Delivers part of BI SE ONE

I've just made test or demo installation of BI SE One to see how it works and what has been included there. I can see there still BI Delivers being available in user interface but it's not listed in sales material. In sales material I've understood the Delivers should be part of Enterprise Edition not Standard Edition.
Could somebody confirm if Delivers is part of SE One?

I would either say that the iOS is correpted due to a software glitch or y have have a hardware problem like bad memory locations that are corrupting the iOS.
- Restore from backup via iTunes. This will install a fresh copy of the iOS. See:
iOS: How to back up
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.   This will elimate corruptin in the backup causing the problem.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

T60 Fan Replacement - Which part is the right one?

How do I know which fan model number to use? I have a 2613-CTO but on the parts info listing, 2613-CTO matches with 4 different model numbers:
41V9931 (integrated)
41W6406 (integrated)
41V9932 (discrete)
41W6407 (discrete)
How do I know which part is the correct one for my laptop?
Any assistance would be much appreciated, thanks!!!

Any "discrete graphics" fan will do just fine, since that's what you have in that T60.

If you are using a PC, log on to iCloud using Safari (rather than Explorer) to reset the photostream. Then turn iPhone/iPad photostream off and back on. I was getting the same server error as you and this advice from another blog worked for my iPhone and iPad. But I still can't get photostream deleted from my apple tv. There does not seem to be a photostream on/off control In Apple tv 4.4 software. I tried switching the screen saver to one of the ones that comes preloaded on the device, then back to photostream but all the old photos are still there. If anyone can help with this, I would appreciate it.

How do I copy parts of layers from one AI doc into a new AI doc and keep/create same layer names?

How do I copy PARTS of layers containing many objects from one CS5 AI (v.15.0.2) doc into a new CS5 AI doc and keep/create the same layer names?
To start with, I have one fairly complex AI document with 100 layers, with several hundred items in each layer. For example, one layer named "Stars" contains 400 separate stars (not grouped), another layer named "Crosses" contains 300 separate crosses, and a 3rd layer named "Text" contains 200 separate words (not outlined).
If I select, by marqueeing a section of the image/artboard, some (but not all) of the individual items contained in the several layers, then paste that selection into a new CS5 AI doc, I cannot get them to create new layers of the same name. Instead they go into one general layer (e.g. "Layer 101") as a jumble of discrete, but unorganized objects (no layers or sublayers). In other words, I have lost the 3 main layers from which I selected a bunch of objects.
Checking "Paste Remembers Layers" has no effect on this result. In fact "Paste Remembers Layers" does not remember layers at all. Only if I select ALL the items in the several layers will it paste those layers by those names into the new doc (or create new layers of the same names).
Of course it is a COLOSSAL waste of time copying the ENTIRE document, then pasting the WHOLE thing into the new doc (with layers retained), then deleting the parts I DON'T need, so please don't suggest that as the solution.

No Monica, nothing in Plug-ins other than the standard installed items (extensions, filters, formats, etc.). No 3rd-part clipboard extension on my computer that I'm aware of, either. All frustratingly basic. And my other CS5 Adobe programs appear to work well, at least to the extent that I am familiar with them.
So, from what I can tell of the various comments (thanks to all of you), am I correct in thinking that it seems I can't, in fact, do what all of you can do (that is, copy some objects from some layers in one doc and paste into another doc preserving those same layers by name and organization, and each containing the correct objects from each original layer)?
If so, that solves half my issue - "is it supposed to be possible to do it"; leaving just the other half - "why can't I do it too".
I'll get those screenshots made and posted later just in case I haven't adequately described the issue, or y'all haven't understood it.

Copying a part of image from one file to another

I am very new to InDesign, 2days old. I have to copy a small part of an image from one file and to paste on the other file. Is it possible? If yes, can you anybody explain me step by step?

Welcome to the forum.
Briefly, I would open the image in Photoshop. Crop the area you want. Size it to the finished size at (for printing) 300ppi, save it in the folder where you are going to save your InDesign document. Create a new InDesign document, choose Print for the intent, select the page size, margins, etc. save and name your document. You can place (command/control D) your image. Resizing it and positioning it to suit.
By using a PSD file you can easily round trip back to Photoshop to make more changes.
You should get some lessons, such as those on Lynda.com and Trainsimple.com and there are some excellent books available as well - Classroom in a Book and Visual Quickstart Guide.

