Delivery adress is not updated in SC

Hi all,
We are going from SRM 5 to SRM 7 and we have BADI BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI~BBP_SC_CHANGE implemented in order to change some fields from Delivery adress tab (IT_PARTNER). In SRM 5 it was working fine but now in SRM 7 these fields are not updated with the new values.
All exporting tables are informed and I checked by debug that all fields are well informed in the internal table.
I have found some threads with the same problem in SMR 7 asking the same but there are no answers. Also I checked for OSS notes but I didn't find anything.
Do you have any idea?

I have a problem with creating delivery order using vl01n. When i'm creating delivery it is successfully saved and system giving delivery number also but problem is when i'm opend my delivery using vlo2 sytem not displaying my delivery. And one more thing while i saving the delivery document using vl01n after saving document i'm receiving message delivery is not updated; Express document " update was terminated" received from author DDIC. What is mean that i unable to solve this problem. Please solve my problem as eraly as possible.

For the above error message, if the system could not determine the partner function Sold To Party, system will throw this error.
So please check your partner function assignment.

Delivery doc no: not updated in dbtab

Dear Experts,
Till date our client was using VL04 for creating DA for only domestic sales, now they
are asking to provide facility to created DA for export shipment in VL04 and we have done customization for the same.
Now there are two separate (delivery document number) number ranges generated for
domestic and export sales.
Now my problem is : delivery document number generated for export sales is not getting
updated in database table VTRDI
Please advice

Delivery Output Type not updated automatically in change mode

Hello,
I am dealing with a strange problem.
If i open delivery to change using VL02N then, output type configured for reissue is updated properly and on save ouput type is getting successfully processed also.
Now if i open VL03N and then using change mode button on application toolbar i go to change of delivery, then output type is not getting created. The issue was figured out when i tried to open delivery from shipment and then using change button i tried to change and save delivery....

Hi,
May be this behaviour is due to the application in which you are opening the delivery. When you open the delivery from shipment, check the transaction code in the screen in system status. If it is VL03N, then it is correct. But if it is VT03N, then it is expected that even in change mode, the output is not triggered. Pls check this once.
I tried the same thing in an invoice from where i opened a SO and then went in change mode, and the otuput is getting retriggered.
I hope teh configuration of your output is correct. Ensure that the Multiple Issuing button is ticked on, if you want yoru output type is to be triggered everytime you go in change mode.

Stat. Delivery Date SLFDT not updated in ME21N

Hello.
We have updated SAP from 4.6C to ECC 6.0 and now SLFDT is not filled when creating PO (ME21N).
Not first time and not when delivery date is changed (and not printed).
Does anyone have an idea on where to look/debug? Where in the code is this field updated?
Could there be a userexit/BADI that stop this field to be updated?

The document which are already exist before your changes than it will not report.
becuase the info sturcture updates is not happend for those transaction.

Delivery Status Notification not updating properly??????

Hi All,
Am working on in Java Mail API. My application mainly used for sending automated e-mails to Outlook and I have to update the status of that e-mail whether that e-mail has been sent or not, by using DSN(Delivery Status Notification). Here we are using SMTP exchange server and POP3.
Below lines explain you how we updating the status of that e-mail status:
When receipient got automated e-mails from our application, one Delivery Receipt will goes to our Outlook mailbox(which gets only the delivery,read receipt status e-mail from that receipients). After they read that e-mail one Read Receipt will goes to that same mail box. Here we have one Java program which reads that mailbox using POP3. While reading that mailbox we are updating that status of the e-mail using some logics.
Perfectly I can able to update these DSN status in report in my developement environment(here we are using our own configured exchage server). Am using RFC822 to do this.
following sample code snippet:

dsn.append(SrvObj.getFromEmailId().trim());

Nothing guarantees that you'll get a DSN or MSN.
The server that ultimately delivers the email might not support DSNs or might be configured not to send them.
The mail reader used to read the message might not support MSNs or the user might choose not to allow them to be sent.
Unless you have control over all the mail servers and mail readers being used, you can't depend on getting DSNs or MSNs.

