Delivery date in PR created through MO

Dear PM guys,
When I create PR for Exetrnal services/Non-Stock through ME51,on saving system will give information Can delivery date be met? and we can change the date if needed. When I try to create PR through MO,system is not giving any info on delivery date and its taking Basic finish date as delivery date.Is there is any way to enter/change the delivery date while creating PR through MO.
Regards
ISWARI

hi iswari
you can have different dates for PR,but it is based on your settings in customization ( you have to deselect the collective PR req for the order type, so that system will create individual PR to individual operation or non stock material)
then as i said before make the schdulling parameters as Adjust basic dates to the operation ,then in the maintenance order create 2 operation and assign each one to different materials and in the operation detail screen specify the dates required.hence system will create individual PR for each operation/material and dates will be picked from the operation

  • How to change default value of requested delivery date in va21 create quo

    hi experts,
My requirement is simple, to add one day to the default value of the Req deliv date under "General header data" in VA21.
    I modified MV45AFZZ (an include in SAPMV45A).
    I added this code:
    if sy-tcode eq 'VA21'.
      case screen-name.
        when 'RV45A-KETDAT'.
         write reqdate to RV45A-KETDAT.
       screen-input = 0. "don't let user change it back.
screen-active = 1. " but let user see the field and the
      endcase.
    endif.
reqdate is the new value for RV45A-KETDAT which is sy-datum + 1.
This code does'nt actaully change anything. I tried to change other values of other fields using the same code and it works. Is RV45A-KETDAT the correct field to use?
    Thank you in advance.

You don't need to do that via user exit.  You can configure the RDD defautls by document type in SD config, and adding 1 day to the current date is very simple.  You can continue to use the FIELD_MODIFICATION user exit to lock down the field.
Also, as a general practice in the sales exits, don't use SY-TCODE, use T180-TCODE or T180-TRTYP, even if you're not using BAPIs to create documents.

  • Delivery created through ME2O without PO number

As you are aware , you will not see PO number in Delivery if it is created through ME2O transaction. Could any one tell me how to get PO number in Delivery which is created by ME2O by some enhancemets/user exits etc.

ME2O is able to create deliveries to your subcontractor even when there is no PO, further you can deliver more quantity than the PO component quantity, and you can create one delivery to deliver components that are needed for more than one PO.
We often deliver a full truck load of components to a subcontractor, to save as much freight costs as possible. The subcontractor does not just a one-time subcontracting for us, he does it on-going.
because of this functionality SAP cannot establish a link between a PO and a delivery of components

  • The delivery date for the PR needs to consider planning Calender Periods

    Hi Friends,
Please help me in solving in my scenario given below:
The Planning calender periods are from Monday through Thursday(No Friday and weekends). When there is a Purchase Requisition (PR) planned date on Monday and the GR processing time is one day. The delivery date should be on the before Thursday (Becasue there is no period on Friday).
But, the delivery date is being created with the before Friday, which shouldn't happen.(Requirement is that Delivery date shouldn't consider that friday, hence, the delivery date needs to be on Thursday).
NOTE: The lot size settings are Lot sizing Procedure : P(Period lot sizing procedure), Lot-size indicator: K (Period lot size as in Planning Calender), Scheduling : 1 (Period Start = Delivery date).
Thanks for helping me in advance,
    Surendra Chakka

    Hi Santosh,
Thanks for your Questions. Below are the explainations:
    1. Can you expalin how your system is behaving at the moment?
    A. Presently the GR Processing time is 1 day for a material in Plant. So, if the user wants to produce on Wednesday (Planned date in PR, provided by the MRP run), then the delivery should be on Tuesday (Because GR processing time is 1 day). In  the same way, he dont wants the delivery to be on Friday. I mean, if he wants to produce on Monday,  he wants the delivery to be on Thursday.
Only Friday, he don't wants to make the Delivery.(The delivery date should not show Friday in PR's).
    2. Pls explain your original MRP view and planning calendor setting...
    A. For solving of the above issue, we changed the Lot size to copy of "PK" - Period lot size acc to planniong calendar. Then we maintained the Planning calendar, in which the periods are for every Monday, tuesday, wednesday and thursday. Expecting, the delivery  should be excluded for friday, the friday in the planning calendar is not given as a period.
The scheduling paramter in the Lotsize is tried with both the options (period start = Deliery date and period end = Delivery date).
Later removed "PD" in MRP type and tried with "R1" Time phase req. But, the precondition for this is to maintain "Forecast req". This is also done. But, then, the system for this material is not responding to the MRP run. It is asking to run the forecast model. We ar not using SOP.
    3. The results thst you get with current setting?
    A. For the planned date in PR of Monday, the delivery date in PR is on the day before monday. i.e., Friday (Saturday and sundays are holidays).
    4. Expected results...?
    A. For the planned date in PR of Monday, the delivery date in PR should be Thursday (the day before monday production).
Hope, i am clear in my explaination. Please revert back, if you need any more information.
    Thanks and Regards

  • Requested delivery date in a Sales Order?