Downloading files - can I block the empty file from appearing at all? I'm not talking about the .part file, but the one that disappears later anyways.

Let's say I'm downloading several files, for each file that I'm downloading two new files appear in my download folder. For 'vol1.rar' I have ''an empty'' 'vol1.rar' and a 'vol1.rar.part' file, same for 'vol2.rar', 'vol3.rar', etc.
I would like to block this empty 'vol1.rar' file from appearing at all - it disappears after the download is finished anyway, and the .part file gets renamed with the actual name.
I'm downloading files to my desktop, from where I move them to the folders I want them in - having this disappearing 2nd file messes up the order I download the files in - if I add a new file after one of the files I was downloading has finished, the file be placed in the empty spot that the finished file has created, making it harder for me to move to the correct folder.
A lot of people have asked if it was possible to turn off the .part file, but I haven't seen a single thread about the empty file instead.
I know this file isn't necessary, because I moved it to another folder/deleted it many times before the download was finished and the real file was still fine.
So, any ideas as to how to block this file?

I don't believe there is any way to prevent file downloading if you allow internet access at all. as Király says, whatever they download and install will be limited to the guest account and will go poof on the logout.
however you can disable CD/DVD and external drives access. some of it can be done by enabling parental controls on the guest account. for more options you can install server admin tools

and use workgroup manager to set further restrictions on the guest account.
P.S. workgroup manager can also forbid guest to mount disk images which will effectively make it impossible to install any programs at all even in the guest account.

Apple doesn't take used systems in trade. You can prepare the system to be sold (delete your personal data, etc), and put it on ebay or craigslist or other resource to sell it. Or you could always donate it to a member of your family.

Can RoboHelp projects be part of more than one RH server project group?

Hi. I'm wondering if a RH project can be made part of 2 or more project groups. I'm interested in having the content of a project appear in more than one "search domain" (RHS virtual Web site -- I've forgotten the term for this.)

Regardless of whether the project is published to a different area / context, you can duplicate the existing Single Source Layout changing the publish properties as required. This would save you time and reduce the scope for publishing to the wrong location.

Replace T410 motherboard, but which part is the right one?

I have a T410 2516-ADU and need to replace the blown motherboard, hopefully from eBay. I'm looking at the "parts" section of the relevant lenovo support page, where it lists 2 different boards: 75Y4066 and 60Y5713
Can I use either one? Is one better than the other? How do I know?

Thanks for the reassuring info. When I turn on the computer I get a few green flashes of an LED light on the keyboard and that is it - nothing further. Digging around on the forums and elsewhere it apears that this is likely caused by a motherboard failure? I am on assignment in West Africa at the moment, and am hoping to get the laptop (which I left in the States), shipped out to me with a replacement board so I can attempt the fix. Unfortunately that means I can't take the board out and send it to you for a swap-out, but thanks for the offer

How can i put one part in front and one part in the back?

Alright i made this phone and a person and i want to put the bottom in front of his chin and the top behind the ear. How should i do this? Couldnt find anything in my classroom in a book, book.

The part in front and the part in back have to be two separate objects. Put a rectangle to completely cover the bottom part of the phone and let it mask the whole phone. Copy the clipping group (or duplicate its layer in the layers panel); on the copy, direct-select the end of the mask rectangle that doesn't bisect the phone and drag it the other way, so the rectangle now covers (and crops) the top half of the phone. If you do this on layers you need only make sure the phone-bottom is on the top layer, phone-top is on the bottom layer, and the person layer is between them.

Is this part # 661-2587 the one for the v.92 internal modem??

According to the Manual I have that part number was used in the MDD's 2003, so I would say yes its a v.92, and thats according to my system profiler.

Okay I love apple and its multiple products but I have been experiencing some problems with itunes. I love That 70s Show and have 6 season of it and a program i bought that transfers them into ipod format. For some reason there are a couple of episodes that have the same information of seasons, shows, but are in a different part of itunes. I have tried reinstalling the episode but it doesnt become part of the other 100 episodes.

I've encountered errors like this with some of my episodes of this and that. I looked carefully and saw that in some files, the names of the ep or the series had a space after the last character, I found this made ITunes thing it was a completely different thing. Dunno if that'll help you but u may want to have a look at your tags. GL

Replacement MagSafe DC cables are not available. You'll need to work with the pieces you have or buy a new AC adapter (which would be the better choice).
