Deliveries creating before delivery date
Hi Friends,
We are having one problem, For one particuler plant deliveries or creating before delivery date, and it's skipping some deliveries/customers due earlier.
Exapmle: for the Order #911167 line 250 created Delivery 82025494 for 1/21 PGI date and 1/22 delivery, but before this above deliver date we have orders #907250 line 130 and #910662 line 280 which both have PGI dates of 1/20 delivery 1/21.., But these two orders skipped and created delivery for above 21st delivery date.
Thanks
Rao
Hi
If you are creating delivery in background then system will check wheather the stock is available or not for that order on that schedule line delivery date and if stock is there on that date then system will confirm the sales order. But if stock is not there for that delivery date then system will do the Backward processing and then system will give the delivery date and that is the reason some orders skip on that date
Say for example you have a sales order 111000 and the delivery date is 22/1 but on that date stock is not available then system will do the backward processing and then it will give the next delivery date (say 25/1) so you can deliver that order on 25/1.
If you are doing the background process then system might have checked only those sales orders which are to be delivered on 22/1.but as the delivery date has got changed to 25/1 then it you can do background delivery of that delivery on 25/1

Automatic emails to vendor before delivery date in PO
Hi All,
I have successfully done the configuration for auto emails to vendor, it will work based on the delivery date (AFTER), which is working fine.
Please guide me the settings for auto emails to vendor (BEFORE) delivery date in PO.
Example: In PO the delivery date is 07.07.2014, vendor needs to be get the auto email on 01.07.2014.
Please guide me on this.
ThanksHI
If I understood your requirement correctly, you need to send a reminder to vendor before delivery date
For example, in your case PO delivery date is 7/7/2014 and system should send a reminder on 1/7/2014 I .e 6 days prior to delivery date
So in material master or info record reminder 1 maintain value as -6 ( copied to PO when PO is created) and set up a schedule job in ME91F for auto reminders.
Hope it helps

Hi MM expert,
i am using schedule line process.

Regards,
santoshHi
Have you gone through entire Cycle process of Sceduleing agreement .
If you have created Schedule agreement in -ME31L
Then maitained delivery date [Schedule lines date]-in ME38
Then SAP-System will not allow you to do the GR till the date as per the Delevery schedule lines date.
After reaching that date you can do any time GR.
Try it you will get it

GR date before delivery date in PO
Hi all
What setting is required to allow GR to be posted before the delivery date mentioned in PO?
PrasadHi Prasad,
System will allow you to post GR before the delivery date mentioned in the PO. If you are getting any error message, then you can make it to warning message in SPRO -- Materials Managment -- Purchasing -- Environmental data -- System messages.
Identify the message number and change it to W.
Hope this clarifies.

Same deliveries for different delivery dates on Po
I have a requirement
If we use standard SAP and have a purchase order with materials that have different planned delivery times, we are going to create multiple deliviers from the PO based upoon the delivery creation date calculation. Since we want to ship all of these materials on the same delivery , we have an issue.
Is there any workaround for this ? PL help me.
Thanks.Hi,
If you have a different delivery schedules for a material with the vendor you can go for Scheduling agreement which is good option for this.
Because in PO if you maintain the delivery schedules in Item detail>Delivery schedule there is no check for this delivery dates. You can inward all the stock in a single delivery which don't have a control on that dates.
If you follow the Scheduling agreement then system will not allow you to post the stock unless the delivery date is valid.

Shopping Cart created with delivery date outside factory calendar
The user specified 13.08.2207 as the delivery date. The Cart was approved and converted to a Purchase Requisition. Status is now 'error in process' and of course no Requisition exists in table EBAN. We cannot change the Cart because it is approved. What other options do we have?
Hi,
Please check OSS note 814100.
Also you can maintain calendar in SPRO or transation SCAL
And you can also use BBP_DOC_CHECK badi to implement your own logic.
Kind regards,

Delivery date in Delivery Schedules
Dear Experts,
We run MRP in MD02 to gerenarate delivery schedule lines.
How the delivery date in delivery schedule is calculated?
Is it possible to setup so that irrespective of MRP run date, all delivery dates should be Monday OR Friday in Delivery Schedules?
Awaiting a reply from the experts.
Regards,
ShahsidharDear Experts,
The purpose here is to consolidate all deliveries on one day.
When MRP is run, delivery schedules lines should be created with delivery dates as only Monday/Wednesday.
How can we achieve this? Any suggestions are welcome

