Delivery date in WCEM Quotation

Hi All.
We have implemented WCEM , Is there a way to show the requested delivery date in WCEM ?
Detailed explanation : We create quotations in CRM which are displayed in WCEM -> My Account -> Quotations .
we enter the expected delivery date in Quotation at the time of creation in CRM,  but  It seems there is no requested delivery date field available in WCEM (even with extended UI).
Is there a way using with we can make requested delivery date for quotation available in WCEM .
Regards,
Naval

My requirement is that required delivery date should not be copied when i create a sales order with reference to quotaion,
In the sales document types i have unchecked propose delivery date .it works fine while creating quotaion but then when i create sales order with ref to quotation the required delivery date is copied into the sales order which i dint want.
    Kindly guide me on this

    Hi,
I think if u dont want to copy only required delivery date from QT to OR  you need to write the routine and has to assign in VTAA -Coping requirements.
if u assign 502 it ill not copy quantiy in schedule lines i think.
Just ask your ABAPer about 502 , if it work then assign the same to ur document types in VTAA.
    Hope this will helps u

    Dears,
The delivery date is not coming in RFQ from the first screen, instead it is showing current date.  For each and every material we have to change the delivery date.  Any idea how to to put as default so that it will pick up from the first screen?
    Thanks,

GO to SPRO---Materials Management ---Purchasing  --RFQ/Quotation -- Define Screen Layout at Document Level then select ANA or transaction code
Check the T-code of that screen and plz get back

  • Committed Delivery Date in a Purchase Order?

Commmited Delivery Date in Purchase Order?
Can any one tell me , how is the commited delivery date in Purchase Order Determined!
I get a date which is sunday as committed delivery date but according to Route Calendar and shipping
point calendar sunday is not a working day?
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks!

    Hi,
find this notes might be use full for you .
Commitment dates switch for calculation rule
Key that controls how the commitment quantities should be calculated per sales document type.
    Use
The commitment date is calculated using the delivery time for releases to contracts with delivery times, or sales orders that refer to quotations containing delivery times. The committed quantity results from the agreed delivery time or the confirmed quantity, according to the calculation rule set here.
    Dependencies
You can set the following calculation rules:
    A: Consider agreed delivery time
Here, all required schedule lines are committed for the date that lies at the agreed distance from the delivery time, according to the date on which the order was placed. If the customer requests a later date, this can be confirmed. The confirmation does not affect the calculation. If you do not enter a delivery time, the system does not calculate a committed quantity.
    B: First confirmation date
The committed quantity is calculated according to the first confirmed quantities.  If a delivery time exists for the item, the system takes it into account, as in calculation rule A, and confirms the earlier date. The commitment date is recalculated if the material, quantity, first date, or delivery time change. The quantities confirmed then are valid once the document has been saved.
    C: First confirmation date
Rule C is the same as calculation rule B but for new items. If you save a document again but the system can confirm more for the customer, the more favorable situation will be saved as the commitment. As in rule B, the commitment date will be recalculated if changes are made to the material, quantity, requested delivery date, or delivery time.
    No entry
Commitment dates are not calculated or displayed.

  • Statistics Relevant Delivery Date on purchase order

    Gentlemen
Please I need your help with this scenario
1.We create a Request for Quotation (ME41) with delivery date 01.05.2010; a message for this action was created and sent.
    2. We maintain last document (ME47) with Quotation info, this action includes the net price and update the delivery date to 10.05.2010. At this moment the system display a warning (Message no. 06273 u201CStatistics-relevant deliv. date will not be changed automaticallyu201D) and a new message is no created for this action.
    3. After that, we create a Purchase Order by adopting last Quotation, and Delivery Date is fixed on 10.05.2010 but Statistics-Relevant Delivery Date is fixed in 01.05.2010.
We need the behavior that we describes as follows: Creating a Purchase Order by adopting a Quotation, Delivery Date and Statistics-Relevant Delivery Date on the Purchase Order  must be copied from the updated date on the ME47 without sending a new message (for this case 10.05.2010); currently this last date is applied for delivery date but no for Statistics-Relevant Delivery Date.
Is possible to do this via customizing or SAP note or de we have to modify and exit?
Thanks in advance for your help

  • Proposed delivery date should not get copied to the target document

    Hi gurus,
I am creating a quotation and it is taking proposed delivery date as creation date and confirming a schedule line. When i create the sales order the same data is coped to the sale order. I have a different delivery date in sales order , but the system dose not allow me to change the date saying that a schedule line already confirmed for this line item.
I have unticked the copy schedule line the copay control of item category from quotation to order. still the same problem...pls help

    Hi,
If you carefully look at the problem, the root cause is not at the schedule line but at the document header where the delivery date is given.
So if you really dont want the delivery date to be copied, you should do that in a new copying routine and in that routine, you should copy all the details except the delivery date. This means that even if you create with reference, system will ask you for requested delivery date. Now you can give the delivery date of your choice and further scheduling will happen automatically.

