Delivery to Australia.

Im looking to order 2 photo books (separate files)and need to know what the general shipping turnaround is to Adelaide, South Australia. The window specifies the only option is standard shipping and order will be despatched within 3-4 days - is Express shipping an option? I'll look to upload files late on Monday 3rd August and need delivery by Friday 14th August. Thanks

Delivery times in australia

How long does it take if you order online (aus) to get it delivered to Western Australia?

I ordered my 5G from the online store on Monday 24 October and was quoted 7-10 days until shipping.
Today 26 October, it turned up! Was sent to me in Melbourne from Sydney overnight by Startrack Express.
BTW you can track Startrack Express deliveries here http://www.startrackexpress.com.au/ by using the online store delivery number and searching it as the reference number. You get that number in the shipping advice e-mail from Apple.
It's also possible to work out how long things take to deliver on the Startrack website.

Delayed Delivery - Australia

I just got off the phone with Apple to confirm my Apple TV will be delivered today. Apparently, Apple Australia staff are not as capable as their US counterparts and have failed to arrange delivery for today (as per current order status). Expect delivery (by Star Track Express) on Monday - unless it's delayed yet again!

Mine was shipped by BAX from China on 21st and arrived in Sydney at 0730 on 22nd. It was then delivered (according to Apple rep) to Apple at 1700 late yesterday. It sat in the Apple warehouse all day today before being picked up by Star Track Express who have moved it to their warehouse for the weekend before being delivered to me some time on Monday. Frustrating to be days behind the rest of the world when they're all coming from the same place!

Ipad Australia Delivery's delayed beyond 7 June

Apple store site has removed the date in June the iPad will be delivered for pre-orders. Apple retail stores have been told to tell customers they will be delivered in June sometime but they (the retail store) are not involved in pre-orders. It is believed more stock has been shipped to the retail stores to help sales figures. Previously items like the iPhone could be reserved then paid for and collected in the store. This was confirmed by Apple Chadstone, and the apple store web site.

Here in the UK initial pre-orders are being shipped for delivery on the 28th and in-fact a lot of them including mine have already shipped from Shenzhen in China. I placed my order at 12:18am on the 10th. A few days later it changed to June 7th for any new pre-orders and now it also says just June on Apple's UK site. Are you sure the initial pre-orders are not being shipped on time in Australia.

Quad Core iMac Delivery - Australia

Anyone in Australia got a quad core iMAC??
When was it ordered?
ordered mine on 05/11... no update

I was told today my Imac would not be delivered until the end of January today. I was told 3 - 4 weeks from when I ordered it in October, it has now been 7 weeks and by the time I get it, 15 weeks, over 3 months.
Apple advertise on the web site 7 - 10 business days. I was told even if I ordered a non Quad core I would not get it to the end of January.
I ordered through David Jones with an apple rep. Seems to me if you order online you get your mac and if you order with a reseller you get screwed up the ....
The web site still says 7-10 days, apple suck.
How can you expect someone to wait 3 1/2 months for a computer.

Once you place the order, the delivery date should show up in your Account under "Order Status." You can always cancel the order if you don't want to wait, or if you find one somewhere else sooner.
I ordered one on May 26 and it's supposed to arrive here June 4.

I have created an iPhoto book in Australia, but want to pay for it and have it delivered to NZ. How do I do this please?

I have a photo book that I have created here in Australia, of my cousin's wedding. My uncle in NZ wants to pay for the book with his NZ c/card and have it delivered to him. I can't seem to change the delivery address to another country. What are my options?

Hi, I am the new Apple user and from Australia. I ordered Mac Air yesterday, and it stated that my item will be posted to my home by 11/08/2011. But today, a new email sent from "order acknowledgment" department, the time for delivery change to 17/08/2011. Anyone suggest me what can I do now, as I would like the item will come to my door sooner. Who can I contact with for priority ? (anyone was the same boat or not?)

Hi, give Apple a call only they will be able to advise. I do no they have had a large quantity of orders so it may be harder to get them delivered faster now.

UltraNav enabled keyboards spare parts in Australia - please reconsider

I recently took delivery of an x61s, complete with ultranav keyboard (fantastic idea).  However, a user is not able to type on the notebook keypad when the computer is docked (not so flash!) so a keyboard is a requirement.....
The ultranav availability on the keyboard is an important user requirement to make this situation manageable, particularly if a user is not required to change their work style to an external mouse arrangement when docked...... not something I have done for 10+ years.
The problem: The notebook came with an ultranav enabled keyboard (that unfortunately broke within 10 days of delivery - user error!!) but when a replacement was sought they were not being imported to Australia anymore. This situation made the the docking station (and DVD/CD/RW) redundant due to my dependence on the ultranav device.
They are available in many other countries, but not Australia.   Do the spare parts teams not talk to the product / design teams? The x61s system configuration (particularly docking stn & CD R/W) require a keyboard.......and surely Lenovo would want to promote the continued use of the efficient ultranav 'mouse' system.
If you want to continue to promote the ultanav devices, please continue to import the ultanav keyboard, like so many other countries seem to be doing.....

Purchase photo book on UK Store from Australia

I want to purchase a photo book from the UK store for UK delivery, but it won't let me enter a Billing address for Australia? Without this, I cannot purchase because my credit card is Australian!

Generally the delivery address and billing address of the credit card used for purchase must be in the same country.

TNT Melbourne iPad delivery frustrations

So annoyed!
TNT package tracking indicates says they tried to deliver my iPad this morning and left a card. But I WAS home, and they did NOT leave a card. So clearly, TNT can't actually deliver things to the correct address. The TNT Australia website is awful; it gives no indication of how I can reschedule a delivery.
I wish Apple would drop TNT and give UPS or Star Track the online store delivery contract.
Or maybe TNT could buy some iPhones and use google maps.
Anyone else have similar experiences with TNT?

I have my iPad mini coming with TNT which I ordered on 19th November. It is currently at Arnhem Hub, Netherlands and has been there since yesterday.
I did contact TNT to ask how long it would be processing at that hub, and she told me that my delivery would take place on the 3rd December 2012 although couldn't guarantee for that definite day.
You also have to consider that foreign countries are hours ahead of the UK/Northern Ireland.
Hope this helps and keep me updated if you hear anything.
