Dell BT 3.55 module connectivity error?

Hi there,
I got a new Dell XPS notebook with a BT module 3.55.
The OS running is Vista.
Driver or BT stack is by Broadcom/Widcomm.
The issue is my Nokia cell (N93) fails to connect with it.
It connects for a moment than gives an error message the BT peripheral device drivers are not installed??
Hoping to hear from you,
Regards!

I did reinstall the BT 3.55 Dell drivers.
But still face a few issues..........
1. The N93 gets connected & paired to my note book but gets disconnected in secs....??
2. Secondly when I click on the BT icon I can receive a file from my XPS notebook but cannot send a file from my cell to the notebook.........the wizard hangs??
In BT devices> N93> Properties> Services............there are quite a few........I unchecked a few service like Nokia Obex Suite, NokiaSync MLServer, now don’t get yellow icon BT peripheral devices in Device Manager, Sync ML DMClient........ Checked Services are File Transfer Obex, Image Responder, Object Push (Obex), Sync ML Client……….what services need to be checked & unchecked?
To cut it short why cant i remain connected & why cant I send a file from thr cell..........
Thanks in advance!

    Help me resolve this
    Regards,
    Mahesh.

    Hi,
    Please follow this steps:
Creating RFC Destinations in the ABAP and Java Environment
You need to create the following RFC destinations in transaction SM59 (ABAP) and the Visual Administrator (Java):
    u2022 AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER
    u2022 AI_DIRECTORY_JCOSERVER
    u2022 LCRSAPRFC
    u2022 SAPSLDAPI
Depending on your client settings, it may be necessary to be logged on your SAP Exchange Infrastructure host as SAP system user with the authorization to maintain customizing tables and to release transport orders. Note, that user "SAP*" or "DDIC" does not have these authorizations.
Maintaining the RFC Connections (Transaction SM59)
    1. Log on to your SAP Exchange Infrastructure central instance host.
    2. Call transaction SM59.
    3. Choose Create.
    4. Enter at least the following:
    RFC destination: AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER
    Connection type: T
    Description: <your description>
    5. Choose ENTER
    6. Choose the tab Technical settings and do the following:
    a. Select Registered Server Program
    b. In the Program ID field, enter: AI_RUNTIME_<SID> where <SID> is the SAP system ID of your Integration Server host. Use uppercase letters only.
    c. Enter Gateway host and Gateway service of your Integration Server host. To find out the required parameters:
    a. On the Integration Server host, call transaction SMGW
    b. Choose Goto u2192 Parameters u2192 Display (see entries for gateway hostname and gateway service)
    7. Choose tab Special Options and select the flag Unicode in the box Character Width in Target System.
    8. Save your settings.
    9. Repeat the steps 3 u2013 8 for the remaining destinations:
    Destination
    Values
    AI_DIRECTORY_JCOSERVER
Program ID: AI_DIRECTORY_<SID>, where <SID> is the SAP system ID of your SAP XI host
    LCRSAPRFC
Program ID: LCRSAPRFC_<SID>, where <SID> is the SAP system ID of your SAP XI host.
    SAPSLDAPI
Program ID: SAPSLDAPI_<SID>, where <SID> is the SAP system ID of your SAP XI host.
    10. Leave the transaction SM59 open for later tests.
J2EE Configuration for the Destinations (Visual Administrator)
    1. On your SAP Exchange Infrastructure central instance host, start the J2EE Engine administration tool.
    2. Choose Cluster u2192 Server u2192 Services u2192 JCo RFC Provider
    3. In the section RFC destination, enter exactly the same program ID and gateway options for AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER that you used in the step Maintaining the RFC connection above. Additionally, set the number of processes to 10.
    4. In the section Repository, do the following:
    a. Enter the parameter for the SAP XI host: Application Server, System Number, Client and Language.
    b. For User and Password maintain the login parameters for the user SAPJSF.
    c. Select the flag Unicode.
    6. Choose Set.
    7. Repeat the steps 3 u2013 6 for the remaining destinations:
    Destination
    Values
    AI_DIRECTORY_JCOSERVER
    u2022 Corresponding values from SM59
    u2022 Number of processes: 10
    LCRSAPRFC
    u2022 Corresponding values from SM59
    u2022 Number of processes: 3
    SAPSLDAPI
    u2022 Corresponding values from SM59
    u2022 Number of processes: 3
    Testing the RFC Destination
After you have maintained all RFC destinations in both the ABAP and Java environment, you can check all the connections above as follows:
    1. Call transaction SM59 again.
    2. Open your RFC destination.
    3. Choose Test Connection. No error should be displayed.
    This will solve your problem.
    Thanks
    Laxmi Bhushan

Also I am not able to register this program id in Visual Admin -> Services -> JCo RFC Provider. Here it is giving me an error. Can anyone guide me in this?
Points to be rewarded for any kind of small help.