  • Requested delivery date is emtpy

We use business process creating quotation (AG) on CRM and
sending its to R/3 system (SD).
We try to create quotation in CRM system. Its quotation without problem go to R/3.
We fill requested delivery date (REQ_DLV_DATE) in CRM system in quote - and see:
its field is empty in quotation in R/3.
    Anybody ideas?

    Hi Denis,
If the Bdoc in CRM is populated with the requested delivery date then probably you need to debug teh data flow to see where the deleivery date is getting lost.
But before you get into the hassle of debugging the data flow check for any SAP OSS to see if there is any fix for this.
If the last option is debug then refer to the following OSS's on how to debug.

  • RFQ Delivery Date

    Hi,
While creating the RFQ, we enter the delivery date then we continue to create the RFQ with reference to PR, after this the PR delivery date is coming on the main screen of RFQ.  The requirement is that once we enter the delivery date on the main/first screen of RFQ, it should display for all materials of the RFQ.  (We know that we can change the delivery date item by item but the requirement is that it should come from the first screen - one input only).  Any idea?
    Thanks and regards,

    Hi,
PR's delivery date is having priority over Quotation delivery date. System will always display the Delivery date from Purchase requisition on the RFQ main screen. Its a standard SAP practice.
So you can manually change the delivery date on RFQ main screen or in Purchase requisition itself.

  • Copying valid until date from sales quotation to sales order

    Dear all,
is it possible to copy the Valid Until Date of a sales quotation to the Delivery Date of a Sales Order, when I use the "Copy To Sales Order" button of a sales quotation?
Is there a way to do this?
    Can someone help me, please?

The problem is that the FS will not fire using the Copy To button without any data changing.
(I would consider it an error, but it works that way.)
If you use the next FS, connected to the Remarks field, you can use it on the order with the Copy From button, or manually activated after a Copy To.
    declare @c nvarchar(254)
    declare @p int
    set @c=$[$16.1]
    set @p=charindex('Quotations',@c)
    set @c=substring(@c,@p+10,20)
    set @p=charindex('.',@c)
    Select OQUT.DocDueDate
    From OQUT
    Where OQUT.DocNum=cast(substring(@c,1,@p-1) as int)

  • Quoatation with Delivery date

    Dear SAP Gurus,
During Creation of Quotation  the system has to provide the delivery date of the material considering the PP Masters (Routing,).
    Thanks in advance..
    Rgds
    Deepak singhal

Thanks for the feedback but there is one more issue when the PR was created on 14.01.2011 the Planned Deilvery time was showing as 30 days and the delivery date was showing as 14.01.2011 (date on which PR was created) . This is a PR with account assignment F where we could see in the order Planned Delivery time was showing as 30 days . My question is then why is the Delivery date in the PR line item showing as 14.01.2011 (date on which PR created) and not taking the Planned delivery time into consideration while calculating the Delivery date of the PR .
    Thanks

  • Delivery Date needs to be changed on Schedule lines

    Hi All-
I am using BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE, to update the delivery date on the schedule lines...If I have 2 lines of schedule, needs to be updated the second one ETENR '0002'...
Bapi returns message that successfully processed, when I go back and look at Sales order, I don't se any changes on schedule line..
I am pssing into BAPI, sales doc and schedule line with the delivery date and the flag 'U'..and also I am using BAPI commit...
But, let me know if I am missing something and also let me know is it possible to change schedule delivery date or not?
    Thanks,
    Sony

    Hi
    Please follow this process.
Only specify fields that should be changed
Select these fields by entering an X in the checkboxes
Enter a U in the UPDATEFLAG field
Always specify key fields when changing the data, including in the checkboxes
The configuration is an exception here. If this needs to be changed, you need to complete it again fully.
Maintain quantities and dates in the schedule line data.
    1. Minimum entry:
You must enter the order number in the SALESDOCUMENT structure.
You must always enter key fields for changes.
You must always specify the update indicator in the ORDER_HEADER_INX.
    2. Commit control:
The BAPI does not run a database Commit, which means that the application must trigger the Commit so that the changes are read to the database. To do this, use the BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT BAPI.
