Deliveries not extracted by standard extractor 2LIS_12_VCSCL

Dear All,
I am trying to extract delivery data using standard extractor 2LIS_12_VCSCL, 2LIS_12_VCITM, 2LIS_12_VCHDR. Deliveries created  against sales orders are extracted fine. However deliveries created against intercompany PO (purchase order) are not extracted.
Any reason for this.  These outbound deliveries are created using VL01 and can changed using VL02 like normal outbound deliveries. they are also stored in tables LIKP/LIPS
Does extractor check whether these deliveries are created against sales order
Thanks in advance
PB

Hello PB,
Yes, you are correct that those datasources can extract deliveries against sales orders
However, for purchasing documents instead, you may want to have a look at either
2LIS_02_SCL or 2LIS_02_SGR in the purchasing area. Please check if any of these
datasources can better suit your needs.
Hope this helps
Best Regards
Barry

    Hi
How i can extracts data from standard extractors from R3 system to  SAP-BW
    like 0CUSTOMER_ATTR is standard extractors.

There are standard steps for this...
    1.Activate Dasasource in R/3 (RSA5)
    2. Replicate DataSource in BW
    3. Create Update rule / Transformations
    4. Create Infopackages / DTP's and load data.
You can get details in any BW/BI book.

    Greetings,

    Hi,
Please check whether the following settings were maintained under
SBIW - Settings for Application-Specific Data Sources (PI) - Settings:
Inventory Controlling - Determine Industry Sector and Stock
    initialization.
Maintain the Industry sector as "Standard" and Initialize the stocks
    under stock initialization 2LIS_03_BX.
Also maintain the Application Indicator for BTE under transaction "BF11"
    view: TBE11 in R/3.
Fill the setup tables for material movements 2LIS_03_BF and
    revaluations 2LIS_03_UM
Set up tables for Inventory can be seen under SE11.

    2. MC03BF0SETUP
    3. MC03UM0SETUP
Make sure after carrying out the above activities these tables should

  • Standard Extractors or Generic Extraction

    Hi BW guru's,
Because in our environment standard extractors are not working at all. so can i go for generic extraction , by creating view on r/3 tables according to the requirement.
is there any disadvantage in using generic extraction over the "Using Standard Datasources".We are developing reports for PM module.
    Srinivas--

    Srinivas
No, There are no disadvantages and as you know this is general Practice only. If standard extractors are not suitable obiously we have to go for Generic Extraction method. Another suggestion please see if you could able to use standard extractors with doing enhancements rather than going completly for Generic extraction.
    Hope this helps

    Hi All,
I am working on the data source 2LIS_04_P_MATNR. When i compare fields basic start/ finish and schedule start/finish  dates(GLTRP, GLTRS etc) with the table AFKO, for few records these dates are not matching.
Please share with me if anyone faced the same issue.
I think this is the problem with standard extractor 2LIS_04_P_MATNR. Please let me know is there any SAP note for this.

Is there any standard extractor to extarct HR assessment details from the table PA9220 and Action Plan details from the table
    PA9221.
    Please advise.
    Thanks in Advance.

    Select-options:
    u2022     Plant
    u2022     Creation date
Select document number from EDIDC (transparent table) into an internal table by:
    u2022     Direction (in/outbound)
    u2022     Receiver port
    u2022     Partner type of receiver
    u2022     Message type
    u2022     Creation date

  • Actual delivery Date not coming in the extractor 2LIS_11_V_SSL

    Hi
I am trying to get the Confirmed and Actual Delivery date for a Order from ECC in BIW. The extractor 2LIS_11_V_SSL has both these fields. But when I check the data in the extract checker (RSA3) in ECC, I always get the Actual Delivery Time as Blank.
Is there any problem with the standard extractor? Or anything needs to be done to get this field from ECC.
The BI Content Version in ECC is 703 SP 4.
Actually I want to know whether the Order is delivered on Time or not, Is there any way like status which can tell me if the Order is "Delivered on Time" or not
    TIA
    Abhishek

Yes we were using the field MCEX_I_LFDAT Actual Delivery Date. It only gets filled for confirmed deliveries and is blank for other orders.
Though the values were not tallying with what the Functional Team wanted. So now we are using the field MCEX_I_WADAT (Acttual Good Issue Date) from the source system. We are still using the extract 2LIS_11_V_SSL for the same. This field is filled from the Deliveries from the Source System.
Both the Extracts 2LIS_12_VCHDR, 2LIS_12_VCITM also have Actual Goods Issue (GI) Date and no Actual Delivery Date. Though these come from different fileds in different tables.
    Closing the Post.
    Thanks

  • SD Schedule Extractor - 2LIS_12_VCSCL

From testing I believe I know the answer to this question but can't find it documented anywhere.  When using extractor 2LIS_12_VCSCL to pull in Delivery Schedule Line will this extractor not pull in Deliveries that are marked complete?  Thanks, Keith

    Hi Keith,
It might be that you found the information in a quite old whitepaper from release 2.0B called "Extracting Sales and Distribution Transaction from BW 2.0B". I have it stored as a local file in my archive and I found following information in it:
The extract structure MC12VC0SCL refers fundamentally to the “dynamic” LIS communication structure MCVBEL for delivery, in which the delivered quantities are dynamically assigned (that is, via program logic at the time of extraction) to the schedule lines that are based on the delivery item. In OLTP itself, there is no delivery item to schedule line assignment stored in the transparent tables.
The delivered quantities can only be transferred per schedule line as key figures in this extractor.
From PI 2000.2/PI-A 2000.2, the fields WMENG, BMENG, CMENG and LMENG of the order schedule line, will no longer be allowed (this change should have been effective with PI 2000.1/PI-A 2000.1, but was not included due to an error). Do not choose these fields under any circumstances. If you do choose these fields, their values will be transferred to BW several times for partial delivery and subsequent delivery of an order item.
Unfortunately I am not able to find it anymore on SCN and I cannot attach it as a Word document.
Furthermore please review SAP Note 574861 - BW Extraction (shipping): Restrictions to 2LIS_12_VCSCL DS.
Last but not least please refer to SAP Help.
    Best regards,
    Sander

  • Is there any standard extractor for AFD provided by SAP?

