Delivery is not comming in VT01n

Hi,
I am trying to create the shipment but after delivery in Tcode -VT01N. delivery is not showing up. kindly let me know how can i resolve this problem.

Hi Sherry,
Delivery will not appear in the shipment if the route is not maintained in the respective Delivery transport tab. To get the route automatically in the delivery Route Determination needs to be maintained From Source Zone to Destination Zone.
SPRO---> S&D > Basic Function-> Routes ---> Define route and Route Determination ---> Maintain Route Determination.
Secondly Check the document flow is the delivery is all ready is assigned to some other shipment.
Third if the route is assigned to the delivery, is the route is relevant for transportation or not.
Revert if you have any query.

A part from above suggestions , Just check if any open orders are there .
If any open orders are existed system confirm the quantity in sales order level but same delivery quantity will not be reflected in delivery document.
If any open orders are existed make it delivery for those orders or reject those with putting reason for rejection.
Check copy controls in between sales order and delivery.

But some materials does not come to delivery screen(VL01N). Some of the materials ok..

Not sure if I understand your brief description on what you did correctly in the system.
Are there more than one type of item category in your Order (i.e. order-relv. and dlv-relv billing)??
You mentioned you created an Order --> Invoice --> Create Delivery..
Where order-related item is concerned, it will appear in Billing when you reference the Order number.. but where delivery-related billing is concerned, the delivery should be completed (i.e PGI) and then billed accordingly (using delivery number as reference)..

Sales BOM Header Material should not come in J1IJ or delivery

We have one depot plant, Now i am using the sales BOM, I have created one Material header with item category LUFM pricing at item level only, BOM is created, When I am entering the Header material in SO then alll child items are coming, then while creating the delivery all the child items and also the header items is coming in the delivery but same is coming in the J1IJ also I want that the header materal should not come in the J1IJ and it will be better if it is not in delivery if i set the indicator delivery block for header materia in SO then that item si not coming in Delivery but SO is shoing in Open SO as the header material is not delivered.
So is there any setting for this.
Also in quotaion I have maintain the item category assignment I have assign QT - LUFM - AGN
but whhen I am entering the header material in VA21 Ffor which the item category is LUFM system is giving the error message
No item category available (Table T184 QT LUMF )

Yes I want that the Header material should not come in J1IJ only. but i check the program of J1IJ it is selecting all the materials ref. to delivery number without any further check. also is it possible insted of SO if first we create the quotation in quotation therr willl be header material as well as child item but in SO only child item should get copy when creating ref. to that quotaion, I try with item category copy control, but then system is selecting non of the materils from Quotaion to SO, and when I allowed coopy control of header material from Quotaion to SO then it is copying Header as well as child items in the SO.

Delivery document not being picked while creating shipment document

Dear All,
Issue is regarding creation of shipment document.
As i am creating shipment document in VT01N, am unable to get the delivery doc . ie., delivery document is not picked in shipment creation.
I have created a sales order, picking is completed n saved, PGI not yet been done.
Am unable to create a shipment document due to delivery document not being picked.

The issue is solved.
As the Route was not picking in Sales Order so the delivery was not picked in shipment creation.
Route determination setting was not correct.

SMQ2 Error: Delivery has not yet been put away / picked (completely) in ECC

Hi All,
I am processing an Outbound Scenario..everything is fine until SMQ2 shows an error in ECC system. SMQ2 shows me the following error:
Delivery has not yet been put away / picked (completely)
Message no. VL609
My outbound delivery which was distributed to EWM system has overall picking status as blank (Not relevant for picking).
Our system is recently upgraded to EhP6, since then we are seeing this issue. Interestingly VL01NO (Delivery without reference to Order) works properly.
Other ECC-EWM integration settings are fine. Delivery Type and Item Category also look good.
I could not be able to find any OSS Note relevant to this situation.
Could you anyone help me.

Further what I see in this Outbound Scenario in EWM is when I am creating Outbound Delivery meant for EWM system with ref. to Sales Order, "Picking" tab shows EWM WHN but also shows Overall WM status as "Transfer Order Required" which is not correct.
If I remove Storage Location and re-enter then Over all WM status and Over all Picking status fields come as blank. But after all EWM processing, SMQ2 queue (FM: BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CONFIRM_DEC) fails with error
Delivery has not yet been put away / picked (completely)
Message no. VL609.
Any thoughts?

