Delivery addresses in SRM 7

Hi all,
Im in SRM 7.0.1.
I need to create the delivery addresses and assign it to users in PPOMA_BBP.
In SRM 5,the transaction for creating "Delivery address" was "EDIT INTERNAL ADDRESSES"(web) and BBPADDRINTC(SAPGUI).
However in SRM 7,even with the administartor role. in Portal,I dont see the trasnaction "EDIT INTERNAL ADDRESSES" to create the delivery address!
Pleasea advise how to create delivery addresses in SRM 7?

May I please further request for your assitance I am trying to create a SC and I have tried to add delivery address bby 2 types .
1. By adding through the portal
2> i have tried to add the same throgh ppomabbp in user attributes "Delivery address"
I have also made it default however when I raise the SC it again shows me as blank :
I am not too sure how do I populate the value that I need . Please see below still the delivery address is blank !!

Delivery Address in SRM - use of ECC plant address

Hello experts,
we are using SRM 7.0 in the classic scenario. Our goal is to use the ECC plant address as delivery address in ECC purchase orders. This is working just fine if the delivery address in SRM is neither maintained through the attributes nor manually. The only problem for the enduser is, that the ECC plant address is not visible in SRM.
Is there a possibility to make the plant address visible in the SRM Shopping Cart?

For this you may need to put some simple RFC log in DOC_Change_BADI..
Logic:
Pre-requirement:
Mapping between Storage location and ECC address number..
Business logic
Once the use select a storage location the Doc_Change Log will call the ECC to get the address info and populate accordingly under Delivery address tab..
Advantages:
You don't have a risk here to maintain the address information in SRM..

Delivery address replication from ECC to SRM

Hello All
We are onboarding a punch-out vendor in SRM. The Vendor said that they won't read the delivery address sent by us in the PO output, but would rather pre-store all the delivery addresses and their codes.
The code would be auto read & this way they can ship immediately with just 1 day lead time.
We are using classic scenario and noticed that when the PO is created in the backend, it always creates a new address number each time , even for the same address.
We are mulling about a process where the Ship to address would be created in ECC and replicated to SRM , with the same number as ECC.
So my question is :
1) Is it possible to replicate the Addresses from ECC to SRM using any report or ALE?If yes what is the process for the same.
2) Can we maintain the number range of the Ship to address object in SRM as external, so that ECC and SRM has the same #s.

Ans : You can create delivery address in SRM from ECC by creating a Report and Utilizing RFC function module to read address
data from ECC and creating the same in SRM through FM BBP_BUPA_ADDRESS_ADD [i hope the FM is correct as i do not have the system now].
I dont know of any standard interface though ....
2) Can we maintain the number range of the Ship to address object in SRM as external, so that ECC and SRM has the same #s.
Ans : Does not look possible to be .. since there are amny type of addresses in the system all uses the same internal number range. You can utilize some of unused field in delivery address to store the address number of ECC system like Building code , Street_suppl 3 etc ...
However i suggest do not make things complex and keep it simple.

Delivery address SRM

Dear Experts
Can you confirm the table name which holds the delivery addresses in srm and if there is a function to load multiple delivery addresses. We are currently using SRM 4.0 EC. I am aware of table BBPADDRINTC but cannot drill down from here to the delivery address data.

Couple of approaches are there to get the Table field realtionships.
As Marcin told, there are multiple tables in SRM which hold the Address data.
1) You can look in tables like BUT000, BUT020, BUT021, ADRC, ADRP.
2) Other than that, you can anways, refer to transaction - BBP_PD for getting the complete details of any shopping cart in sRM with its' rable names and fieldnames.
3) Use standard function modules- BBP_GET_ATTRIBUTES_ANALOG
BBP_GET_ATTRIBUTES_AT03 for a particular user and get the ADDR_SHIPT attribute (Ship-To Address) and based on this Address number, from ADRC table, you can get the delivery address.
4) Several BADIs exist both in R/3 as well SRM to get this job done as well.

Company Names in delivery address

Hello,
We are using SRM 5 in classic mode.
When a purchase order is created in ECC from SRM, the delivery address is passed across from the shopping cart. We maintain a set of commonly used delivery addresses in SRM or the user can change the delivery address on the shopping cart.
We find that NAME1 and NAME2 on the delivery address are being filled with the short and long name for the organsiational unit in SRM that represents the company code.
The short name can only be 12 characters maximum and we don't want either of these to print. Can anyone advise how to stop this happening?
It is not possible to change the Sapscript in ECC because on some purchase orders in ECC we want to output the NAME1 or NAME2 fields. What we require is to stop SRM populating those fields - ideally by configuration.

As you are in Classic scenario, implement BAdI name BBP_CREATE_BE_PO_NEW, using either method FILL_PO_INTERFACE or FILL_PO_INTERFACE1 .
Method used will depend on which BAPI you call in R/3 to create the Purchase Order:
- BAPI_PO_CREATE
- BAPI_PO_CREATE1 for enjoy PO.
According to your need, you should clear fieds NAME1 and NAME2 from table IT_POADDRDELIVERY being a componant from method changing parameter CS_PO_DOCUMENT (or CS_PO1_DOCUMENT ).

SRM 7.0 Shopping Cart Item - customizing Delivery Address Tab fields

Hi experts,
I have to make the fields of tab Delivery Address in the Shopping Cart (Item detail) only readable.
In other threads I found similar questions: in SRM 7.0 I have to go in Customizing
SAP Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server -> Cross Application Basic Settings -> Extensions and Field Control (Personalization) -> Configure field control
and add fields for which I want properties to be changed.
The problem is that at start of the SC creation the fields are blank again, they became gray only if, for example, I take an address with the match code on NAME field, that populate the other field of the tab. Or if I check the document after I've insert the address Name.