    Hi.
We are planning to implement SEM-BCS ? From this forum and  SAP documentation( help.sap.com and service.sap.com), I just found that integration with ECC is total records(RFD) and some master data. Unfortunately, I could't  find any further integration point. AFD such as inventory balance, Gross profit etc seems to be extracted from ECC such as FI, MM or CO module. But there is no mention in SAP documentation.
I think I missed good integration point SAP provided.
Otherwise, We have to develop the some program to extract AFD. Is my understanding correct?
Is there anybody who has experience to extract AFD from ECC with standard extractor or CBO program?

The main problem with automatical load of AFD is the strict dependence on the ECC/R/3 configurations that might differ very significantly.
So, there is no standard extractors for AFD.
IPI - I used to figure out the ways of calculating the figures needed for IPI with non-standard functionality. And understood that even with a standard functionality the task of extracting the proper values are not esy at all.
IPA - there are so much data that needed to be entered for IPA, plus FI-AA configuration depends on implementation...
CoI - the most of data for it is accessible in ECC, even in RFD.
So, forget about the standard and easy way of extracting the data needed. Try to examine the configuration of modules you are interested in, and find the ways to extract the data.

  • How to enhance Standard Extractor for 0CUSTOMER_ATTR

    Hi,
I need to enhance the standard extractor of 0CUSTOMER_ATTR in order to populate the newly added attributes.
    I have few questions:-
    1) Will there be any impact of manually adding attributes to 0CUSTOMER on the data flow/where used list of 0CUSTOMER.
    2) In order to get the master data for newly added attributes we will need to enhance the extractor. Could you let me know the entire process of enhancing the standard extractor.
    3) Will it be safe to make a copy of 0CUSTOMER as ZCUSTOMER, add the new attributes in ZCUSTOMER and use ZCUSTOMER for our requirement. In this case also we will need to enhance the extractor.
    Your inputs will be helpful.
    Thanks,
    Naveen Kr. Choudhary

    1) Will there be any impact of manually adding attributes to 0CUSTOMER on the data flow/where used list of 0CUSTOMER.
No there will not be any impact for the where used list of 0CUSTOMER info object, there will be effect once the enhanced data source is replicated to BI side.
    2) In order to get the master data for newly added attributes we will need to enhance the extractor. Could you let me know the entire process of enhancing the standard extractor.
    SE11 --> create the Structure
Tcode: RSA6 -> Double click on the Data source --> Now in the DS:customer version screen you can see the extract structure name --> double click on it -->Next you will find an option of Append Structure button --> click on it -->
Add the necessary field's in the Append Structure with Component Type:. Before you exit, make sure that you activate the
structure by clicking on the activate button.
    Next
-->You need to confirm that the Added filed has been added to the DataSource and that it will be available to BW. When you go  back at the Postprocess Datasource and Hierarchy screen(RSA6), select the same DataSource again and press the Change DataSource button .
Check for the filed that you had appended, it will be appeared at the bottom of the extract structure.
Once this is done now the appended fileds are ready in DS, now we need to populate the data from the corresponding tables.
For this Select the Data source 0customer_attr --> click on Function enhancement --> enter the project name and next enter the Enhancement RSAP0002 This enhancement has four components that are specific to each of the four types of R/3
    DataSources:
    Transaction data EXIT_SAPLRSAP_001
    Master data attributes EXIT_SAPLRSAP_002
    Master data texts EXIT_SAPLRSAP_003
    Master data hierarchies EXIT_SAPLRSAP_004
With these four components , any R/3 DataSource can be enhanced suing the above 4 Function module. In this case, you are enhancing a Master data DataSource, so you only need EXIT_SAPLRSAP_002 .
Next we need ABAP developer in order to enahance the DS and write the logic to populate the values to the filed from the source table.
once this is done save the code and activate it.
Next fill the set up tables and  Goto RSA3 tcode check the data source and check for the fileds that were appened are populated with the values or not.
(for more detailed steps our friend Chowdary has send u the links go through them)
    3) Will it be safe to make a copy of 0CUSTOMER as ZCUSTOMER, add the new attributes in ZCUSTOMER and use ZCUSTOMER for our requirement. In this case also we will need to enhance the extractor.
I dont think there is a need for creating a new ZCUSTOMER , you can use the standard one.

  • Standard extractors for pricing conditons in CRM

    HI Guys,
I would like to extract pricing conditions from CRM and wondering if there is a standard extractor for that.
    thanks

    Hi Bhat,
There is no standard CRM datasource to extract pricing information. I have attached a document to this message with a suggestion on how you might create your own extractor to load the pricing information, see the document pricingconditionssuggestion.DOC. Please note that this is only a suggestion and there is no guarantee that it will work
or meet your requirements. If you implement the suggestion though please let us know the results.

  • Standard extractor for ECC table BFOD_A

    Dear Gurus,
Do we have any standard extractor delivered by sap to extract data from ECC table "BFOD_A".
Also this table does not have any timestamp field..so in case we create generic datasource on this table how to do we extract delta.
    Thanks,
    Sandeep

As far as I know there is no standard extractors for this table. You are trying to get AR by Profit Center information? The FI consultant had tried adding a timestamp field but unfortunately the customized program is not 100% correct (as we have missing data in delta). So we just created a generic extractor on this table and perform weekly full load until the customized program got fix.