I have a Batch program that is calling VL02n for Delievry Picking ,Pcking & PGI....
This batch program runs in Background
For Some Delivery it is giving this Error Message "Delivery has not yet been put away / picked (completely)"
...But When i run the same program in foreground delivery got Processed Well.
CAN U PLS HELP ME

After reading again through your messages, I understand that you are doing both PICK and PGI in single update BDC call to VL02N.
This is NOT correct way to do this, as this does not ensure that PICK values are committed first and then only PGI is attempted. We did face similar problems and have solved it by separating PICK and PGI in to two calls separated by COMMIT WORK AND WAIT.
I would suggest you to split your BDC into two calls. One which does only PICK and save and then followed by COMMIT WORK AND WAIT and then followed by another which does PGI and save. This should avoid the problem altogether.
Why it is not happening in foreground mode is it does not happen so quickly as in background. Even a split second can make a difference, that is why I would want you to split up both PICK and PGI update in two separate CALL TRANSACTION VL02N
I am not sure if it would help to know where the "Delivery has not yet been put away / picked (completely)" message is raised, as it is raised withing SAPs PGI routines, and it is mandatory that ONLY picked values are used for PGI.
I can only say that the message is given under id VL and no 609, it should be embedded somewhere in the PGI call, why don't you try to PGI without picking and put a watchpoint SY-MSGNO = 609

Freight not comming in Outgoing Invoice

I have applied freight in the delivery challan.But when i am copying the delivry challan into outgoing Excise Invoice freight is not comming..can anybody please guide me why this is happening and how to solve the problem...?

You have to book Freight either in Delivery or in Invoice. Excise Invoice doesn't have the freight

"Partner Delivery Point Not Found" in SUS Purchase Order

Working on SRM5.0, I have created Purchase Orders in SRM which have been transmitted to SUS via XI. The PO's appear in SUS, but when I try to process the PO as the vendor (in order to send a PO response / goods confirmation etc back to SRM), the following error message appears "Partner Delivery Point not found" and the process can go no further.
When looking at the partner functions that are maintained in the SUS
PO, I can see a Sold-to party and a Goods recipient that have both a
Business Partner Number and an Address. However, the Delivery Point
partner has no Business Partner number, but does have an Address.
I am fairly certain there is no problem with the SRM shopping cart / PO. One of the examples I have looked at is as follows:
Cart and PO have the following partners maintained:
Requester - 509
Goods Recipient - 509
Delivery Point - 491
Location - 511
Vendor - 100122
The XML message sent via XI for this cart / PO has the following partners (confusing use of naming!):
Buyer - 491
Seller - 100122
Product Recipient - 509
Bill-to - 491 (Although same BP number as delivery point above, address is not the same and does not appear to come from any of the BP's mentioned above!)
Ship-to - 511 (Although same BP number as location above, address is not the same and does not appear to come from any of the BP's mentioned above and is same address as the Bill-to)
The SUS PO (attached) has the following partners:
Sold-to - 491
Goods Recipient - 509
Delivery Point - (Blank BP Number but address appears to come from business partner 491 as it is the same as the sold-to address above)
My understanding of this 'mapping' between the 3 components is as follows:
In the SRM shopping cart / PO you need the partners Requester, Goods Recipient, Delivery Point, Location and Vendor.
In the SUS PO you need at least Sold-to party, Goods Recipient and Delivery Point.
When SRM generates the XML message for the PO (to go to SUS via XI), it maps the business partners from the SRM PO to business partners in the XML file.
When SUS receives the XML message from XI, it maps the business partners from the XML file to the appropriate place in the SUS PO
Looking at my example, it is not obvious how the partners map from SRM to XML message in XI to SUS and nowhere in the XML message is there an address maintained without a business partner number so it appears that the business partner number is being 'lost' by SUS as it creates the PO.
I have searched OSS extensively and found very few messages which seem relevant (744231 looked promising, but has already been applied according to our patch level).
Any pointers???

Delivery is not showing incompleteness

Hi Friends,
1) I want to add picking quantity in delivery incompletion log so that when any body do not give the picked quantity in the delivery document under picking tab than while he checks incompleteness of delivery document under menu -> incompleteness than system should show picking quantity is not maintained in incompletion log.
2) Incomplete delivery document should come in V_UC reports
For these above mentiond point I have done the following setting:
A) Added these two fields in delivery header incompletion procedure
V50UC     SITUA     No picking: flow through / crossdocking          G1     0
V50UC     TVFO_PIK     Reqmts for picking not satisfied          G1     0
B) Added these two fields in delivery item incompletion procedure
V50UC     SITUA     No picking: flow through / crossdocking     IPIC_T     D8     0
V50UC     TVFO_PIK     Reqmts for picking not satisfied     IPIC_T     D8     0
Details of Status group G1,D8 are as bellowed:
General, Delivery,Billing,Price, Goods movement,Picking/putaway,Pack all chek box are checked
Still while I am checking the incompleteness without giving the picking quantity in delivery document , system is showing list contain no data in incompletion log. But message should come like incomplete data due to not filled shipping quantity.
And even delivery document is not coming in report V_UC.
Please guide me which configuration /customization setting is missing??