Purchase Requisition Date is not updated with Scheduleline Delivery Date
Hi,
This is a third part Sales Scenario. The Delivery date on the schedule line is passed on to purchase requisition as the delivery date of that item. Due to some business requirement, the delivery date of the schedule line is changed just before saving the sales order in the BADI called through the userexit userexit_save_document_prepare. Now on saving the sales order, the purchase requsition is also created. The delivery date of the schedule line is changed but has not reflected on the Purchase Requision.
If the Sales Order is opened in VA02 and the schedule line delivery date is modified, the Purchase Requisition delivery date is also getting modified.
Why did it not happen at the time of saving the Sales Order.
What is the structure into which the purchase requsition information is stored, so that on processing the sales order, this information is utilized to create the purchase requsition.
Please help.Hi,
Check the following table for the mentioned fields EBAN-BADAT and EBAT-FRGDT

SRM PO Document date is getting replicated to ECC as Delivery date
Hello SRM experts,
Please guide me on the following issue. We are using extended classic scenario. SRM 7.0
Delivery date is not getting reflected in the ECC delivery date field.
To know whether this is an standard issue ?
Is there any way out to make proper replication to ECC ?
What might be the reason for this ?
SRM PO created with Delivery date "08/07/2014".
But current date(Document date) "01/07/2014" is picked in delivery date
Delivery date is getting reflected in the Statistical delivery date field under Item details --> Delivery schedule tabWhen you create a PO , delivery date is calculated by adding planned delivery time from Purchase info record.
The delivery date calculated thus, is defaulted into the PO for del date and st del date.
If you change the delivery date thus defaulted, without making a manual entry in st del date, the date you entered will default to st del date too,
This change will not happen, if you make a manual entry in the st del date field before you change the del date in the po or you output the PO and then change the del date in the PO.
In case you want to change the delivery date in ECC this exit can help :EXIT_SAPMM06E_012
Thanks

Restrict Delivery Entry based on Sales Order Delivery Date
Dear All,
I create a Sales Order with a Specific Delivery Date say 15 Dec 2010. The System must prompt me if I try to Create a Delivery Document Based on the Sales Order before 15 Dec 2010.
Does it happen in standard system / Can it be achieved by SDK.
Please Advice
ThanksHi Aslam,
If you want to Block the delivery document to post before the define delivery date in sales order than you can use the below Procedure...
If @object_type = '15' and @transaction_type in ( 'A')
BEGIN
if exists (select * from odln a inner join dln1 b ON a.DocEntry=b.Docentry
inner join ordr c on b.basetype=c.objtype
where a.DocEntry=@list_of_cols_val_tab_del
and b.basetype='17' and a.docdate<c.docduedate )
begin
SET @error = 00001
SET @error_message = N'Delivery can not be enter before delivery date '
end
end
Hope it will work

Vendor Evaluation Standardizing Delivery Date Variance
Hi,
We are determining what the settings should be for On-Time Delivery and Quantity Reliability under Vendor Evaluation. I understand how the formual works when it determines the scores for these. Can someone tell me from a business process perspective what Standardizing Delivery Date Variance relates to?
Ours has been set to 100 which is 100 days with the scores set as:
Percentage
Score
0
100
10
90
20
95
100
80
200
60
300
40.......
When we pick 100 days, is that supposed to be an average of how many days late goods receipts are? Or is there another way to look at it?
Thanks
BeverlyHave you really read the documentation and the F1 field help, or any of our blogs, documents and wikis here in SCN?
The table that you presented above is far a way from reality. a percentage can go from blank to 99.9 and your from -99.9 to blank
this is to cover both situations early deliveries and late deliveries
the Standard Delivery Date Variance means the it is the maximum number of days a vendor can be late or early to the wanted delivery date, if this value is reached, then he just missed the point in the sense of the word. he does not get any single point for his performance.
You have to ask your business how much days variance they accept before they cancel the order, or at least looking for a new vendor with the next order.
From our point of view everything beyond a week is not at all acceptable and results in a total miss
and in this case you do not need many percentages either in a 5 working day week each day corresponds to 20% -
Delivery date sales order / purchase requisition
Hello,
I am trying to create a sales order. In my case, the sales order has got two lines for schedule lines:
-delivery date: 24.03.2009
-delivery date: 06.04.2009. This line is the one confirmed. This is because on the material master record the field "planned delivery time" (MARC-PLIFZ) is equal to 13 days
When saving thi sales order, the system automatically creates a purchase requisition with the delivery date confirmed.
But if planned delivery is equal to blank and we use other lead times like, GR processing time (MARC-WEBAZ) or total replanishment lead time (MARC-WZEIT), the sales order doesn´t take into account these two lead times, I mean the sales order is created with delivery date 24.03.2009 and also the purchase requisition.
Does anybody know what I have to do in order to take into account one of these two lead tiemes when creating the sales order?
Best regardsThanks, but there is not way to maintain it automatically with lead times from material master apart from the "planned delivery time" (MARC-PLIFZ)??? Thanks a lot.
Regards