If field is made as read only when address is maintained, the best option would be to maintain a standard address number in ADDR_SHIPT attribute in PPOMA_BBP.

i am doing below steps for this.
1. Adding custom field ZZfield in structure INCL_EEW_PD_PARTNER_CSF by using append structure.
2. Spro ->Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server -> Cross application basic settings -> Extensions and field controls (personalization) -> Configure field control ->Configure Control for Fields of Substructures
then click on "Metadata for Fields of Substructures and Table-Like Enhancements"
add the below entry
Bus. Object Set Type : I am trying 7 and 29
Structure Field Name : ZZfield

Set Level                    : Item
Field Visible : Check box should be checked

Please create a enchancement for component /SAPSRM/WDC_UI_DO_SHIPTO.
Add new input field and label in view V_DODC_SHIPTO.
Bind the input field value with field ZZfield from structure /SAPSRM/WDC_UI_DO_SHIPTO in the context node SHIP_TO .

Delivery address at Item Level and not at the Header Level

Hello Experts,
We are facing an issue as described below:-
We are in SRM 7.0 using classic scenario.
After approval of multi line Shopping Cart in SRM ,PR's are getting
automatically created in backend R/3 system.After converting PR's into
POs in backend R/3,we are observing that the delivery address for these
PO'are getting printed at Item level and not at the Header Level
inspite of the delivery address being same for all the Item level.
As desired,the delivery address in the PO's should have the delivery
address at the header level if the the delivery address is identical
for all the Item Levels.
However,if we create a PR directly in R/3 system and then convert these
PR's into PO's in the backend R/3 system,we find that the deliver
address are getting printed at the Header Level if the delivery address
is same for all the item level(which is as desired)
Any pointers will be highly appreciated.

It is standard process only.
In Po delivery address is maintained at item level because to which address perticular material to be delivered,
this may change from material to material or may not change

Plant name missing in PO line item details (Delivery address tab)

We are facing issue with ECC PO migration to SRM SUS client due to missing line item delivery address field name. We have PI integration. Name exist in PO XML on ECC interface but not copied on to PO line delivery address details (ME23n)
Impact:
We have 3 way channel between SRM client --> ECC ---> to SRM SUS client.
When we create PO in SRM it flows from SRM to ECC using Purchase order request_V1 sevice request. This part works PO get replicated successfully. But when this PO is pushed to SUS client we are facing error message : "Name details missing for the partner address" found from proxy debugging. Second part of PO migration from ECC to SUS is not working due to missing plant name details in ECC
When I copy PO (with missing details) to new PO and manually enter the details, scenario works with out any issue.
Please comment.

Did SRM--> ECC PO have address details updated properly. It seems the address did not get updated when the PO is coming from SRM to ECC and when you manually update it, it goes to SUS Perfectly.
For Delivery address , Name field is mandatory and ECC PO has to have the Name updated in Delivery Address.....
If ECC PO has Name field updated in delivery address tab, then check the XMLs between ECC and SUS whether XML has carried Name field to SUS or not

                We are upgrading from SRM 5.0 to SRM 7.0,In SC Creation We want to copy Delivery address of one line item in shopping cart to all line items in Shopping cart by clicking Change All Items button.This is custom button we added this button and we had written code to achieve the functionality but it is not working.This is same like Change All Items button in Account Assigment for copy accont details of one line item to all other line items in SC.

In my action ONCHANGE_ALL_ITEMS i called this method

How to change delivery address of limit order shopping carts?

I created and hold a limit sc. Afterwards I wanted to change the delivery address of the position by starting 'status check' and update sc.
I cannot find a tab with delivery address according to the screens of 'wizard'.
I get only the display of preferences for new shoppinc cart lines.
We have SRM 5.5 Server and ECS.
Can anyone help me?

Hi Joe,
Did you try to do via default ADDR_SHIPT address atribute? so this default values applicable to your limit sc also.I agree Joe. you are absolutely correct . There is no ship to address / location folder to change the delivery address in limit shopping card. We can not see ship to address folder in limit sc.
DEFAULT SETTINGS FOR ITEMS HAS SHIPT TO ADDRESS so you could not see.

The client requirement is
client want to maintain multiple delivery addresses and besed on the bussiness nedd he want to select the addresses .
Same way even BILL to address also is there any possibility for bill to address to choose .

How to create hundreds of SHIP TO ADDRESS in SRM 7.0

Hi Experts,
We are configuring SRM7.0 with ECC6 ( Ehp4) having Classic Scenario .
In ECC we are maintaing the Delivery Address at Storage Location level and we have such approx 4000 storage Location Address and so in SRM the Delivery Address in Shopping Cart should be address of the Stoarge Location.
But in SRM 7.0, the attribute ADDR_SHIPT is maintained for the "Internal Buiness Partner : Purchasing Companies".
1. Can anyone suggest, how these large no. of addresses ( i.e. approx 4000) can be created for One Purchasing Company ?
2. By using some BADi, while creating the S/C, is it possible to pull the address of the Storage Location & fill the address in S/C , when this Sto.Loc will be entered ?
3. Is it possible to keep the Delivery address BLANK in the S/C, by NOT maintaing the ADDR_SHIPT at all, so that while creating the Classic PO, system will pick up the delivery address of Sto .Loc in ECC and it will appear in tyhe PO Form ?