My iPhone would just randomly give me a blue screen and then restart--did that a bunch of times between Tuesday and last night. As of last night, it WILL NOT come back on. iTunes says it's in recovery mode....what does all of this mean???

Tuesday night I was texting a friend and when I went to open her message, my screen went blue and restarted. I just wrote it off as weird and went on about my business. Later that night, I tried to turn on my phone and it would not turn on. I plugged it up, held down the power button, and pressed the home button all numerous times. I looked online and it said to do a "hard reset" by holding down the power and home button at the same time--my phone then came on. Throughout Wednesday, it would give me a blue screen and restart--nothing major just really annoying. I took it to the local Verizon store where I bought the phone from and he said that it was some type of hardware defect and I was still under my year warranty so I could get a new one for free--the free phone won't be here until tomorrow, Saturday. I took it home and it didn't give me any trouble for a couple of hours. The next day it was cooperating and then I left town for a little while and it acted up (blue screen and then restarting) a few times. When I got home, it acted up again and so I restarted the phone and it was working fine. A few minutes later, I tried to check my messages and the phone was off again. No matter what I do, my phone will not come back to life. It had at least 45% battery last time I looked at it. I decided to plug the phone up to my computer and see what it did--my computer recognizes that there is a phone hooked to it and it says that it's in "recovery mode". It also said that if I'm having issues with my phone, that I need to reset the phone via iTunes. I guess the questions that arise are
1. Why is my phone doing this?
2. If I reset my phone, will it go back to working again? I ask that because I don't want Verizon to charge me $300 when they send me the replacement phone and I won't need it (assuming that the phone decides to work once it's been reset).
3. What type of hardware defect is this that is causing this issue, not only with my iPhone 5S but others as well?
4. Shouldn't people be notifying Apple and letting them know that they need to fix this issue?
5. Should I report this issue to Apple even though I didn't buy the phone directly from them, but through Verizon?
Any help that anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated! This whole situation has me stressed out and seriously confused.

Inutilização de Nota com erro de validação no GRC

Bom dia,
Estou com um problema na inutilização de notas com erro de validação no GRC!
Quando a nota é rejeitada pela GRC, fica da seguinte maneira:
Etata obrigatória do processo : 8 (Erro validação interna sistema de mensagem.Envie novamente!)
status de comunicação do sistema : 0 (Enviada ao sistema de menssagem (XI,...))
status do sistema de mensagens : V (Mensagem Recebida: Erro de Validação Interna)
Sem utilizar o botão Reset NFe, clico no botão Request Cancelation e realizo os procedimento de cancelamento.
Verifico pela tabela /XNFE/NFE_HIST que gerou um registro com a chave de acesso, type 3 (Inutilização) e status 6 (Enviado ao Processamento da Nota Fiscal Eletrônica).
Consulto no SEFAZ e verifico que essa nota já esta inutilizada porém na J1BNFE a nota continua processando.
Alguem sabe como resolver este problema?

Estamos na ECC 5.0 SP 19.
Esta NF-e foi rejeitada pela SEFAZ (NF-e writer e o erro estava no ano da data de emissão = 2008)
e o usuário não percebendo tentou re-enviar várias vezes.
Por fim, mesmo Rejeitada foi solicitado o Estorno (Skip) e os status da NF-e ficaram como abaixo:

      Status de comunicação do sistema: 3 Rejeitado/a & autorização solicitada para ignorar

Seguindo as orientações já mencionadas aplicamos em Desenv as Notas 1376901, 1376324 e 1298283 e
simulamos a situação. Mas a NF-e também permanece "em processamento".
A Nota 1141636 não foi possível aplicar porque exige para Basis o SP 700 e estamos no SP 640.
Esta atualização seria muito mais demorada.
Pergunto: existe alguma forma de ajustarmos os status para finalizar esta NF-e? (Rejeitar ou Aprovar/Rejeitar).

My Iphone 4 does not come with a SOFTWARE UPDATE option.

My partner bought my iphone 4 version 4.2 about two years ago from a well known store. He got himself one at the same time but i cannot update mine because it does not come with an option in settings, general that allows me to update it. All of my apps are useless as they need at least iSO5 to run. I cannot check my bank accounts or anything. I have rung and spoke to apple many of times and followed all the steps to try and update. As this is not my fault and the iphone had not been loaded with the correct software there should be something APPLE could do free of charge!!!! I really need help as i cannot afford a replacement or want one. I just dont know what to do anymore!!