Statistics-Relevant Delivery Date is not copied

Hi,
when i tried to change delivery date of PO at item level , the Statistics-Relevant Delivery Date is not updated automatically with item level delivery date in delivery shedule, but delivery field is updated with item level delivery date .
Can anyone update this query if you have any idea.

Here I checked in me22n with changing delivery date that time Stat.Del.Date is updating automatically in delivery schedule in item level with that same date.
U just check this with the help of ABAPer why this date is not changing.

STO history not update in stock transfer order,

Hi, Experts,
I have create delivery against Stock transfer order , But i checked in some STO case - purchase order history tab not update, What is the reaon for this . can any body gives solution.
One more question, I had created STO & Then do PGI against this STO, After this i also take GRN for this, But when i had check ddocument flow for outbound delivery GRN document not update, But it display in STO history tab.
Pls give me solution for both question.

1. Is this problem reproducible? If yes, you may need to create a message for it in service market place.
2. If this is only a single case, you can re-create the EKBE (po history) entry via report ZCREA_EKBE. Please check SAP note 433505.
3. Regarding the GR document and document flow, this is related with how you post the GR. If you post GR in MIGO with reference to the outbound delivery, it should be updated to the document flow. How did you post it?

PGI status at delivery header level has not updated

Dear Friends,
We had created deliver, picking was completed and PGI was completed successfully. However when we try to create Billing, an error occurs stating that PGI is not completed.
Further when we check the delivery, the Goods Issue status at item level is completed but at the Header level the GM is B which is partially completed. In the Document flow we can see the PGI Status is completed.
I think there might be some table which was not update. Is there any way to update the status in the delivery?
Further we tried to reverse the PGI through VL09, but system is not able to find the delivery ..this might be because the system might be checking in some table where the statues has not updated.
Please suggest me how should I complete this.

Go to transaction "SE16N" and enter table "VBUK" and give the delivery number in the field sales document number. Now you type "&SAP_EDIT" in the transaction bar and execute. Here you can change the status(Total goods movement). And see If you can actually bill the document. Kindly please let me know If you need any more information on this.

PLANNED DELIVERY TIME IN DAys is not updating
i have passed
la_plantdata-plnd_delry = P_PLND_DELRY.
la_plantdatax-plnd_delry = 'x'.
i have commited the work too but the field is not updated

can you check whether la_plantdatax-plnd_delry field is 3 charcter or one character field.
Generally it will be like below.
la_plantdata-plnd_delry = 100

Inbound Delivery Idoc not update PIC and PGI with split batch.

Dear Experts,
Delivery outbound with split batch send to third party Warehouse to PIC and PGI from SAP, then receive the delivery inbound IDOC to update the PIC and PGI in SAP from third party. Basic Idoc DELIVERY03 it's works fine with out split batch, with split batch it's not updating PIC and PGI at the same time no error. Please advice on this

Billing status in delivery not updated for free-of-charge flow

Hi,
I have a free-of-charge flow: sales order-delivery-invoice. The invoice has the net value 0 and do not goes in accounting. The problem is that the billing status in delivery is still "not invoiced" and because of this i can make more invoices for the same delivery/qty. Why the status in not updated? The item categ is relevant for billing (A).

You can refer SAP Note 33258 - Processing free-of-charge items.
Where they talk about Item cat setting, use of Cond Type R100.

PO item change is not updated after Delivery completion

Dear All,
PO item change is not updated in the PO at the completion of the delivery.for a particular line item. In our QA system, its updated but client is facing an issue with the production system. Pls check the attached screen which I got from QA. There is no such log in the production system. Kindly help me to have a solution for this.

Hi Dev,
After we post the GR for a PO line item, PO history is updated (line) and at the same time that particular change log is available under PO line item. But in production system, said log is not updated after GR is completed fully.