    Thanks Ramesh.
I followed the blog. Here are the steps that I did.
    RFC destination:
    1. To create the RFC go to TCODE: SM59  <b>-> Done</b>2. Create new destination of type T (TCP/IP) <b>-> Done</b>
    3. Make sure you select Registered Server Program option before writing your program ID <b>-> Done</b>
    4. Write you program ID (remember it's case-sensitive) <b>-> gave the SID name</b>
    5. In the gateway host and gateway service write the values of your "Application system" - business system (not the XI server) <b>-> Typed the gateway hostname and gateway service "sapgw<instance no>", that I got from SMGW.</b>
But still I face the same problem. It get the following error:

  • Connectivity error in Receiver com. channel

    Hi Experts,
I have asynchronous scenario in PI 7.1 system, PI Receiver channel is trying to pass the data to the target system (non-SAP) in asynchronous manner.
I have observed that for few minutes lets say 1-2 or minute, connectivity related error is coming in RWB-channel monitoring and then again messages are started to get processes successfully by the same receiver channel, this happens randomly in a day.
the below is the audit log from RWB.
    my query is:
is this the internal module processor error before transmitting the message to Target system or this error comes when module processor is trying to send the message to target system and connectivity with target system gets failed?
I have got this query because in error message it says (highlighted in above screenshot), "Message could not be forwarded permantely to
JCA Adapter" and "Adapter call failed"
please suggest for this uncertain behaviour of Receiver channel.
    Regards,
    Jagesh

    Hi Jagesh,
I am thinking can it be the bad Network issue between the SAP PI and integrated target system?
This could be the reason, What adapter are you using?
I am not getting your point "The Timeout can be raised for the endsystem and not for PI" can you pls give some detail on this.
I wanted to mean that the endsystem can be overloaded. If the PI delivers a great amount of messages or larger ones, the end of the communication, by timeout, can be in the endsystem and not in PI because i noticed only 20 seconds in the timeout response. In order to know if PI is raising the timeout you should increase this PI value, depending the receiver adapter and your PI version you can do it in different ways.
    Regards.

I tried JDBC datasource and Jdbc url options on application module.
BC4J Tester works and we can connect the database with our connection settings
but when we try to run application invalid username error occurs.
Where view controller project take the connection setting ? I thing it take from model project. But it fail now...
BC4J Tester gives following error when we start (But it works then). can it be related with our error?

Hi,    We recently started getting these errors a couple times a day.   There are 12 of them in total.     We also have exactly 12 subscriptions.   Does this indicate some db issue causing all of these
    to fail?

  • SMuFF1ASDCCN CONNECTION ERROR

when I used tcode SMSY to create a RFC from Solution manager to Target system, the system displayed red light and had a error as follow:
    SDCCN connection error; connect manually
    Message no. SMSY_EDIT_LANDSCAPE154
    Diagnosis
You tried to put the RFC destination SM_SLMCLNT100_BACK in the satellite system in the SAP Solution Data Manager (SDCCN). The action could not be performed.
    Procedure
Put the RFC destination in the SAP Solution Data Manager (SDCCN) satellite system, if necessary.
when I used Tcode SDCCN in satellite system,
    I found a error with
    > error reading function module interface DSWP_API_SESSIONLIST_GET from SM_SLMCLNT100_BACK
    > hostname 'slmprd01' unknown / CPI-C error CM_PRODUCT_SPECIFIC_ERROR.
    > Sessions cannot be refreshed from destination SM_SLMCLNT100_BACK ( SLM , 0020230467 )
Refresh of session overview failed from destination SM_SLMCLNT100_BACK
who did meet this kind of problem?
    waiting for...
    thanks

    Hi
First u maintain the target sytem client user id profile as sap_all,sap_new,s_rfcacl_all.
Then go to the smsy, maintain the rfc connection between solman and satlite system.
RFC destination SM_SLMCLNT100_BACK, it means rfc connection not generated properly, First u delete the rfc conection in u r satlite system useing sm59. Then again try to maintain the connection between the system.
Provide u r mail id i will sent the sddcn docs.
    Feel free to revert back

    Hi hashit,
1 st Restart the Solman Server and go to command prompt. Then select the SAPROUTER drive ( D: > cd saprouter )
Currently, your SNC Saprouter process is not up and running, please stopyour saprouter process with command ' saprouter -s ' and restart it using the following with correct User.
    D:saprouter> saprouter -r -V2 -K "p:CN=<hostname>, OU=<Number>, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE"
Please note that to ensure you Saprouter process is running, you must not close the command prompt screen after you started the above. Once you closed the screen, your saprouter process is stopped and your connection to SAP is dropped.
Please try it and Let me know
    Regards

  • HT204053 I am unable to login to iCloud on my PC laptop. I receive a connection error message.

I m unable to login to iCoud from my PC laptop. I receive a connection error message>

The inability to log into iCloud.com (sporadic problem), use Contacts, Calendar, Notes, etc. (consistent problem), send error reports (consistent problem) from a PC seems to be a common problem; perhaps going back to November/December of last year.
I can only respond based on my findings with Windows 7 (Home Premium and Pro) running on three Dell PCs (2 Desktops and 1 Laptop). It appears that the problem results from an add-on to the 32-bit version of IE9 (Windows default browser). The 64-bit version of IE9, since Windows 7 does not allow it to be the default browser, doesn’t seem to be affected by the problematic add-on and seems to work flawlessly when accessing iCloud.com. It appears that most add-on’s aren’t designed to integrate with the 64-bit version of IE9, only the commonly used 32-bit version.
In my case Norton Internet Security (Browser Protection) was the add-on preventing the 32-bit version of IE9 from working with iCloud.com. Temporarily disabling NIS’s Browser Protection allowed the 32-bit version of IE9 to work fine. Perhaps the browser protection add-on in other security software packages causes the same type problem.
The workaround that I would recommend is downloading and using Apple’s Safari version 5.1.7. to access iCloud.com. It consistently works!!!! To make things easier with Safari, I made iCloud.com its Homepage. I’m using it to access iCloud.com from all of my PCs.
Until Apple, Microsoft, or Norton (in my case) figure out where the problem is, you'll need a workaround to consistently access and use iCloud.com and I think Safari is the best answer.