    Hi,
In one of my client Functional document, it is mentioned that
[Material Availability Date] = [Requested Delivery Date] u2013 [No days in route]
I want to know that from where does the system get the requested delivery date when we create a sales order? Is it determined automatically based on certain parameters or is defaulted always to the order creation date?

It is based on few parameters like
    1. The relevant document type and in there Requested Delivery Date and there you will get Lead time in days and you can entar the number of days there. As it Specify the number of days after the current date that the proposal for the requested delivery date in the sales document should be.
2.In material Master MRP2 screen you will get Scheduling Screen where you will get
    In-house production
    GR processing time
    Plnd delivery time

  • PO delivery date changed according to delivery date on the inbound delivery

    Hi!
Initial PO date is changed according to the inbound delivery date when I create inbound delivery.
For example, initial PO has order qty. 1000 and delivery date 8/10/07.
And then I created inbound delivery for that PO with qty. 500 and changed delivery date to 8/5/07 on the inbodund delivery. Then when I check PO again, PO line item delivery date was changed to 8/5/07 which is
inbound delivery date. I think remaining 500 should have the same
delivery date originally assigned unless we change manually.
If somebody have experience, please let me know.
    Thank you!

    Dear Wan Lee,
I think you also need to check for your Configuration setting for confirmation:IMGMM> Purchasing-->Confirmation.

  • Popup we recieve for the realistic delivery date while creating PR

    Hi All,
When ever we create a PR for non stock item, we get an information message saying that Can the Realistic date be met, the date here is being either calculated by Processing days in configuration or by the Planned delivery time in Material master. The user is using Offset in the General tab of the component view. The offset maintained is same a sthe date reflected in Purchase Requistion.
Is there any way out to bring the date in the popup as per it is being maintained in the offset?

    Hi,
As said system will consider the GR processing & planned delivery times, offset  in MM02 while calculating requirement date , if u want to give preference only to Offset when it is maintained in IW32 then i believe u may have to re-calculate the delivery date with any of the options ..
    1. Check it via user exit :- COZF0002 Change purchase req. for externally procured component
    2. If ur in ECC:6 .0 ,EHP4 then u can manually change the delivery date  by activating business fucntion set LOG_EAM_CI_3

  • How to Change delivery date of Purchase Requisition created from PM  module

    Hi all,
We are creating service PR from PM module. There is a need that user should be able to change the
Delivery Date of the PR. When we use ME52N , the field is grayed out.
If the PR is created with same data manually with ME51N, we are able to change the delivery date.
Please suggest how to do this.
    Thanks

I´m sorry, but my english, is not better.
Why in the Scheduling for External Procurement, the Purchase Requisition take (or picks up) as Delivery date, the Basic End Date of the Maintenance Order (PM).
What must I do in the customizing so that the Purchase Requisition takes (or picks up) the delivery date as the Basic End Date of the Maintenance Order.

  • Delivery date getting calculated wrongly in delivery created via VL10D

    Hi Gurus,
We have a strange issue, where in delivery date is getting calculated wrongly for replenishment delivery created via VL10D.
When we are creating via VL10D , delivery date is getting the additional 30 days from MaxDlvCrteDate . With initial investigation i see that VL10D has delivery creation profile 0101 for which no of days maintained in max delv creation date is 30 .
I assume that the delivery date is getting the additional days from delivery creation profile felid no of max delv creation date .
I have created the delivery on 24.03.2011, as per the route no of TL time is 9 days , So Ideally the delivery date should be 04.04.2011 , however system has calculated it as 23.04.2011
Delivery no             No of days in MaxDlvCrteDate                        Delivery  date
    213443158                           30                                                       23.04.2011
If I create the delivery for the same PO using t-code VL10B, then delivery date is calculating correctly.
Not sure why system behavior is strange.
Please help me with your inputs to resolve the issue..
    Thanks in advance

Please request one Abaper  to solve this problem.
You cannot due nothing as the problem is in Code.
