Does anyone know where to get the package Deliver Status widget for 10.4.11?
Junecloud's newest version (5.5) supports 10.5, but not 10.4, even though 5.2 is supposed to support 10.4, what I download says 10.5 only and won't run...

Contacted Junecloud, developer says they do not provide a version that works w/ Tiger, but I found one on the net that installs on my comp running 10.4.11:

urgently looking for help to build a simple integrated desktop/web
widget for a client (a publisher who wishes to distribute a widget
based on the search page and news feed of their flagship
encyclopedia product)
The user would be able to download the widget to their
desktop (whether OSX, XP or Vista). The window would be large
enough to
contain the following;
1. Brand logo
2. A search box for the encyclopedia
3. A news feed for up to 6 x 2 line news items ("on this day
in history........")
Look and feel is envisaged as very simple and clean.
Preference would be for Adobe AIR based approaches.
It's important to the client that users can download the
widget with the minimum of fuss to their desktop. In other words,
the client would strongly prefer that users don't have to
pre-install Yahoo, Apple, Google, or MSoft widget engines.....
However, we don't want to exclude deploying the widget to at
least the Yahoo widget platform in the future, so the widget build
should be easily exportable.
We are up against a tight deadline, so would like to have a
discussion about this today if yoyu are interested in pitching for
the job. The build will need to be done in the next 3 weeks.

Widget - Delivery Status Alternative

Hi All
Wasn't sure where to post this question, but I have been trying to use JuneCloud's Delivery Status Widget and I find that it isn't so good/buggy. When I insert multiple parcels to track, all the info (i.e. tracking number, delivery status, etc.) gets muddled up and I can't work out what has been delivered, when or where.
I love the idea of the Widget, so if anyone can suggest a working alternative (app or widget) or tell me how to fix it I would be more than grateful.
I'm using latest OSX and latest Delivery Status (5.4).

Sorry to be vague, but the widget was behaving differently each time it was opened - different bits of info were getting muddled up.
Anyway, after all of your recommendations, I deleted the widget and reinstalled again - now it is working a treat. I have sent JuneCloud an e-mail explaining what had happened, just in case there might be more people having similar problems.
So now I'm very happy with Delivery Status. Thanks for all your help.

hi, i need to make a report on delivery status and response status for capaign recipients but cannot find them in the campaign subject area nor the campaign response subject area, any idea?

Correct the Campaign Response History is the report you are looking for. The fields that may be helpful to you are.
Response status - This shows message opened, click-thru's, opt outs etc
Delivery status - Hard bounce, soft bounce etc
To get more details from the above results add the following.
Response type - This will show the URL that was clicked on a click-thru in case you have multiple links tracked in one email. It will also show the reason for hard bounces. This is important because not all hard bounces will trigger the "Never Email" flag to be checked. This occurs for emails with the bounce statuses of Bad Address,
Address Moved or Unknown Address only.

For this, you need to answer the following:-
a) where the customer required date is being captured in sale order ? Is it Requested Delivery Date ??
b) If it is RDD, will there be any manual change in that ?? If so, how will you track the changes
I feel, for the above questions, you have to develop a zee table where you need to capture the original delivery date and the change date so that you can compare this with the actual despatch date.
There is no standard report to make use of the requirement what you had narrated.

Open Orders Values at partial delivery statuses.

Hello All,
I want to report on Quantities and Amounts for all the Open orders based on different Delivery statuses. I tried to use 2LIS_11_VAITM and 2LIS_11_VASTI. With this I just get the consolidated values at order item level but not the actual break up values at Delivery level.
Can I use 2LIS_11_V_SSL to get the partial delivery statuses and respective quantities?

Hi Prashanth,
yes the best way for you is to use the DataSource 2LIS_11_V_SSL. You have here the following status fields: LFGSA (Overall delivery status of the item) and LFSTA (Delivery status) and also the quantities like:
WMENG     Requested Quantity of Sales Order Sched. Lines in Sales Unit
BMENG     Confirmed Quantity of Sales Order Sched. Lines in Sales Unit
VSMNG     Delivered Quantity in Sales Unit of Sales Order Sched. Lines
Only if you need also Open Quantity you have to use a combination of two DataSources in one ODS Object. As example 2LIS_11_V_SCL. Here you will find the field OLFMNG (Open quantity to be delivered).
You have to consolidate the both in one ODS object with the same key figures and both should update different InfoObjects.

Shipping and delivery status from R/3 to CRM

Hi all,
we are creating sales orders in CRM and replicating it to R/3. CRM is the owner of the document.
Now whenever changes are done to sales order in CRM, the changes are replicated to R/3.
Let's say the shipping status is updated in R/3. Now the requirement is the changes need to be replicated
back to CRM.
I can use the scenario X + Y or X alone. But with X or X + y scenario Once I make changes in R/3 then the
document owner changes to R/3. this means any further changes in CRM will not be replicated back to R/3.
I require all changes from CRM to be replicated to R/3, but from R/3 I require the shipping and delivery status to be replicated back to CRM. How could this be achieved.
It would be great if you could share the experiences.

