create batch job every month. I would like to scehdule a background job for the whole fiscal year. So that every month all 3 docs automatically gets posted.
Anyone give me step by step process of scheduling background job.
    thanks in advance..
      Venkat

    hi
    kindly note the steps below:
    1)     Create a recurring document giving the start date and end date, directing the system to post the entries at the end of a period (monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semi annually, annually, etc).
    2)     Determinants would be the transaction should recur regularly and have the same values across the horizon of recurrence. Again the posting period in which the entry can be posted should be open.
    3)     Post the entries as on a particular posting date by running a batch process for all the recurring document templates created.
Create Recurring entries document template u2013 FBD1
Execute Recurring entry program u2013 F.14
    Recurring entries list u2013 F.15

  • Recurring document - FBD1 with incorrect due-date calculation for AP

    Hi Gurus,
in our ECC 6.0 system we are creating with F.14 FI-documents (SAPF120) based on recurring documents (created with FBD1) for various purposes (e.g. Recurring entries for IC-business).
Therefore it's important that the system provides in the final processing of the recurring documents the correct net-due-date in the AP-document based on the document date and the payment term included in the AP-masterdata (LFB1-ZTERM).
    Problem:
The processed FI-document contains the correct payment term but the calculated net-due-date with regards to the document date (BKPF-BLDAT) isn't correct. A Dummy-Update of the FI-document with FB02 on field BSEG-ZTERM provides finally the correct net due date but this a not recommended solution.
Any ideas how to solve that issue???
    Thanks for replies.
    BR, Bernd

    Hi Vishnu,
    the defined payment term is
    fix day: 15
    additional month: 1.
Default for baseline date is posting date
Therefore the expectation is that net due date is calculated for posting date
    e.g. : 01.02.2012 to 15.03.2012.
The line item after processing in FI-document shows :
    Posting Date : 01.02.2012
    Bline Date:   01.02.2012
    Days/percent: 35
    Net due date: 07.03.2012 (dd.mm.yyyy)
That's wrong according to my understanding of the payment term definition.

  • Report on Deleted Parked AR Documents with 'Z' status

    Hello Experts,
Any suggestion to obtain the list of deleted parked AR documents which did not get posted in the past.  We created AR documents and were not sure about VAT treatment and were parked but later managed to invoice the customer separately.  Subsequent to this, we have deleted the parked AR document and I know when these parked document gets deleted, document numbers are marked by a letter 'Z' and you can get a report BY DOCUMENT NUMBER.  Is there any standard SAP report that can be run BY CUSTOMER to see all deleted parked documents for that customer only.
Appreciate valuable suggestions to achieve the above.
    Rgds
    CONMJI

    Hi,
use S_ALR_87012293 - Display of Changed Documents  to check the deleted parked docuements or any status regarding parked document.
Here if you select park doc radio button and give input document type and posting key, then you will get the customer/vendor/GL related docuements . Take that dump and put in the table and give input of your customer code.it will shows those documents if any.
    Thanks

  • How do I delete a word document in word 2011

How do I delete a word document on a MacBook Pro word 2011?

Use Finder to get to the document and drag it to the trash.

  • I can't delete a word document by dragging into trash ca.

I cannot delete a word document by dragging the document into the trash can. No error message pops up.

Open a terminal window, the type the following 'sudo rm -rf ' and then drop the offending file onto the terminal window. This will place the correct full path to the file into the terminal command. Hit return, type your admin password and the file should delete.

  • Finding What text was deleted in a Document

How do I find out what text has been deleted in a document?
the public void removeUpdate(DocumentEvent e) method is called when the document has already been updated, so the offset and length in the document event seem to be useless. The UndoableEditEvent seemed promising, but apparently the modifications stored in the UndoableEdit are not accessible...
This shoudln't be that hard! Off course, I could keep a copy of the document text updated, but that seems awfully inefficient!

I found a solution, but I'm not entirely satisfied, so the question is still opened. The solution is to extend one of the default document classes, overriding the remove() method to notify a new type of event, and then invoke super.remove(). This works, but it's not perfect, because if the super.remove() doesn't succede (i.e. throws an exception) what was notified is wrong.
I'm still very surprised that there is no obvious way of capturing the removed text... please let me know if you can see any.

  • I deleted a pages document from iCloud.  how do I get it back?

How do I recover a pages document that was deleted from icloud?  I don't see a 'trash' folder. I was over eager in deleting my icloud documents to comply with storage.

There is no trash folder on icloud.  On the mac, copies of icloud files are stored in the following folder(s)
    ~/Library/Mobile Documents
Note that Library in the user's home folder is now hidden, so you'll have to set Finder to view hidden files.
The Mobile Documents folder has subfolders where copies of the doc/data files are stored.
Now use Time Machine to find versions of the missing file(s).

I set up my new iPad, then deleted the Pages documents on my old iPad, but this had the effect of deleting them on my new iPad too because they are synced. How do I retrieve the deleted documents?

Sorry no. That's how it works.
Check if you still have an old backup and do a restore otherwise it's gone.