I have a similar requirement. Can you please tell me how to go with it?
The requirement is to send the user status from CRM (where the request is generated) to R3 (where the material is processed).
The user status of the return order in CRM should be sent real-time to R3. Any updates to the user status in CRM should result in a corresponding change in the user status in R3. Any updates to the user status in R3 should trigger a corresponding change to the user status in CRM. All user statuses must be available in BI/BW for reporting and analytical requirements.
From R3 to CRM Standard R3-CRM middleware exchanges information between the two systems any time a transaction is created or changed. At this point the order information is exchanged between the two systems depending on whether the item or the header level data is changed in R3. The development should be able to download the user status at the header & the line item level when the middleware brings down R3 sales transaction data to CRM. For the sake of simplicity the status profile in R3 and CRM will be defined exactly the same therefore we do not need a mapping table between the two systems. This information should also be exchanged in case the line item is deleted / cancelled / rejected.
The same from CRM to R/3.
Processing restrictions :
This should not be transaction, item category or status profile specific so that as and when a new transaction type, item category or a status profile is added it should still be allowed to transfer between the two systems.
Should be developed as an enhancement to the standard middleware data stream between R3 and CRM.

How to send delivery status by idoc format from EWM system?

Hi gurus,
You know we can send GR(posted) from EWM to R3 system, while in our scenario, we also need to send inbound delivery status( including posting, posted) from EWM to Non-SAP system via PI.
Can we implement that by idoc? Do we have to use PPF? How to develop in PPF to send message to PI?

I tried to find how SPPFCADM send idoc in ther relevant method, but you know it's just some object oriented code which is not easy to understand and I couldn't find where send idoc and where can be enhanced.
I found that /SCWM/ERP_MAPOUT is the implementation name for the method of inbound delivery to ERP system, also there is an action "XI Message:lieferinfo:inbound delivery", can it be used to send idoc to PI/XI system?

Delivery status of a sales order

Hi,
I have a requirement wherein I need to extract the delivery status from a sales order.
VA03 --> Header Info --> Status
In this screen you have the various processing status. From that I need to pick up the delivery status.The corresponding field data is VBSTT-LFSTA_BEZ.
Since this points to a structure, I am not able to find out a way to get this value.

How to set Delivery Status on Sales Order

Hello CRM Experts
I am using CRM 7.0 (Webclient) in standalone mode.
I've created a Sales Order and would like to complete the line item. But the delivery status field is disabled. I've read several posts on the forums about delivery data for a sales item in CRM. What I've understood is this: Delivery is handled outside of the CRM system e.g. by ECC or other systems. Therefore the status has to be updated by the external system (Is this a correct statement?)
Our security team has checked the security and didn't find anything there. I'm logged in using SALES PRO role.
I'd appreciate your insights.

This is already available in the additional line information..though..
If you still want that at line level to be displayed..maybe you need to customize the form...not sure how u can handle that logic

HELP urgently needed: My Sandberg FireWire for Laptop will not start on my T60

Let me start with information on my T60:
OS information: Microsoft Windows XP

I have just got a new Sandberg FireWire for Laptop, a PC Card with 3 6-pins connectiont. After inserting the card in the PC Card slot, the Windows Device Manager tells me that there are problems with the card. Looking at the 1394 Card Properties the status says:
"This device cannot start. (Code 10) - Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device."
The troubleshooter did not solve my problem. I have tried disconnecting, re-connection, shut down Windows and start again etc.
At Sandberg Help Desk they tell me that I have two slots in my laptop, one with a 16 bits bus and another with a 32 bits slots, and I should use the latter. It seems that I can use the lower slide only in my laptop and I cannot push the card into the upper slide. There is not enough room for it.
Here is what I found on Lenovo's support site on my type & model:

The status right now is:
The PC Card reader works on my T60
If I use a Firewire PC Card it will not start - as described above (on T60)
The PC Card work properly on my T61P - and I succeeded importing a video file from a digital camera using the Fireswire PC Card.
So what does a wise man do in this situation??
Please help me as I urgently need to know how to solve this serious issue!!
Have you got an idea? Can I import the video in another way??

Delivery status completed

Dear ALL,
i have a scenario where i have invoiced the customer and it is paid. accounting document is cleared.
i have cancelled the invoice by mistakenly, now the delivery status showing as *being processed* .
i need to change the status to complted because i am not expecting any payment from customer and i do not want raise invocie again. it has PGI status also completed.
please advcie me how to change the status for delivery as completed?

Hello,
This is because the item categroy is relevent for delivery realted billing. Unless you invoice the delivery fully, it remains Being Processed. In your case you have billed it once and reversed, so the delivery became Being Processed again.
The best option may be to generate the invoice and give a credit to the customer. Create a credit memo request and subsequent credit memo for the full amount. This will nullify the effect of accounting document created by the invoice.
